Chalcidoidea is one of the most biologically diverse groups among *** are characterized by extraordinary parasitic lifestyles and extensive host ranges,among which several species attack plants or serve as ***,higher-level chalcidoid relationships remain ***,we performed mitochondrial phylogenomic analyses for major clades(18out of 25 families)of Chalcidoidea based on 139 mitochondrial *** compositional heterogeneity and conflicting backbone relationships in Chalcidoidea were assessed using various datasets and tree *** phylogenetic results supported the monophyly of 16families and polyphyly of Aphelinidae and *** preferred topology recovered the relationship(Mymaridae+(Signiphoridae+Leucospidae)+(Chalcididae+((Perilampidae+Eucharitidae)+remaining Chalcidoidea))).The monophyly of Agaonidae and Sycophaginae was rejected,while the gall-associated((Megastigmidae+Ormyridae)+(Ormocerinae+Eurytomidae))relationship was supported in most results.A six-gene inversion may be a synapomorphy for most families,whereas other derived gene orders may introduce confusion in phylogenetic signals at deeper *** estimates suggested that Chalcidoidea arose near the Jurassic/Cretaceous boundary and that two dynamic shifts in diversification occurred during the evolution of *** hypothesized that the potential codiversification between chalcidoids and their hosts may be crucial for accelerating the diversification of *** state reconstruction analyses supported the hypothesis that gallinducers were mainly derived from parasitoids of gallinducers,while other gall-inducers were derived from phytophagous *** together,these findings advance our understanding of mitochondrial genome evolution in the major interfamilial phylogeny of Chalcidoidea.

热弹性阻尼是决定微机械谐振器品质因子上限的关键参数之一。以往热弹性阻尼解析解只适用于完全覆盖多层微梁结构。由于制造工艺和实际功能需求,非完全覆盖双层梁为代表的复杂结构形式更普遍。基于傅里叶传热定律,推导出非完全覆盖双层微梁谐振器热弹性阻尼的解析解。同时利用数值方法和实验验证了该解析解的有效性。并分析了镀层厚度、长度和位置对热弹性阻尼的影响。

【目的】明确云南省山区旱地稻田蛴螬种类组成、种群空间分布型及抽样方法,为云南山区旱地稻田蛴螬类害虫的预测预报及综合防控提供参考依据。【方法】选择云南省普洱市澜沧县竹塘乡蒿枝坝村、哈果马村和诺国村3个主要旱地稻种植区为试验地点,于2022和2023年采用五点取样法对旱地稻田中的蛴螬种类进行系统调查及鉴定;通过聚集度指标法、Iwao回归分析、Taylor幂函数法及种群聚集均数分析不同试验点旱地稻田蛴螬空间分布型和聚集原因,并基于空间分布结果,拟合建立理论抽样和序贯抽样模型。【结果】云南省普洱市澜沧县3个试验地点的旱地稻田共发现9种蛴螬,隶属于3科6属,其中黑阿鳃金龟(Apogonia cupreoviridis)和东方绢金龟(Maladera orientalis)是主要的优势种,相对丰度分别为30.91%和24.18%。聚集度指标法、Iwao回归分析及Taylor幂法结果显示,2022和2023年蒿枝坝村、哈国马村和诺国村的蛴螬空间分布型均表现为聚集分布(α1);聚集均数λ值均大于2,表明昆虫本身的生活习性和环境气候、土壤湿度、植株生长状况等因素是影响旱地稻田蛴螬个体聚集的主要因素。通过建立理论抽样和序贯抽样模型可知,当允许误差D为0.3,蒿枝坝村、哈国马村和诺国村的虫口密度均为2头/m^(2)时,2022年所需的理论抽样数分别为353、393和155 m^(2),2023年所需抽样数为76、44和49 m^(2)。【结论】云南省普洱市澜沧县竹塘乡3个村的旱地稻种植田蛴螬共有9种,主要优势种为黑阿鳃金龟和东方绢金龟。蛴螬种群在田间呈聚集分布,引起聚集的原因是昆虫本身的生活习性和环境气候、土壤湿度、植株生长状况等因素。

Improving the Softness of BOPP Films： From Laboratory Investigation to Industrial Processing

Young＇s modulus of biaxially oriented polypropylene （BOPP） films prepared with homemade film stretcher was investigated, which can be used to indicate the softness of films. It was found that the modulus of films was decreased by about 69% as the content of polyethylene （PE） added into polypropylene （PP） reached 30%. Also, increasing draw temperature can induce lower stress level during stretching, which may lead to the formation of crystals with low orientation level and thus decreased modulus of films. Based on laboratory study, BOPP films produced on commercial line were studied by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）, wide and small-angle X-ray scattering （WAXS, SAXS） with varying contents of PE. SAXS results show that the crystals are oriented in both machine direction （MD） and transverse direction （TD）, and the crystals are more oriented in TD than MD according to the WAXS results for all films. Also, the orientation parameter of crystal along TD increases from 0.68 to 0.83 as the contents of PE increase from 0% to 25%. Meanwhile, the modulus of films in MD declines with increase of PE contents generally, improving the film softness. Orientation of crystals is thus an effective structure parameter to adjust the film softness. The relationship of processing-structure-property is also established.

