Large-area polycrystalline diamond(PCD)coatings are important for fields such as thermal management,optical windows,tribological moving mechanical assemblies,harsh chemical environments,biological sensors,*** plasma chemical vapor deposition(MPCVD)is a standard technique to grow high-quality PCD films over large area due to the absence of contact between the reactive species and the filament or the chamber ***,the existence of temperature gradients during growth may compromise the desired uniformity of the final diamond *** the present work,a thick PCD coating was deposited on a 100-mm silicon substrate inside a 915-MHz reactor;the temperature gradient resulted in a non-uniform diamond *** attempt was made to relate the local temperature variation during deposition and the different properties of the final *** was found that there was large instability inside the system,in terms of substrate temperature(as high asΔT=212℃),that resulted in a large dispersion of the diamond coating’s final properties:residual stress(-15.8 GPa to+6.2 GPa),surface morphology(octahedral pyramids with(111)planes to cubo-octahedrals with(100)flat top surfaces),thickness(190μm to 245μm),columnar growth of diamond(with appearance of variety of nanostructures),nucleation side hardness(17 GPa to 48 GPa),quality(Raman peak FWHM varying from 5.1 cm^(-1) to 12.4 cm^(-1) with occasional splitting).This random variation in properties over large-area PCD coating may hamper reproducible diamond growth for any meaningful technological application.

The use of the optoelectronic properties of noble metal nanoparticles has given a new dimension to the realm of cancer diagnosis and therapy(theranostics).The multifunctional catalytic properties and surface plasmon resonance of noble metal nanoparticles(NPs)along with their facile surface chemistry gives them an edge in the field of biology,including for immunotherapeutic *** a previous study,we reported the anticancer efficacy of silver NPs coated with murine serum albumin against fibrosarcoma in an in vivo mouse model,highlighting their role in eliciting oxystress and immune *** addition to addressing the bioavailability and toxicity parameters,our study reported that there was a significant reduction in the size,as well as a delay in the incidence of tumors with AgNP-MSA *** electron micrographs revealed AgNP-MSA uptake by sentinel immune cells associated with the tumor along with the downregulation of pro-tumorigenic inflammatory cytokines,such as TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β.

A Time Decay Vacuum is a New Era of Space Science with Reference to Magnetohydrodynamic Flows

A controlled thermonuclear fusion reaction of the Sun is the heart of the space craft propulsion system. A band of ultraviolet radiation and X-ray emission of shorter wave length permeated by a magnetic mirror in the presence of a radiofrequency accelerator with the Sun at the resonant level is to produce hydrogen fusion laser due to a driving force to act as a laser fusion thruster. A superfluid helium (4He2) of burning with the Sun is a fifth state of matter. A higher state of matter is confined to a typical helical line which corresponds to the existence of outer universe.

Conspiracy Determines World War III with Reference to Several Windows’ Channel in Connection with Earth Observation Satellite

Thermonuclear reaction exerts its influence of X-emission to produce several windows’ channel in the presence of an oscillator under electrical relay circuit with a decisive importance to a radiofrequency Earth observation satellite. Indian Television Network (National Channel) has introduced a radiofrequency accelerator to produce X-emission at resonance with an activation of artificial human environment under relay analogy in the presence of an Earth observation satellite. Thermonuclear reaction communicates several windows’ channel via Earth observation satellite. Star Television network communicates an artificial human environment under the influence of a relay circuit with different pulse code units of human brain with an active influence of an artificial sensation to generate the loss of humanity around the world.

Dynamo Mechanism of the Sun with Reference to Magnetohydrodynamic Flows

Resonance exhibits a dynamo mechanism of the Sun with an exotic behavior of a controlled thermonuclear fusion reaction in the presence of a magnetic mirror. A charged oscillator takes place of a periodic driving force so that the laser radiation is so intense with the growing of a magnetic field towards the resonant level. Following the representation of a new era of a magnetic field, it has many practical applications of magnetohydrodynamics. In response to the practical situation of interest, a mechanism has been developed with reference to a dynamo mechanism of the system.

Integrative assessment of biomarker responses in teleostean fishes exposed to glyphosate-based herbicide(Excel Mera 71)

Present study deals with the effects of glyphosate-based herbicide,Excel Mera 71 on Anabas testudineus,Heteropnestes fossilis and Oreochromis niloticus in field conditions(1.85 kg/ha)based on anti-oxidative,metabolic and digestive *** this study following biomarkers viz.,acetylcholinesterase(AChE),lipid peroxidation(LPO),catalase(CAT),glutathione-S-transferase(GST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),amylase,lipase and protease were investigated in gill,stomach,intestine,liver,kidney,brain,muscle and spinal cord of the concerned fish *** activities were significantly altered by glyphosate exposure after 30 days,these activities were tissue as well as species *** results suggested that these biomarkers could be used to assess the ecological risks of glyphosate on *** factor(BAF)studied in different aquatic natural macrophytes showed order of Alternanthera philoxeroides>Azolla pinnata>Lemna sp.(Minor)>Lemna sp.(Major)>Pistia stratiotes,while transfer factor(TF)showed the order of Pistia stratiotes>Alternanthera philoxeroides>Lemna *** factor(BCF)study showed maximum accumulation of glyphosate in liver,kidney or intestine,and minimum either in bone or stomach irrespective of fish *** integrated biomarker response(IBR),which uses a battery of biomarkers to calculate the standardized scores for each biomarker responses ranging from physiological to biochemical/molecular responses,was evaluated by combining the multiple biomarkers into a single value to evaluate quantitatively the toxicological effects of *** general,the multiple indices exhibited variations and *** was more affected than other fish species;maximum IBR value was observed for LPO and minimum in case of *** order of integrated biomarkers caused by glyphosate treatment was recorded as follows:LPO>Amylase>CAT>AST>Protease>Lipase>ALP>GST>AChE>ALT for ***,LP

