Since the Cenozoic,the Tibetan Plateau has experienced large-scale uplift and outgrowth due to the India-Asia ***,the mechanism and timing of these tectonic processes still remain ***,using apatite fission track dating and inverse thermal modeling,we explore the mechanism of different phases of rapid cooling for different batholiths and intrusions in the southeastern Tibetan *** contrast to previous views,we find that the coeval granitic batholith exposed in the same tectonic zone experienced differential fast uplift in different sites,indicating that the present Tibetan Plateau was the result of differential uplift rather than the entire lithosphere uplift related to lithospheric collapse during Cenozoic *** addition,we also suggest that the 5-2 Ma mantle-related magmatism should be regarded as the critical trigger for the widely coeval cooling event in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau,because it led to the increase in atmospheric CO_(2)level and a hotter upper crust than before,which are efficient for suddenly fast rock weathering and ***,we propose that the current landform of the southeastern Tibetan Plateau was the combined influences of tectonic and climate.

Characteristics of hospitalized patients with confirmed COVID-19 and their hospital management

Objective:To determine the risk factors of mortality among hospitalized COVID-19 ***:This retrospective study used hospitalization records collected by the Indonesia Health Social Security Administrator Agency(Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan-BPJS Kesehatan).A total of 38277 eligible patients with confirmed COVID-19 were *** dependent variable of the study was the discharge status(death or recovery)of *** variables were history of morbidity and disease-related occurrence,type of room health facilities,length of stay and demographic variables(sex,age).The analyses use bivariate and multivariate logistic regression to determine the dominating variable associated with all these ***:Of the 38277 inpatients with PCR-confirmed COVID-19,31051(81.1%)were discharged and 7226(18.9%)*** of death was positively associated with older age(aOR 5.74,95%CI 4.20-7.87 for 19-64 years old;aOR 13.75,95%CI 9.99-18.92 for 65 years above),male sex(aOR 1.13,95%CI 1.07-1.19),treated in ICU without ventilator(aOR 5.84,95%CI 5.41-6.30)and had comorbid respiratory diseases(aOR 5.39,95%CI 4.93-5.90),but negatively associated with hospital stay of 15 days or longer(aOR 0.39,95%CI 0.36-0.43).Conclusions:COVID-19 related death during hospitalization was associated with duration and type of treatment,and existing medical condition among the inpatient individuals during COVID-19 pandemic in DKI *** findings of the study suggest importance of appropriate and timely medical intervention and care.

分析高血压病眩晕采用黄连温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗的临床效果

目的对高血压病眩晕患者在治疗过程中实施黄连温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,分析治疗效果。方法 50例高血压病眩晕患者,采用电脑抽号法随机分为常规组与研究组,每组25例。常规组患者实施常规西药治疗,研究组患者实施黄连温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗。对比两组患者血压指标[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、不良反应发生率、血管内皮功能指标[降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)]、中医眩晕程度分级评分、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分。结果治疗后,研究组患者SBP(130.15±3.26)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、DBP(82.34±3.21)mm Hg低于常规组的(140.29±3.38)、(98.79±3.92)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者中医眩晕程度分级评分(5.52±1.19)分、DHI评分(8.13±1.02)分低于常规组的(7.14±2.33)、(14.44±3.05)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率4.00%低于常规组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者CGRP(39.48±4.07)ng/L高于常规组的(32.01±3.21)ng/L,ET-1(74.09±6.02)ng/L、TM(1.15±0.11)μg/L低于常规组的(89.18±9.05)ng/L、(1.62±0.19)μg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压病眩晕患者实施黄连温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,调节患者的血压水平,改善患者的血管内皮功能,减少不良反应的发生,具有重要的临床意义。

基于NLRP3/IL-1β/TGF-β1通路探讨低氧环境下红景天苷对糖尿病肾病大鼠足细胞焦亡损伤的拮抗效应

背景红景天苷对糖尿病肾病(DKD)大鼠具有保护作用,但在低氧环境下是否同样起效及具体作用机制尚不明确。目的观察低氧环境下红景天苷对DKD大鼠模型血生化指标、肾组织病理损伤、肾脏细胞焦亡相关蛋白表达情况,并探讨其作用机制。方法 2022年3月—2023年3月40只6周龄SPF级SD雄性大鼠,随机抽取8只作为对照组,其余大鼠造模。将24只DKD成模大鼠随机分为模型组、红景天苷组、红景天苷+Nod样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)激活剂组进行干预,每组8只。干预结束后腹主动脉取血进行生化指标检测,苏木素-伊红(HE)染色及透射电镜观察大鼠肾脏病理改变情况,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测大鼠血清白介素(IL)1β、IL-18水平。免疫印迹试验(Western bloting)检测肾组织半胱天冬酶1(Caspase-1)、消皮素D(GSDMD)、NLRP3和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)蛋白表达水平。结果造模后造模大鼠体质量低于对照大鼠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,模型组大鼠三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FBG)、尿微量白蛋白(UMA)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)水平明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,红景天苷组大鼠BUN、UMA、Scr水平明显降低(P<0.05);与红景天苷组相比,红景天苷+NLRP3激活剂组大鼠UMA、BUN、Scr水平明显升高(P<0.05)。HE染色及透射电镜结果可见红景天苷组大鼠肾脏组织病理改变较模型组明显减轻,红景天苷+NLRP3激活剂组较红景天苷组加重。与对照组相比,模型组血清IL-1β、IL-18水平明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,红景天苷组大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-18水平明显降低(P<0.05);与红景天苷组相比,红景天苷+NLRP3激活剂组IL-1β、IL-18水平明显升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相对,模型组Caspase-1、GSDMD、NLRP3、TGF-β1蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组相对,红景天苷组Caspase-1、GSDMD、NLRP3、TGF-β1蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.05);与红景天苷组相对,红景天苷+NLRP3激活剂组Caspase-1、GSDMD、NLRP3、TGF-β1蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.05)。结论低氧环境下,红景天苷以不降低血糖和血脂为前提发挥了对DKD大鼠的治疗作用,考虑该作用可能与抑制NLRP3从而影响NLRP3/IL-1β/TGF-β1信号通路,最终改善足细胞焦亡损伤密切相关。

