The CO_(2)catalytic hydrogenation represents a promising approach for gas-phase CO_(2)utilization in a direct *** to its excellent hydrogenation ability.nickel has been widely studied and has shown good activities in CO_(2)hydrogenation reactions,in addition to its high availability and low ***,ni-based catalysts are prone to sintering under elevated temperatures,leading to unstable catalytic *** the present study,various characterization techniques were employed to study the structural evolution of ni/SiO_(2)during CO_(2)*** anti-sintering phenomenon is observed for both 9%ni/SiO_(2)and 1%ni/SiO_(2)during CO_(2)hydrogenation at 400℃.Results revealed that ni species were re-dispersed into smaller-sized nanoparticles and formed ni^(0)active *** interestingly,this anti-sintering phenomenon leads to distinct outcomes for two catalysts,with a gradual increase in both reactivity and CH_(4)selectivity for 9%ni/SiO_(2)presumably due to the formation of abundant surface ni°from redispersion,while an apparent decreasing trend of CH_(4)selectivity for 1%ni/SiO_(2)sample,presumably due to the formation of ultra-small nanoparticles that diffuse and partially filled the mesoporous pores of the silica support over ***,the redispersion phenomenon was found relevant to the H_(2)gas in the reaction environment and enhanced as the H_(2)concentration *** finding is believed to provide in-depth insights into the structural evolution of ni-based catalysts and product selectivity control in CO_(2)hydrogenation reactions.

For the first time,the MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4)(ratio 4:1)destabilized system with CoTiO_(3) addition has been *** CoTiO_(3)-doped MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4) sample begins to dehydrogenate at 130℃,which is declined by 40℃ compared to the undoped MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4).Moreover,the de/rehydrogenation kinetics characteristics of the CoTiO_(3)-doped MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4) were greatly *** the inclusion of CoTiO_(3),the MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4) composite absorbed 5.2 wt.%H_(2),higher than undoped MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4).In the context of dehydrogenation,the CoTiO_(3)-doped MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4) sample desorbed 2.6 wt.%H_(2),almost doubled compared to the amount of hydrogen desorbed from the undoped MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4) *** activation energy obtained by the Kissinger analysis for MgH_(2) decomposition was significantly lower by 35.9 kJ/mol than the undoped MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4) *** reaction mechanism demonstrated that new phases of MgCo and AlTi_(3) were generated in situ during the heating process and are likely to play a substantial catalytic function and be useful in ameliorating the de/rehydrogenation properties of the destabilized MgH_(2)–naAlH_(4) system with the inclusion of CoTiO_(3).

The massive reductions in anthropogenic emissions resulting from the COVID-19 lockdown provided a unique opportunity to evaluate the effect of mitigation measures aiming to abate air *** Mexico,the total lockdown period took place during the dry-hot season when biomass burning activity is ***,we investigate the role of biomass burning emissions on regional ozone levels in the Megalopolis of Central *** studied period covers the lockdown phases 2 and 3,and the first month of the new *** applied a factor separation technique and process analysis to estimate the pure and synergistic contributions of emission reductions under lockdown and that from biomass burning to daily ozone maximum concentrations in 7 metropolitan areas of different states in the *** results revealed that biomass burning plumes likely masked the effect of massive reductions from mobile emissions,impacted the PBL development during phase 3 and favored transition and mixed nO_(x)-limited and VOC-limited regional *** contributed to increased ozone production in the middle to lower PBL by changing the regional background levels which potentially could bias high ozone production efficiency *** the Megalopolis contribution to economic and societal development at national scale,our study suggests that ozone mitigation measures during the dry-hot season targeting mainly mobile emissions will likely be offset by biomass burning plumes.A regional and synergic policy aiming to control biomass burning would help to reduce the occurrence of high ozone levels in Central Mexico with the co-benefit of tackling short-lived climate pollutants.

The fabrication of suitable MFI zeolites to effectively produce para-xylene through the alkylation between toluene and methanol is highly ***,the two-dimensional pillared MFI zeolite was modified by silicalite-1,and its morphology and structure were systematically investigated by tuning the concentration of Si species during the secondary crystallization *** MFI zeolites were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,pyridine-infrared and n_(2) adsorption-desorption *** characterization results showed that the external Brønsted acid sites of surface passivated P-MFI-x samples have been successfully ***,the P-MFI-23 showed long lifetime and high selectivity of para-xylene(about 35%)based on the cooperation between opened interlamellar structure and passivated silicalite-1 *** was found that the accumulated hard coke in the interior of MFI zeolites not only blocked the channels of zeolites but also covered the acidic sites,resulting in the deactivation of ***,the highest selectivity of para-xylene(about 48%)can be achieved for P-MFI-30 under harsh reaction condition,which also exhibited excellent regeneration property in the alkylation reaction between toluene and *** strategy described in present research may open a window for the design of other advanced materials.

