The aim of this study was to develop and validate a simple,sensitive,precise and cost-effective onelevel agar diffusion（5＋1） bioassay for estimation of potency and bioactivity of Levofioxacin in pharmaceutical preparation which has not yet been reported in any *** 16 microbial *** pumilus ATCC-14884 was selected as the most significant strain against *** was optimized by investigating several factors such as buffer pH,inoculums concentration and reference standard *** of Levofioxacin in commercial sample Levoflox tablet was done by FTIR *** potency recovery value for Levofioxacin in Levoflox tablet was estimated as 100.90%.A validated bioassay method showed linearity（r^2 = 0.988）,precision（Interday RSD=1.05%,between analyst RSD=1.02%） and accuracy（101.23%,RSD=0.72%）.Bioassay was correlated with HPLC using same sample and estimated potencies were 100.90% and 99.37%.*** show that bioassay is a suitable method for estimation of potency and bioactivity of Levofioxacin pharmaceutical preparations.

The study investigates long-term changes in annual and seasonal rainfall patterns in the Indira Sagar Region of Madhya Pradesh, India, from 1901 to 2010. Agriculture sustainability, food supply, natural resource development, and hydropower system reliability in the region rely heavily on monsoon rainfall. Monthly rainfall data from three stations (East Nimar, Barwani, and West Nimar) were analyzed. Initially, the pre-whitening method was applied to eliminate serial correlation effects from the rainfall data series. Subsequently, statistical trends in annual and seasonal rainfall were assessed using both parametric (student-t test) and non-parametric tests [Mann-Kendall, Sen’s slope estimator, and Cumulative Sum (CUSUM)]. The magnitude of the rainfall trend was determined using Theil-Sen’s slope estimator. Spatial analysis of the Mann-Kendall test on an annual basis revealed a statistically insignificant decreasing trend for Barwani and East Nimar and an increasing trend for West Nimar. On a seasonal basis, the monsoon season contributes a significant percentage (88.33%) to the total annual rainfall. The CUSUM test results indicated a shift change detection in annual rainfall data for Barwani in 1997, while shifts were observed in West and East Nimar stations in 1929. These findings offer valuable insights into regional rainfall behavior, aiding in the planning and management of water resources and ecological systems.

In the present study, the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is developed for the prediction of effective thermal conductivity (ETC) of different fillers filled in polymer matrixes. The ANFIS uses a hybrid learning algorithm. The ANFIS is a class of adaptive networks that is functionally equivalent to fuzzy inference systems (FIS). The ANFIS is based on neuro-fuzzy model, trained with data collected from various sources of literature. ETC is predicted using ANFIS with volume fraction and thermal conductivities of fillers and matrixes as input parameters, respectively. The predicted results by ANFIS are in good agreements with experimental values. The predicted results also show the supremacy of ANFIS in comparison with other earlier developed models.

Adopting a better tillage system not only improves the soil health and crop productivity but also improves the environment. A field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of tillage and irrigation management on wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) production in a post-rice (Oryza sativa L.) management system on silty clay loam soil (acidic Alfisol) for 2003-2006. Four irrigation levels (RF: rainfed;I1: irrigation at crown root initiation (CRI);I2: irrigation at CRI + flowering;I3: irrigation at CRI + tillering + flowering), and two tillage systems (ZT: zero tillage and CT: conventional tillage) were tested. Zero tillage compared to CT, resulted in higher bulk density (1.34 vs 1.23 Mg –3), lower total porosity (48.7 vs 52.9%), higher penetration resistance (1.51 vs 1.37 MPa), lower saturated hydraulic conductivity (1.60 vs 92.0 mm h–1), lower infiltration rate (9.40 vs 36.6 mm h–1) and higher volumetric available water capacity (7.9 vs 7.5%) in the surface 0.15 m soil layer. Irrigation levels significantly affected crop water use, wheat yield, and water use efficiency (WUE). Average total water use was 461, 491, 534 and 580 mm under RF, I1, I2 and I3 treatments, respectively. Grain and straw yield of wheat were statistically the same under ZT and CT during 2003-2004;the values, averaged over four irrigation levels were 2.10 and 2.38 Mg a–1 for grain, and 3.46 and 3.67 Mg a–1 for straw, respectively. Grain yield declined by 22%, 11% and 8% of I3 (2.32 Mg ha–1) with RF, I1 and I2 treatments, respectively, under ZT;and by 13%, 8% and 5% of I3 (2.61 Mg ha–1) with RF, I1 and I2 treatments under CT. Average values of WUE were 4.33 kg ha–1 m–1 and 2.35 m3–1 grain for the ZT and CT treatments. Wheat yield increased with increased irrigation levels for all the cropping seasons. Results from this study concluded that ZT system was better compared to the CT system even with lower yields due to lower input costs for this treatment.

Objective:The objective of this study was to assess the test–retest reliability and inter-rater agreement between the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pulse diagnosis between two Indian TCM ***:A total of 300 participants were evaluated for their bilateral pulse based on TCM independently by two investigators with similar years of experience but who graduated from different medical *** investigators who were blinded diagnosed the participants as per TCM based on the depth,rate,and strength of their ***αand weighted kappa were used for assessing the reliability and ***:The data of all the 300 participants were included in the *** test–retest reliability computed using Cronbach's alpha indicated high reliability between the investigators(α=0.963).There were a total of 37 different types of diagnoses identified by both *** investigators diagnoses matched for 116 participants out of 300 participants;whereas 184 cases were not matched between the *** inter-rater agreement for the TCM diagnosis tested by weighted Kappa did not returned any significant agreement(Kappa=0.370).Discussion:The present study shows higher reliability between the pulse diagnoses between the ***,the inter-rater agreement for TCM diagnosis based on pulse diagnosis was not significant probably due to the variation in subjective *** calls for the standardization of training in TCM diagnostic methods among *** studies should include the differences in training,medical education,and experience among the practitioners while determining the reliability of pulse diagnosis.

Single-phase CaSrAl_2 SiO_7:Sm^(3+) phosphors were synthesized by traditional high temperature solid state reaction method. Formation of samples and phase analysis were confirmed by X-ray diffraction technique. Morphology was done by field emission scanning electron microscopy and elemental compositions were confirmed by energy dispersive X-ray analysis. Present phosphors have tetragonal crystallography with space group P42_1 m. Average crystallite size was calculated by using Scherrer and Williamson-Hall method. Photoluminescence study of CaSrAl_2 SiO_7:Sm^(3+) phosphor was *** different excitation wavelengths, PL spectra consist of four emission bands at 564, 570, 601 and650 nm. The emission bands located at 564 and 570 nm are associated with the transition ~4 G_(5/2)→~6 H_(5/2)while emission bands at 601 and 650 nm are due to ~4 G_(5/2)→~6 H_(7/2) and ~4 G_(5/2)→~6 H_(9/2),*** emission was obtained when phosphor was excited under 404 nm wavelength. Non-radiative energy transfer process involved in concentration quenching, was also discussed. CIE coordinate is found in yellow-orange region, hence CaSrAl_2SiO_7:Sm^(3+) phosphors emit yellow-orange light when efficiently excited by near UV(～400 nm) LED chip. Color purity and CCT of the phosphor were determined; CCT suggests that present phosphor is a good candidate as a warm yellow-orange color emitting phosphor. Effect of different heating rates and different UV exposure time on the TL glow curve of the phosphor was investigated. Activation energies and kinetic parameters for different traps were calculated by using peak shape method. TL emission spectrum was also recorded. Present article explains all the possible mechanisms associated with luminescence process in CaSrAl_2 SiO_7:Sm^(3+) phosphors.