Based on the common approach,the adaptation length in sediment transport is normally estimated astemporally ***,this approach might not be theoretically justified as the process of reaching the sediment transport equilibrium stage is affected by the flow conditions in time,especially for fast moving flows,such as scour-hole developing *** this study,the two-dimensional(2D) shallow water formulation together with a sediment continuity-concentration(SCC) model were applied to flow with mobile sediment boundary.A timevarying approach was proposed to determine the sediment transport adaptation length to simulate the sediment erosion-deposition *** proposed computational model was based on the Finite Volume(FV) *** Monotone Upwind Scheme of Conservative Laws(MUSCL)-Hancock scheme was used with the Harten Lax van Leer-contact(HLLC) approximate Riemann solver to discretize the FV *** the flow applications of this paper,a highly discontinuous dam-break,fast sediment transport flow was used to calibrate the proposed timevarying sediment adaptation length *** the calibrated model was further applied to two separate experimental sediment transport flow applications documented in the literature,i.e.a highly concentrated sediment transport flow in a wide alluvial channel and a sediment aggradation *** agreement with the experimental data were obtained with the proposed model *** tests prove that the proposed model,which was calibrated by the discontinuous dam-break bed scouring flow,also performed well to represent rapid bed change and steady sediment mobility conditions.

家长介入在特殊儿童的早期干预领域越来越受到重视。本研究选取云南民族地区的特殊儿童家长为研究对象,探究其介入儿童早期干预存在的困境。研究结果发现,家长介入的意愿强烈,但是介入能力有限,缺乏专业指导;早期干预相关信息的获取缺乏统一、官方的途径;家庭经济负担重,家长介入干预精力不足。因此,文章提出应当加强对家长的培训,提供个别化家庭干预指导;明确家长获取早期干预相关信息的官方渠道,提供信息咨询服务;提高对云南民族地区特殊儿童家庭经济支持的建议。

Phenotype and genotype analysis of a Chinese family with prelingual X-linked hereditary hearing impairment

Background X-linked hearing impairment is clinically and genetically a heterogeneous disease. Although many disorders manifest with hearing loss, a limited number of sex-linked loci and only one gene （POU3F4） have been shown to be implicated in X-linked non-syndromic hearing impairment. In the present study, we have performed a clinical and genetic analysis of a Chinese family with X-linked non-syndromic hearing loss, with emphasis on audiological findings and genomic mapping. Methods The clinical features of Family JX01 were evaluated by physical and audiometric examination in eighteen family members. Mutation screening of POU3F4 was identified by polymerase chain reaction （PCR） amplification and sequencing. Molecular evaluation consisted of X-chromosome wide genotyping by microsatellite makers （STR）, followed by analyzing using MLINK computer program. Results Five affected males demonstrated bilateral, symmetrical sensorineural and profound hearing loss. The hearing impairment started prelingual. The female carriers did not have any complain of hearing loss, however, two of them were tested with milder loss with high frequency. No causative mutations in POU3F4 gene were detected by DNA sequencing. Linkage analysis indicated that the responsible gene was linked to locus DXS1227 （maximum Iod score=2.04 at θ=0）. Conclusions The affected males in Family JX01 have profound prelingual sensorineural hearing impairment. In addition, two female carriers showed mild to moderate hearing losses. However, none of females complained of any hearing loss. Analysis of hereditary deafness in this family mapped most compatibly to the Xq27.2.

High-molecular-weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GSs) are the most critical grain storage proteins that determine the unique processing qualities of wheat. Although it is a part of the superior HMW-GS pair(Dx5+Dy10), the contribution of the Dy10 subunit to wheat processing quality remains unclear. In this study, we elucidated the effect of Dy10 on wheat processing quality by generating and analyzing a deletion mutant(with the Dy10-null allele), and by elucidating the changes to wheat flour following the incorporation of purified Dy10. The Dy10-null allele was transcribed normally,but the Dy10 subunit was lacking. These findings implied that the Dy10-null allele reduced the glutenin:gliadin ratio and negatively affected dough strength(i.e., Zeleny sedimentation value, gluten index, and dough development and stability times) and the bread-making quality;however, it positively affected the biscuit-making quality. The incorporation of various amounts of purified Dy10 into wheat flour had a detrimental effect on biscuit-making quality. The results of this study demonstrate that the Dy10 subunit is essential for maintaining wheat dough strength. Furthermore, the Dy10-null allele may be exploited by soft wheat breeding programs.
