BACKGrOUND rotavirus is a highly contagious virus responsible for a significant burden of acute gastroenteritis,particularly among infants and young children worldwide,however,vaccination against this viral agent is *** studies have hypothesized that rotavirus vaccination has been linked to lower rates of antibiotic *** To assess the relationship between rotavirus vaccination and antibiotic *** The present systematic review was tailored based on the Preferred reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses *** electronic databases(PubMed/MEDLINE,Scopus and Web of Science)were searched independently by two investigators in order to retrieve relevant publications published until April 2023 that investigated the aforementioned research *** The comprehensive database search identified a total of 91 *** the duplicates were removed(n=75),we screened the titles and abstracts of 16 potentially eligible *** the irrelevant records were excluded(n=5),we screened the full texts of 11 ***,5 studies were entered into the qualitative and quantitative *** In conclusion,all the studies support the idea that vaccinations can reduce the need for antibiotic prescriptions which could potentially contribute to mitigating antibiotic ***,to fully comprehend the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance,enhance treatment guidelines,and consider diverse demographic situations,further research is necessary to use evidence-based strategies to fight antibiotic misuse and resistance.

Fog computing is a promising technology that has been emerged to handle the growth of smart devices as well as the popularity of latency-sensitive and location-awareness Internet of Things(IoT)*** the emergence of IoT-based services,the industry of internet-based devices has *** number of these devices has raised from millions to billions,and it is expected to increase further in the near ***,additional challenges will be added to the traditional centralized cloud-based architecture as it will not be able to handle that growth and to support all connected devices in real-time without affecting the user *** data aggregation models for Fog enabled IoT environ-ments possess high computational complexity and communication ***-fore,in order to resolve the issues and improve the lifetime of the network,this study develops an effective hierarchical data aggregation with chaotic barnacles mating optimizer(HDAG-CBMO)*** HDAG-CBMO technique derives afitness function from many relational matrices,like residual energy,average distance to neighbors,and centroid degree of target ***,a chaotic theory based population initialization technique is derived for the optimal initial position of ***,a learning based data offloading method has been developed for reducing the response time to IoT user requests.A wide range of simulation analyses demonstrated that the HDAG-CBMO technique has resulted in balanced energy utilization and prolonged lifetime of the Fog assisted IoT networks.

平菇（Pleurotus spp.）是全球最广泛栽培的蘑菇品种之一。本研究旨在探讨合生元对Pleurotus ostreatus和Pleurotus pulmonarius生长和品质的影响。通过每日对蘑菇样品喷洒不同浓度的合生元，测量其生长参数、产量、生物效率、近似成分、矿物质含量、总酚含量和二苯基-1-三硝基苯肼（DPPH）自由基清除活性。结果表明，使用喷洒菊粉和干酪乳杆菌的合生元，平菇的产量最高（56.92克），生物效率也最高（12.65%）。菊粉和干酪乳杆菌的组合最为高效，可以同时提高两种样品蘑菇的生长性能和营养成分。此外在白平菇（***）中，菊粉和干酪乳杆菌组合的合生元可产生最高的总酚含量（20.550 mg GAE/g DE），而在灰蘑菇（P. pulmonarius）中产生最高总酚含量的是干酪乳杆菌（1.098 mg GAE/g DE），其次是菊粉和干酪乳杆菌（1.079 mg GAE/g DE）。DPPH结果表明，平菇可以作为一种有效的抗氧化剂。综上，合生元可通过增加酚类化合物的含量来提高蘑菇的抗氧化能力，并通过增加矿物质元素的含量来提供更好的健康益处，从而提高了蘑菇的品质。上述研究证明了合生元作为一种生物肥料用于蘑菇栽培的应用潜力，是帮助蘑菇种植者解决质量不稳定的一个有效方案。

Background:Hard mineral and acid salt deposits that clump together in concentrated urine are known as kidney stones.A complicated chain of physicochemical events,including hyper saturation,nucleation,growth,aggrega-tion,and retention in the urinary tract,leads to urolithiasis,the third most prevalent urinary tract *** traditional medications and therapies are less successful in treating urolithiasis and frequently cause ***:The present study is focused on evaluating the anti-urolithiasis activities of the polyherbal formulation prepared from Spinacia oleracea *** Coriandrum sativum ***:To evaluating the anti-urolithiasis activities of the polyherbal formulation prepared from *** and *** seeds against oxalate crystals by employing an in vitro inhibition,aggregation,and nucleation assay,employing a spectrophotometer followed by microscopic observation,and further monitored by egg semiperme-able membrane model,using cystone as a standard ***:In the present work,the alkaloids,glycosides,flavonoids,glycosides,phenols,saponins,steroids,tannins,terpenoids,and triterpenoids were found in the extracts of *** and *** in vitro assays in the present study clearly indicated that all the mixture extracts readily prevented crystal nucleation,growth and *** aqueous extract of the mixture inhibited significant inhibitory potential against the crystallization ***:It can be said that the phyto-constituents enriched homemade preparation possibly will be used as a medication for the management of kidney stones by dissolving the oxalate stone in the kidney.

