Breast cancer has become the second leading cause of death among women *** India,a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer every four *** has been no known basis behind it,and detection is extremely challenging among medical scientists and researchers due to unknown *** India,the ratio of women being identified with breast cancer in urban areas is 22:*** for this disease are micro calcification,lumps,and masses in mammogram *** sources are mostly used for early *** mammography is used for breast cancer *** this study,we introduce a new hybrid wavelet filter for accurate image *** main objective of enhancement is to produce quality images for detecting cancer sections in *** enhancement is the main step where the quality of the input image is improved to detect cancer *** this study,we use a combination of two filters,namely,Gabor and *** edges are detected using the Canny detector to smoothen the ***-quality enhanced image is obtained through the Gabor-Legendre filter(GLFIL)*** image is used by classification *** migration optimization with neural network is implemented for classifying the *** output is compared to existing filter ***,the accuracy achieved by the proposed technique is 98%,which is higher than existing algorithms.

Cloud Computing provides various services to the customer in aﬂex-ible and reliable *** Machines(vM)are created from physical resources of the data center for handling huge number of requests as a *** tasks are executed in the vM at the data center which needs excess hosts for satis-fying the customer *** vM migration solves this problem by migrating the vM from one host to another host and makes the resources available at any *** process is carried out based on various algorithms which follow a pre-deﬁned capacity of source vM leads to the capacity issue at the destination *** proposed vM migration technique performs the migration process based on the request of the requesting host *** technique can perform in three ways namely single vM migration,Multiple vM migration and Cluster vM *** Deployment Manager(CDM)is used to support through negotiation that happens across the source host and destination host for providing the high quality service to their *** vM migration requests are handled with an exposure of the source host *** proposed analysis also uses the retired instructions with execution by the hypervisor to achieve high *** objective of the proposed technique is to perform a vM migration process based on the prior knowledge of the resource availability in the target vM.

Zinc alpha 2 glycoprotein(ZAG)is a 41 KDa secretory soluble glycoprotein found in different body fluids like the serum,saliva,sweat,breast milk,and *** is also found in tissues like the testis,epididymis,kidney,spleen,liver,lungs,heart,and *** is an adipokine with multiple roles,including lipid mobilization,modulating glucose metabolisms,improving insulin sensitivity,inhibiting tumor proliferation through rNAse activity,and suppressing *** levels of zinc and ZAG are linked to metabolic syndrome and are also reported as potential biomarkers for diabetic *** zinc has been found to regulate the binding of ZAG to fatty *** on very few reports on the vitreous ZAG and based on its known functions,we speculate that ZAG has a potential role in diabetic *** this article,we discuss the structural component of the protein,its secretion from various tissues,and its distribution in multiple tissues in normal and disease conditions,especially in diabetes and its complications.

Investigating the effects of peptide-based,MOS and protease feed additives on the growth performance and fecal microbial composition of weaned pigs

Background:Digestive disorders in weaning pigs remain a major challenge for swine *** types of commercial feed additives have been developed to promote gut health and development in young pigs,but their effects on resident gut microbial communities remain largely *** aim of this study was to investigate the impact of a peptide-based product(Peptiva)in combination with mannose oligosaccharides(MOS)and an exogenous protease on the performance and fecal microbiome of nursery ***:A total of 1097 weaned pigs were divided into 44 pens(24-26 pigs/pen)with each pen randomly assigned to one of four experimental diets as part of Phase Ⅱ and Phase Ⅲ of a standard nursery phase feeding *** samples collected from representative control and treatment pigs were used to investigate bacterial composition profiles by high throughput sequencing of PCr-generated amplicons targeting the v1-v3 region of the 16S rrNA ***:Higher gain:feed was observed for pigs fed Peptiva and MOS compared to Controls during the period when experimental diets were fed,but the benefits of supplementation were not maintained after pigs were transitioned to a non-supplemented *** candidate bacterial species,identified as Operational Taxonomic Units(OTUs),were found to have significantly different abundances between control samples and treatment samples during the same *** Phase Ⅲ samples,SD_Ssd-00039,predicted to be a strain of Streptococcus alactolyticus based on nucleotide sequence identity,was the most highly represented of these OTUs with an average abundance in pigs fed Peptiva,MOS and protease that was 3.9 times higher than in *** report also presents evidence of microbial succession that occurred during the trial,with 16 of the 32 most abundant OTUs found to vary between Phase Ⅱ and Phase Ⅲ samples for the same dietary ***:Dietary supplementation with a combination of a peptide-based product,MOS,and protease in

Effects of in ovo delivered xylo-and mannan-oligosaccharides on growth performance,intestinal immunity,cecal short-chain fatty acids,and cecal microbiota of broilers