B_(4)C/Al composites are widely utilized as neutron absorbing materials for the storage and transportation of spent nuclear *** order to improve the high-temperature mechanical properties of B_(4)C/Al composites,in-situ nano-Al_(2)O_(3)was introduced utilizing oxide on Al powder *** this study,the Al_(2)O_(3)content was adjusted by utilizing spheroid Al powder with vary.ng diameters,thereby investigating the impact of Al_(2)O_(3)content on the tensile properties of(B_(4)C+Al_(2)O_(3))/Al *** was found that the pinning effect of Al_(2)O_(3)on the grain boundaries could hinder the recovery of dislocations and lead to dislocation accumulation at high *** the result,with the increase in Al_(2)O_(3)content and the decrease in grain size,the high-temperature strength of the composites increased *** finest Al powder used in this investigation had a diameter of 1.4μm,whereas the resultant composite exhibited a maximum strength of 251 MPa at room temperature and 133 MPa at 350℃,surpassing that of traditional B_(4)C/Al composites.

Objective To elucidate the effects of chlorogenic acid(CGA),a bioactive polyphenol compound prevalent in traditional Chinese medicine and various foods,including Lonicera japonica Thunb.(Jin y.n Hua),Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.(Du Zhong ye),tea,and coffee,on cardiomyocyte ferroptosis and heart *** We assessed the effect of CGA on cardiac function using a mouse model of heart failure induced by transverse aortic constriction(TAC).These indicators included the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),fractional shortening(LVFS),end-systolic volume(LVESV),end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),end-systolic diameter(LVESD),and end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD).An isoprenaline hydrochloride(ISO)-induced H9c2 cardiomyocyte cell model was also established,and the cells were treated with various concentrations of *** assess the effect of CGA on ferroptosis in cardiomyocytes,we measured cell viability and evaluated the levels of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS),ferrous ions(Fe^(2+)),and lipid peroxidation using fluorescent *** clarify the ferroptosis signaling pathway regulated by CGA,western blotting was used to examine the expression of ferroptosis biomarkers,specifically solute carrier family 7 member 11(SLC7A11)and glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4),in H9c2 cardiomyocytes and mouse myocardial *** CGA significantly enhanced cardiac performance indices such as LVEF,LVFS,LVESV,LVEDV,LVESD,and LVEDD.H9c2 cardiomyocytes exposed to ISO showed decreased cell viability and increased ROS levels,Fe^(2+)content,and lipid peroxidation ***,CGA treatment significantly ameliorated these ***,in both H9c2 cardiomyocytes and myocardial tissue obtained from mice with TAC,CGA increased the expression of ferroptosis-related proteins,including SLC7A11 and *** CGA has the potential to enhance cardiac function and diminish lipid peroxidation and ROS levels in cardiomyocytes via the SLC7A11/GPX4 signaling *** process alleviat

Heart failure(HF)is a clinical hallmark of cardiovascular syndrome leading to substantial morbidity,repeated hospitalization,and enormous healthcare *** elderly populations continue to increase,biomarker-guided diagnosis and treatment for age-related cardiac decline have become *** evidence demonstrates that n-terminal proBnP(nT-proBnP)can provide a unique window into the diagnosis and risk stratification with ***,a simple yet robust aptasensor is developed for on-site recognizing the nT-proBnP by its targeting aptamer,thus achieving the accurate diagnosis of *** aptasensing system is prepared by absorbing the fluorophore-labeled aptamer strand onto the graphene oxide(GO),leading to efficient quenching without possible off-site signal *** aptamer strand can specifically identify target nT-proBnP molecules via a versatile conformational transformation,resulting in the desorption of the aptamer-nTproBnP complexes from GO and re-generation fluorescence signal,thus allowing sensitive detection of nT-proBnP in 37 clinical blood *** advantage of the high specificity of aptamer-guaranteed recognitions of nT-proBnP,this aptasensor system readily achieves better diagnostic performance for HF than commercially adopted chemiluminescence immunoassay(Siemens,CLIA)in hospitals in terms of accuracy(89.2%vs 83.8%),specificity(89.5%vs 84.2%),and positive predictive value(88.9%vs 83.3%).This work provides a stable option for the diagnosis and treatment of elderly HF-related diseases inclinics.