Driven by market requirements, software services organizations have adopted various software engineering process models （such as capability maturity model （CMM）, capability maturity model integration （CMMI）, ISO 9001：2000, etc.） and practice of the project management concepts defined in the project management body of knowledge. While this has definitely helped organizations to bring some methods into the software development madness, there always exists a demand for comparing various groups within the organization in terms of the practice of these defined process models. Even though there exist many metrics for comparison, considering the variety of projects in terms of technology, life cycle, etc., finding a single metric that caters to this is a difficult task. This paper proposes a model for arriving at a rating on group maturity within the organization. Considering the linguistic or imprecise and uncertain nature of software measurements, fuzzy logic approach is used for the proposed model. Without the barriers like technology or life cycle difference, the proposed model helps the organization to compare different groups within it with reasonable precision.

The coaxial mixers enhance the suspension of concentrated slurries in an agitated *** this research work,the complex slurry suspension and dissemination behavior in a coaxial slurry mixing system(comprised of a close clearance anchor rotating with a low speed and an inner axial impeller rotating with a high speed)was analyzed employing ErT(electrical resistance tomography,a non-intrusive flow visualization technique),and computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The numerical models were validated by comparing the axial solid concentration profiles generated using the ErT data and the CFD simulation *** influences of various important parameters such as the diameter of the inner axial impeller,the inner impeller type,and the inner impeller spacing on the hydrodynamic characteristics of the slurry suspensions in a coaxial mixing vessel were thoroughly *** radial and axial velocity profiles of solid particles were generated using the validated mathematical *** assessment of energy loss due to the solid-solid collisions,the particle-fluid frictions,and the particle-vessel wall collisions was *** evaluation of optimum inner impeller clearance and inner impeller diameter is essential to attain a high degree of solids suspension and dissemination in a coaxial slurry mixing system.

Layered double hydroxides(LDHs)hinder corrosive elements by forming a double layer and locking them between its ***,LDHs are interesting materials in corrosion *** this work,Zn-Mg-based LDHs are grown over a copper substrate by using a hydrothermal *** types of Zn-Mg-based LDH coating are prepared based on hydrothermal reaction *** types are characterized through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,raman spectroscopy,high-resolution scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray analysis,atomic force microscopy,and X-ray *** show that the two types of LDH coating are successfully grown on copper;however,they differ in thickness and structural *** testing of the LDH coatings is executed in 0.1 M Na Cl and 0.1 M Na OH through alternating current impedance measurements and Tafel polarization *** show that L48 gives more than 90%protection to copper,which is higher than the protection provided by ***,both LDH coatings(L24 and L48)are more effective corrosion inhibitors in Na Cl than in Na OH,suggesting that the LDH coatings can more efficiently exchange Cl ions than OH ions.

In the present investigation,a microbial consortium consisting of four bacterial strains was selected for the treatment of pharmaceutical industry wa *** consortium was immobilized on a natural support matrixLuffa and used for the treatment of real-time pharmaceutical wastewater in batch and continuous *** batch process was carried out to optimize the culture conditions and monitor the enzymatic *** array of enzymes such as alcohol dehydrogenase,aldehyde dehydrogenase,monooxygenase,catechol 2,3-dioxygenase and hydroquinol 1,2-dioxygenase were produced by the *** kinetics of the degradation in the batch process was analyzed and it was noted to be a first-order *** the continuous study,an aerobic fixed-film bioreactor(AFFBr) was utilized for a period of 61 days with variable hydraulic retention time(HrT) and organic loading rate(OLr).The immobilized microbes treated the wastewater by reducing the COD,phenolic contaminants and suspended *** OLr ranged between(0.56±0.05) kg COD·m^(-3) d^(-1) to 3.35 kg COD·m^(-3)·d^(-1) and the system achieved an average reduction of 96.8% of COD,92.6% of phenolic compounds and 95.2% of suspended *** of the continuous process was interpreted by three different models,where the modified Stover Kincannon model and the Grau second-order model proved to be best fit for the degradation reaction with the constant for saturation value,k_(L) being 95.12 g·L^(-1)·d^(-1).the constant for maximum utilization of the substrate U_(max) being 90.01 g·L^(-1) d^(-1) and substrate removal constant KY was1.074 d^(-1) for both the ***-MS analysis confirmed that most of the organic contaminants were degraded into innocuous metabolite s.