Background:This study investigated a novel in ovo feeding strategy to determine the prebiotic effects of xylo-and mannan-oligosaccharides(XOS and MOS)differing in the degree of polymerization.A total of 192 fertilized eggs were divided into 6 treatment groups:i)normal saline control(NSC),ii)xylotriose(XOS3),iii)xylotetraose(XOS4),iv)mannotriose(MOS3),v)mannotetraose(MOS4),and vi)no injection control(NIC),each containing 4 replicate trays with 8 eggs per *** d 17 of incubation,3 mg of oligosaccharides(except for controls)dissolved in 0.5 mL of 0.85%normal saline were injected into the amnion of Cobb 500 broilers *** hatch,the chicks were raised for 28 d under standard husbandry practices and were fed a commercial broilers diet ad libitum,and samples were collected ***:The hatchability,growth performance,and relative weights of breast,drumstick,liver,and proventriculus were not different among the treatments(P>0.05).The XOS3 injection increased the total short-chain fatty acid production at d 28 compared with both control groups(Pvillus height to crypt depth ratio was significantly higher in the XOS4 group than both controls on the hatch day(Pre not different among any treatments on d 7 and 28(P>0.05).On the hatch day,the expression level of the CD3 gene(a T cell marker)was increased by XOS3,while the IL-10 gene(a marker of anti-inflammatory cytokine)was reduced by MOS4(Pred with both *** with both controls,XOS3 exhibited a trend of reduction for IL-10(P=0.074).No cytokines or lymphocyte markers were affected by the treatments on d 7(P>0.05),except XOS4 increased IL-4 compared with NSC(Proilers in the MOS4 group had higher operational taxonomic units(OTUs)and had more differentially abundant taxa,including order Lactobacillales and family Leuconostocaceae(Prols on d *** predictive functional profiling indicated that the linoleic acid metabolism pathway w

The present study explores the influence of electromagnetic effects on the flow of a nanofluid in a saturated permeable medium,confined between a clear viscous fluid in an inclined *** nanofluid consists of cobalt ferrite nanoparticles dispersed in ethylene *** governing equations are derived considering Darcy's law for the permeable medium and Tiwari's model for fluids containing nano-sized ***,radiation and dissipation effects are incorporated into the energy *** equations are transformed into dimensionless form and solved analytically using the perturbation *** results are analyzed through graphs and tables for different material *** findings reveal that higher electric and magnetic strengths have a significant impact on the fluid velocity at the interface of the two fluids,resulting in reduced shear both at the clear fluid surface and the interface between *** highlights the crucial role played by electric and magnetic strengths in modifying flow ***,combining electric and magnetic strengths with nanofluids can be utilized to achieve desired qualities in multi-fluid flow and enhance heat transfer characteristics.

Hunting of hunted:an ensemble modeling approach to evaluate suitable habitats for caracals in India

Background:Large-scale hunting and various anthropogenic pressures in the recent past have pushed the Asiatic caracal(Caracal caracal schmitzi),an elusive medium-sized and locally threatened felid species towards local extinction in *** widely distributed historically,it has been sparsely reported from several regions of central and northern states in India till twentieth ***,the species distribution became confined only to the states of rajasthan,Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh,which have had reported sightings in the twenty-first *** order to highlight the potentially suitable habitats for Asiatic caracals in India,we targeted forth-filtering of the spatial model ensemble by creating and utilizing the validated and spatially thinned species presence information(n=69)and related ecological variables(aridity,NDvI,precipitation seasonality,temperature seasonality,terrain ruggedness),filtered with anthropological variable(nightlight).results:Out of eight spatial prediction models,the two most parsimonious models,random Forest(AUC 0.91)and MaxEnt(AUC 0.89)were weighted and *** ensemble model indicated several clustered habitats,covering 1207.83 km^(2)areas in Kachchh(Gujarat),Aravalli mountains(rajasthan),Malwa plateau(rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh),and Bundelkhand region(Madhya Pradesh)as potentially suitable habitats for *** probabilities of pixels were further regressed with converted vegetation height data within selected highly potential habitats,i.e.,ranthambore Kuno Landscape(rKL)(suitability~0.44+0.03(vegetation height)^(**),r^(2)=0.27).The regression model inferred a significant positive relation between vegetation height and habitat suitability,hence the lowest ordinal class out of three classes of converted vegetation height was masked out from the rKL,which yielded in an area of 567 km^(2) as potentially highly suitable habitats for caracals,which can be further proposed as survey areas and conservation priority are

Objective:To investigate the antidiabetic and anti-lipemic effects of Cassia siamea methanolic leaves ***:The antidiabetic study was performed by measuring blood glucose level with elegance glucometer at weekly intervals i.e.0,7,14 and 21 in normal and streptozotocin induced diabetic *** cholesterol,triglyceride and HDL-cholesterol were determined in normal and streptozotocin induces diabetic rats by *** was used as a reference drug at a dose of 10 mg/***:After the oral administration of extracts at doses of 250 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg for three weeks,blood glucose levels and body weights were significantly improved(Pral treatment with the extract also resulted in significantly reduction of serum cholesterol and ***-cholesterol level was found to be improved to(Pract is useful in controlling blood glucose level as well as improving lipid metabolism and body weight in rats with induced diabetes.
