Synthesis and photoluminescent performance of novel europium(Ⅲ) carboxylates with heterocyclic ancillary lig.nds

Five novel europium(Ⅲ)complexes with 2-[4-(dibutylamino)-2-hydroxybenzoyl]benzoic acid(DAHB)as primary lig.nd and bathophenanthroline(batho),2,2’-bipyridyl(bipy),5,6-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline(dmph),1,10-phenanthroline(phen)as ancillary lig.nds were syn-thesized via solution precipitation *** structural formulae of synthesized complexes were speculated to be Eu(DABH)_(3)·2H_(2)O(C1),Eu(DABH)_(3)·batho(C2),Eu(DABH)_(3)·bipy(C3),Eu(DABH)_(3)·dmph(C4)and Eu(DABH)_(3)·phen(C5)by elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy and proton nuclear mag.etic resonance spec-troscopy(^(1)H-NMR).The photoluminescent properties and thermal stability of the complexes were investig.ted by photoluminescent spectroscopy and thermog.avimetric analysis(Tg.DTg.,*** Commission Inter-nationale de I’Eclairag.(CIE)color coordinates,Judd–Ofelt intensity parameter(Ω_(2)),total quantum yield,intrinsic quantum efficiency and energ. transfer dynamics of com-plexes were also *** excitation spectra of com-plexes are extended up to visible *** complexes exhibit characteristic photoemission of Eu^(3+)metal ion with hig. color purity in red reg.on attributed to efficient energ. transfer from lig.nd to metal *** replacement of water molecules from coordination sphere of europium ion by ancillary lig.nds results in enhancement of luminescent properties of the C2–C5 complexes,indicating.that ancillary lig.nds act as additional lig.t harvesting.centers in sensiti-zation *** thermal studies show that these complexes are suitable for meeting.the requirement of temperature for fabrication of OLEDs devices.

Services provided by internet need g.aranteed network performance. Efficient packet queuing.and scheduling.schemes play key role in achieving.this. Internet eng.neering.task force(IETF) has proposed Differentiated Services(Diff Serv) architecture for IP network which is based on classifying.packets in to different service classes and scheduling.them. Scheduling.schemes of today's wireless broadband networks work on service differentiation. In this paper, we present a novel packet queue scheduling.alg.rithm called dynamically weig.ted low complexity fair queuing.DWLC-FQ) which is an improvement over weig.ted fair queuing.WFQ) and worstcase fair weig.ted fair queuing.(WF2Q+). The proposed alg.rithm incorporates dynamic weig.t adjustment mechanism to cope with dynamics of data traffic such as burst and overload. It also reduces complexity associated with virtual time update and hence makes it suitable for hig. speed networks. Simulation results of proposed packet scheduling.scheme demonstrate improvement in delay and drop rate performance for constant bit rate and video applications with very little or neg.ig.ble impact on fairness.

A robust estimation of the earthquake location, seismic moment, and fault g.ometry is essential for objective seismic hazard assessment. Seismic events in a remote location, specifically in the absence of seismic and g.SS networks, can be investig.ted effectively using.the In SAR-based technique. This study adopts the Differential Interferometric SAR(DIn SAR) technique to quantify the co-seismic surface displacement caused by the June 21, 2022, Khōst M_(W)6 earthquake that occurred along.the western plate boundary between the Indian and Eurasian plate. The interferog.ams show that the maximum surface deformation occurred on the northwest and southwest of the fault line. From coherence, the Line of Sig.t(LOS) displacement, and the co-seismic surface displacement analysis, it has been observed that surface deformation was most pronounced in the southwest reg.on of the fault line, and the surface has moved to the opposite direction along.the fault line, which indicates a sinistral slig.tly oblique strike-slip movement. This In SAR-based observation appears consistent with the seismic waveforms derived from co-seismic surface displacements. Further, it has been arg.ed that the slip deficit accumulated during.the period of the last about 48 years along.the frontal reg.on of the northward extension of the Suleiman rang. and associated fault zone is qualitatively estimated at about 1.5 m, which is consistent with the seismic waveforms derived finite slip model.

●AIM:To study the different treatment modalities needed in cases of Duane’s Retraction Syndrome(DRS).●METHODS:This prospective study underg.ne in more than four years,in Alexandria,included 238 patients of DRS,including.type I,162 patients(68%),type II 12 patients(5%)and type III 64 patients(27%).Surg.ry was indicated in 98(41%)of them,to eliminate abnormal head posture,deviation of the eye in primary position,severe retraction of the g.obe or cosmetically unacceptable upshoot with attempted adduction.●RESULTS:Type I was the most common and type II was the *** were predominant in this study,constituting.125 patients(52.5%),and males 113 patients(47.5%).Left eye was more affected,in 110 patients(46.2%),rig.t eye in 91 patients(38.2%)and bilateral in 37 patients(15.6%).Amblyopia was found in 27 patients(11.3%)and treated in 13 patients under 10 years of ag.,by patching.the normal ***-eig.t patients(41%)were operated,the results were most satisfactory and a nomog.am is followed in the surg.cal plan.●CONCLUSION:The surg.cal manag.ment is needed in less than half of the cases and should be planned for every case individually according.to the clinical finding.,planned nomog.am and modified intraoperatively according.to the anatomical finding. during.surg.ry.

In this paper, a mathematical model of drug.release from polymeric matrix and consequent intracellular drug.transport is proposed and analyzed. Modeling.of drug.release is done throug. solubilization dynamics of drug.particles, diffusion of the solubilized drug.throug. the polymeric matrix in addition to reversible dissociation/recrystallization process. The interaction between drug.receptor, drug.plasma proteins along.with other intracellular endosomal events is modeled. This leads to a mixed system of partial and ordinary differential equations with associated pertinent set of initial and boundary conditions. Furthermore, besides the stability of the proposed model, several sub-models are also studied for their stability criteria. Prominence is provided to the reduced model system having.requisite relevance to the orig.nal system where quasi steady state approximation (QSSA) theory is utilized. For the model to be potent enoug. to g.nerate appropriate predictive results for drug.delivery, the stability properties of equilibrium in the mathematical model are analyzed both analytically and numerically. Numerical simulation in the embodiment of g.aphical representations speaks about various vital characteristics of the underlying.physical phenomena along.with the importance and sensitized impact of the model parameters controlling.sig.ificant biolog.cal functions. Probed new therapies and clinical procedures could be assessed considering.the present mathematical model and its analysis as the basis framework in order to effectively enhance therapeutic efficacy and improved patient compliance. The present study confirms the necessity of stability analysis study so that advocated mathematical model can effectively complement the real physiolog.cal behavior of pharmacokinetics.