Toward Cloud Computing QoS Architecture:Analysis of Cloud Systems and Cloud Services

Cloud can be defined as a new computing paradigm that provides scalable, on-demand, and virtualized resources for users. In this style of computing, users can access a shared pool of computing resources which are provisioned with minimal management efforts of users. Yet there are some obstacles and concerns about the use of clouds. Guaranteeing quality of service(Qo S) by service providers can be regarded as one of the main concerns for companies tending to use it. Service provisioning in clouds is based on service level agreements representing a contract negotiated between users and providers. According to this contract, if a provider cannot satisfy its agreed application requirements, it should pay penalties as compensation. In this paper, we intend to carry out a comprehensive survey on the models proposed in literature with respect to the implementation principles to address the QoS guarantee issue.

Life skill-based training is essential for intellectual disabled individuals to regain autonomy and social *** reality(VR)could deliver a nascent application that is more engaging and *** objective of this study was to evaluate the training effects of the VR-based multiple life skill training program on life skill perfor-mance,self-efficacy,memory,cognitive and behavioral functions via a multicenter randomized controlled trial.A total of 145 intellectual disabled participants were recruited for a randomized controlled trial with three in-tervention arms:VR(n=42);traditional(n=53);and control(n=50).The life skill tasks for the interventions included 1)grocery shopping,2)cooking,and 3)kitchen *** measures were performance scores for the three tasks,self-efficacy scale,digit span score,and Frontal Assessment Battery score,graded by blinded ***-after effects of each group were evaluated using separated Wilcoxon Signed-rank *** sig-nificantly improved cooking,cleaning performance,and memory span,while traditional training significantly improved shopping,cooking,and cleaning *** generalized estimating equation evaluated effects between groups adjusted for age,gender and intelligence quotient(IQ).VR had significantly larger improvement effects in cooking and cleaning than the control group and memory span compared to traditional training and controls *** appeared to be a significant confounder on the training *** work may consider developing artificial intelligence to customize programs depending on IQ level.

Defect inspection of indoor components in buildings using deep learning object detection and augmented reality

Visual inspection is commonly adopted for building operation,maintenance,and *** durability and defects of components or materials in buildings can be quickly assessed through visual ***,implementations of visual inspection are substantially time-consuming,labor-intensive,and error-prone because useful auxiliary tools that can instantly highlight defects or damage locations from images are not ***,an advanced building inspection framework is developed and implemented with augmented reality(AR)and real-time damage detection in this *** this framework,engineers should walk around and film every corner of the building interior to generate the three-dimensional(3D)environment through ***,a trained YOLOv5 model real-time detects defects during this process,even in a large-scale field,and the defect locations indicating the detected defects are then marked in this 3D *** defects areas can be measured with centimeter-level accuracy with the light detection and ranging(LiDAR)on *** required damage information,including defect positions and sizes,is collected at a time and can be rendered in the 2D and 3D ***,this visual inspection can be efficiently conducted,and the previously generated environment can also be loaded to re-localize existing defect marks for future maintenance and change ***,the proposed framework is also implemented and verified by an underground parking lot in a building to detect and quantify surface defects on concrete *** seen in the results,the conventional building inspection is significantly improved with the aid of the proposed framework in terms of damage localization,damage quantification,and inspection efficiency.

旅游产业与科技创新之间存在相互依赖、相辅相成的耦合关系,文章构建了旅游产业和科技创新两个系统的耦合协调发展评价指标体系,并以皖江城市带8个核心城市为研究区域,运用熵权法、耦合协调模型,基于2012—2021年数据,对两大系统的综合发展水平和耦合协调发展时空特征进行研究。结果表明:研究期内,皖江城市带科技创新发展水平呈持续增长之势,旅游产业发展水平在快速持续增长后出现较大波动,受新冠疫情影响,从2020年起落后于科技创新发展水平;两个系统的耦合协调发展指数呈稳步上升趋势,8个城市的耦合协调度空间差异较大,两者在时间截面上都整体呈现出“双核>两翼>一轴”的空间特征。
