The prevalence of helminths in the wild frogs was investigated in Hunan province,People’s Republic of China from April 2008 to June 2009.A total of 601 frogs,mainly 20kg to 40kg,were collected from 19 representative geographical locations in Hunan province and then dissected at laboratory to examine for the presence of helminths using a helminthologica *** 601 frogs included 469 Rana nigromaculata,91 marsh frog,29 Rana tigrina rugulosa and 12 Rana *** collected worms were counted and identied to species according to normal methods and descriptions.A total of 7 helminth species were found representing 3 phyla,4 classes,5 families and 7 genera. Some wild frogs were infected by more than one helminth species.7.4%of the examined Rana nigromacnlata and 18.6% of marsh frog were infected with Archiacanthocephala;13.4%of the Rana nigromacnlata,5.5%of marsh frog,75%of Rana limnocharis and 48.2%of Rana tigrina rugulosa with Spirometra erinaceieuropaei sparganosis;12.8%of Rana nigromaculata, 5.5%of marsh frog and 3.4%of Rana tigrina rugulosa with Encysted Metacercaria of trematode;1.2%of Rana nigromaculata with trematode;and 8.3%of Rana nigromaculata,50%of Rana limnocharis and 3.3%marsh frog with Celiac filaria;1.1%of Rana nigromaculata and 8.3%of Rana limnocharis with Capillaria obsignata;and 18.7%of Rana nigromaculata,2.2%of marsh frog and 16.7%of Rana limnocharis with nematode that mainly located in Thigh *** infective rate in Spirometra erinaceieuropaei sparganosis is the highest amonge the frogs.2 of the 7 wild frog helminths,Spirometra erinaceieuropaei sparganosis and trematode,are also transmissible to humans,that can cause severe clinical human diseases,posing signicant public health *** results of the present investigation have conducted that it is high time to take effective and efficient measure to put an end to the helminth infections in wild frogs in Hunan province and other parts of China.

The effect of Friction stir process(FSP)parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of an extruded Mge2.0Nde0.3Zne1.0Zr(wt.%)alloy was investigated in this *** alloy was friction stir processed with different passes:single-pass,three-pass and five-pass,under a tool rotation rate of 800μm and a traverse speed of 200 mm min^(-1).FSP results in remarkable grain refinement of the extruded alloy(average grain size w3.8 mm as 3 passes)and almost complete dissolution of the Mg_(12)Nd phase in the *** the increase of pass,the average grain size in the stir zone(SZ)is decreased firstly and then *** Vikers hardness of SZs in all FSPed samples is higher than that of the parent material(PM).Tensile tests at room-temperature show that the tensile strengths of the stir zones along the FSP advancing direction are slightly lower than those of ***,the elongations are remarkably improved from 13.0%for PM to 24.5%for SZ FSPed with *** improved tensile properties are attributed to the microstructure refinement,dynamic recrystallization and dissolution of the Mg_(12)Nd phase.

Based on a geological investigation and in-situ stress measurements,this paper describes ground movement and the characteristics of ground fissures as a case study in Jinchuan No.2 *** has been put on the analysis of surface movement induced by underground cut and fill mining using the gPS monitoring *** results showed that ground subsidence occurred as the mining depth *** present,the largest accumulated subsidence reached 1287.5 mm from 2001 to *** displacement areas,with large curvature in both sides of a depression centre,were exactly the areas in which the two fissure zones are *** data indicates that the large-scale ground movement has not been avoided absolutely,despite using cement-backfilling ***,ongoing monitoring of ground movement will be particularly useful analyzing deformation mechanisms.

运用有机地球化学方法,对和田河凝析油进行了油源对比,并对相伴生的凝析油与天然气的成因关系进行了判识.研究结果表明,和田河凝析油具有高的姥鲛烷/植烷比(pr/Ph),高的C28规则甾烷相对含量(>25%),丰富的C26-C27三芳甾烷和三芳甲藻甾烷以及较重的碳同位素组成等地球化学特征,与寒武系烃源岩具有良好的可比性,应源自寒武系烃源岩.多项分子化合物成熟度参数表明,和田河凝析油成熟度并不高,为成熟-高成熟原油范畴.和田河凝析油与天然气虽均源自寒武系烃源岩,天然气亦为原油裂解气,但一系列证据表明,和田河气田的天然气并不是由伴生的凝析油裂解而成,原油裂解生成天然气的过程也不是在现今储层内发生的(非原位裂解气).井口条件下产出的液态凝析油应该是呈分散状溶解在天然气中,是由天然气携带注入气藏的.

Mitochondrial(mt) genome sequences are very useful for investigating population genetic structures,systematics,and phylogenetics of *** the present study.g.netic variation among isolates of Spirometra erinaceieuropaei spargana from different geographical locations in Hunan province, China,were characterized by three mt genes encoding cytochrome c oxidase subunit 3(cox3),NADH dehydrogenase subunits 1 and 4(nad1 and nad4),*** three mtDNA regions were amplified separately from genomic DNA of individual sparganas by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and the amplicons were sequenced *** sequences of pcox3,pnad1,and pnad4 were 541,607,and 847 bp in length,*** A+T contents of the sequences were 68 39-68.76%(pcox3),63.76-64.91% (pnad1),and 67.18-67.77%(pnad4),*** variations between *** from different regions were 0.0-1.5%for pcox1,0.0-2.8%for pnad1,and 0.0-2.7%for *** analysis using neighbor joining(NJ),maximum likelihood(ML),and maximum parsimony(MP) methods inferred that spargana isolates in Hunan province clustered into two main clades:isolates from yiyang and Shaoyang clustered together in one clade,with a high bootstrap value(>50%),and those from other origins grouped together in another *** findings demonstrated the usefulness and attributes of the three mtDNA sequences for population genetics studies of ***,the results of the present study also have implications for the diagnosis and control of *** infections in human and animals.

＜正＞The experiments described in this paper investigate anaerobic fermentation for hydrogen production from eleven organic acids using anaerobic activated sludge as *** was shown that hydrogen gas was produced when using citric,malic, lactic,formic,pyruvic,oxalic,and fumaric acid,and the hydrogen potential at 25℃for those acids is 171.3,117.4,93.5,79.6, 75.6,24.6 and 23.7ml/g,***,no hydrogen was generated when using succinic,butyric,propionatic and acetic *** to the hydrogen potential,energy conversion can be calculated and is lower due to accumulation of butyric,propionatic and acetic acid that can’t be metabolized by hydrogen-producing *** also indicates that whether organic acids investigated can produce hydrogen gas or not through anaerobic fermentation mostly depends on its free energy change（△g°）of a hydrogen-producing reaction,and if the△g°is much more than 0,they can’t produce hydrogen.