A number of doubly-fused [1,2] naphthodifurans have been synthesized from the corresponding diallyl-dihydroxy naphthalene precursors involving N-iodosuccinimide in acetonitrile and also by molecular iodine in aqueous micelle using CTAB as surfactant. The electrophilic cyclization occurs regioselectively by a 5-exo-trig mode of cyclization.

Rectangular Microstrip Antenna on Ridge Ground Plane to Control the Resonant Modes for Improved Bandwidth using Transverse Resonance Method

A single layer single element rectangular microstrip antenna on ridge ground plane for improved bandwidth is theoretically investigated with a view to develop a concrete physical insight in to the phenomenon. The simple single element probe fed rectangular microstrip antenna fabricated on conventional PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluride Ethelene) substrate have many advantages except its narrow bandwidth. The present study proposes the technique to control the resonant modes of a microstrip antenna for yielding better bandwidth using transverse resonance method. The present antenna is designed to fabricate on ridge ground plane which has been compared with conventional structure and around 6% - 7% improvement in bandwidth is revealed. The detailed variation of radiation pattern across its frequency band has been studied and presented in this paper. The proposed idea has been verified through a commercial software package (High Frequency Structure Simulator) for a patch operating in X band and explained quantitatively. The electric surface current distribution over the patch surface for both the conventional and proposed antenna is presented to explain the broad banding effect physically.

WISE USE OF WETLAND FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD THROUGH PARTICIPATORY APPROACH:A CASE OF ADAPTING TO CLIMATE CHANGE

The facts showed that the number of unemployment people is increasing and a large part of them live in the low-lying areas to be facing the challenge from impacts of climate change. So adaptive capacity of the poverty level for sustainable livelihood in vulnerable wetlands is related to coping with local climate change. This paper focuses on soil-less agriculture (Hydroponics) as an alternative source of livelihood means for the communities having no lands for cultivation. Approximately half of Bangladesh is covered with wetlands. The prospect of enormous productivity lies in the development of wetland resources. The soil-less agriculture is an indigenous practice in the middle of southwestern part of Bangladesh. The people who lives within the wetland ecosystems uses locally available paddy straws, water hyacinths and various invasively aquatic plants for making the floating mat or organic bed on which crops, vegetables and seedlings are grown. The productivity of this farming system is much higher than that of terrestrials agricultural and the system can support fisheries of open water. The compost generated from organic refuse bed is a kind of enriched nutrient and can act as a soil conditioner. It would be a major source of nutrients in aquaculture as well. The system is capable to ensure more agriculture production by restoring wetlands from aquatic invasive plant. In addition, the technology included of the system is friendly to ecosystem of wetlands.

Nutrient dynamics in the Sundarbans mangrove estuarine system of Bangladesh under different weather and tidal cycles

Introduction:Seasonal and tidal variations in nutrient concentration and water quality were investigated in the western Sundarbans of Bangladesh during the post-monsoon,winter and monsoon seasons during 2010–***:Water collected from the surface,middle and bottom layers at six locations of the Kholpetua-Arpangashia river system during high and low tides was analyzed for temperature,salinity,pH,dissolved oxygen(DO),total dissolved solids(TDS),electrical conductivity(EC)and dissolved nutrients(NO3–N,PO4–P,SO4 and NH3–N).Results:The study revealed that nutrient concentrations were influenced by seasonal *** nutrient levels during post-monsoon,winter and monsoon seasons,respectively,were in the following ranges:nitrate(0.06–0.40,0.06–0.46 and 0.08–0.46 mg/L);phosphate(0.09–0.18,0.05–0.42 and 0.10–0.16 mg/L);sulphate(58.71–86.14,68.68–119.01 and 78.15–136.47 mg/L)and ammonia(0.02–0.08,0.02–0.04 and 0.26–0.38 mg/L).Increased levels of PO4–P,SO4 and NH3–N and lower DO and salinity were recorded during the monsoon *** of the experimental sites showed higher NO3–N content during monsoon,whereas few elevated concentrations were observed during post-monsoon and winter *** and low tidal waters contained mean nutrient levels in the following ranges:nitrate(0.05–0.46 and 0.04–0.40 mg/L);phosphate(0.05–0.42 and 0.07–0.18 mg/L);sulphate(63.63–125.36 and 58.71–136.47 mg/L)and ammonia(0.02–0.38 and 0.02–0.37 mg/L)without following any distinct fluctuation *** western part of the Sundarbans receives less freshwater input during the monsoon season than other areas of the ecosystem,which reduces the variability of nutrient levels and water quality ***:This study provides considerable advances in understanding the seasonality of nutrient distribution with possible tidal *** data generated from this study will guide continuing efforts to support a sound management for coastal mangrove ecosystems.
