Diabetes is a chronic and debilitating disease,which is associated with a range of complications putting tremendous burden on medical,economic and socio-technological infrastructure *** the higher authorities of health services are facing the excruciating cumulative reasons of diabetes as a very imperative worldwide issue in the 21st *** study aims to relook at the misapplication of the processed radio frequency that frailties in the pancreas within and around the personal body boundary *** administered sensor data were obtained at laboratory experiments from the selected specimens on dogs and cats in light and dark *** study shows the frequent urine flow speed varies with sudden infection due to treated wireless sensor networks in active open *** overweight and obese persons are increasingly affected in diabetes with comprehensive urinary pressure due to continuous staying at dark *** findings replicate the increasing tide of diabetes *** study also represents the difficulties of physicians to provide adequate diabetic management according to their expectancy due to insecure personal area network control *** sensor network is indispensable for healthcare but such network is at risk to health security due to digitalized poisoning within GPS *** study recommends the anti-radiation integrated system policy with user’s security alternative approach to inspire dealing with National Health Policy and Sustainable Development Goals 2030.

Stuck up and fracture of coronary angioplasty hardware are unwonted complications of percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) for which surgical retrieval and management is once in a while required. We present one case of a 59-year-old diabetic, a hypertensive gentleman who attended the emergency room (ER) with central chest pain for 2 hours. After evaluation of the patient by physical and noninvasive diagnostic tests, he was diagnosed as a case of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with stable hemodynamic. For the aforementioned findings, the patient was treated first with a thrombolytic agent in ER and then shifted to Cardiology Department for monitoring and further coronary evaluation by coronary angiography (CAG). CAG revealed essentially single vessel disease (SVD) with complex left anterior descending (LAD) artery lesion, so PCI was attempted but failed with an unfortunate incidence of the broken delivery shaft and left in vivo. Immediate decision making and surgical management for retrieval of lost angioplasty device and correction coronary lesion with revascularization save the patient from grave complication. All the series of events and management approaches of this very complex coronary artery lesion are discussed in this article.

Background: Cystic hygromas are primarily found in the cervicofacial, thoracic, and abdominal regions, with limited occurrences in other areas. Despite existing literature on this condition, comprehensive descriptions and MRI findings of cystic hygromas in the extremities are rare. Aim: This case report aims to present a unique instance of a cystic hygroma in the left thigh. The objective is to provide detailed insights into the characteristics of this atypical presentation. Case Presentation: The case involves a 2-year-10 month-old girl with a cystic hygroma in her left thigh. The report includes a comprehensive description of the lesion’s clinical features and diagnostic evaluation, emphasizing the MRI findings to enhance understanding of this rare occurrence. Conclusion: This case report highlights the rarity of cystic hygromas outside the cervicofacial, thoracic, and abdominal regions, explicitly focusing on the occurrence in the left thigh. By presenting detailed insights into the clinical features, MRI findings, histopathological findings, and the surgical approach employed, this report contributes to the existing knowledge on this condition in atypical locations and informs future treatment strategies.

BackgroundThe COVID-19 pandemic posed a danger to global public health because of the unprecedented physical,mental,social,and environmental impact affecting quality of life(QoL).The study aimed to find the changes in QoL among COVID-19 recovered individuals and explore the determinants of change more than 1 year after recovery in low-resource ***-19 patients from all eight divisions of Bangladesh who were confirmed positive by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction from June 2020 to November 2020 and who subsequently recovered were followed up twice,once immediately after recovery and again 1 year after the first *** follow-up study was conducted from November 2021 to January 2022 among 2438 individuals using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF).After excluding 48 deaths,95 were rejected to participate,618 were inaccessible,and there were 45 cases of incomplete *** statistics,paired-sample analyses,generalized estimating equation(GEE)analysis,and multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed to test the mean difference in participants’QoL scores between the two *** participants(n=1710,70.1%)were male,and one-fourth(24.4%)were older than *** average physical domain score decreased significantly from baseline to follow-up,and the average scores in psychological,social,and environmental domains increased significantly at follow-up(Pomain scores on multivariable logistic regression *** or semi-urban peo

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.
