BACKGROUND Cholangiocarcinoma is the most common malignancy of the biliary tree and has a poor *** is the most common pathological type of cho-langiocarcinomas,but rare squamous,adenosquamous,and mucinous variants have been reported without adequate clinical *** SUMmaRY This report describes a rare case of primary squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)of the intrahepatic bile *** patient was admitted with a tumor in the hepatic caudate lobe with no obvious clinical *** revealed hepatitis B surface antigen positivity,a slight increase in alfa-fetoprotein to 16.34 ng/mL,and an irregular slightly heterogeneous enhancing lesion in the hepatic caudate lobe,which was initially thought to be hepatocellular *** re-section was performed,and the final pathology suggested a rare primary SCC of the intrahepatic bile *** indicated positivity for villin,partial positivity for p63,and negativity for hepatocyte,CK7,CK8,CK19,and *** Ki-67 index was approximately 60%.The patient received six cycles of Tegio chemotherapy.A new lesion was detected in the liver after 15 *** surgery was performed,and the patient was followed-up at a local *** date,no new lesions have been *** Surgery is the first choice for resectable lesions,and combined chemotherapy based on pathology is essential for increasing overall survival.

In this work, a thermodynamic model is developed for prediction of structure H hydrate formation. The model combines the Peng-Robinson equation of state for the vapor, liquid and aqueous phases with the extended ng-Robinson hydrate model for gas hydrate formation of all three structures. The parameters of 14 structure- H hydrate formers are determined based on the experimental data of structure-H hydrates in the literature. The expression of fugacity of water in the empty hydrate phase is correlated for calculating structure-H hydrate formation conditions in the absence of free water. The model is tested by predicting hydrate formation conditions of a number of structure-H hydrate forming systems which are in good agreement with the experimental data. The proposed model is also applied to the prediction of hydrate formation conditions for various reservoir fluids such as natural gas and gas condensate.

Objective This article aims to introduce the benefits of qualitative research and to discuss how such research can be applied to the study of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Data sources Relevant articles were published in English as of may 2013 from Pubmed. Terms ＂polycystic ovary syndrome/PCOS, qualitative research and methodology＂ were used for searching. Study selection Articles studying PCOS with qualitative methods were reviewed. Articles associated with the use of qualitative research in clinical research were cited. Results Six qualitative studies related to PCOS were found in the literature search. These studies addressed different aspects in PCOS women including their womanhood, lived experience, information need, and experience of treatment with acupuncture. Five of these six studies used phenomenology as guiding theory. Conclusion Quantitative research has been the dominant approach in the field so far, qualitative research is relevant to the advancement of PCOS.

目的探讨冠心病(CHD)合并肺部感染(PI)患者血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、血清巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)水平变化及临床意义。方法选取2021年1月~2024年1月在本院接受治疗的95例CHD合并PI患者;依据患者的PI病情将其分为:轻度组(49例)、中度组(25例)、重度组(21例);选择CHD未合并PI者95例作为对照组;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清Cys C、MIP-1α水平;采用Logistic回归分析CHD患者合并PI的影响因素;受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清Cys C、MIP-1α水平对CHD合并PI的诊断价值。结果观察组Cys C、MIP-1α、心功能Ⅲ级占比、NT-proBNP、CRP、PCT、WBC显著高于对照组(Png/L,联合诊断的AUC为0.866,二者联合优于血清Cys C、MIP-1α各自单独诊断(Z_(二者联合-Cys C)=3.052、Z_(二者联合-MIP-1α)=2.433,P=0.002、P=0.015)。结论CHD合并PI患者血清Cys C、MIP-1α水平均明显上升,是CHD患者合并PI的危险因素,二者联合对CHD合并PI具有较高的诊断价值。

目的探究柚皮苷(naringin, ng)在腹腔感染(intra-abdominal infection, IAI)小鼠肠黏膜损伤中的治疗作用及其机制。方法腹腔注射脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide, LPS)建立IAI小鼠肠黏膜损伤模型。64只健康雄性小鼠采用随机数字表法分为4组(n=16):对照组(Control组,0.2 mL PBS),脂多糖组(LPS组,LPS 10 mg/kg),柚皮苷组(ng组,ng 50 mg/kg+LPS 10 mg/kg)和BzATP组(BzATP 5 mg/kg+ng 50 mg/kg+LPS 10 mg/kg)。ng和BzATP在造模前1 h进行腹腔注射,Control组予以等量PBS。各组于造模24 h随机选6只小鼠获取回肠。HE染色观察回肠黏膜病理学变化和Chiu’s评分;免疫荧光观察肠黏膜P2X7、焦亡效应蛋白GSDMD、巨噬细胞标记物CD68表达和分布情况;Western blot检测回肠组织P2X7和焦亡效应蛋白NLRP3、Caspase11、GSDMD及GSDMD-N表达量;ELISA检测回肠炎症因子IL-1β、IL-18和IL-10水平。记录7 d内小鼠脓毒症评分(mouse sepsis score, MSS)。结果 LPS组与Control组相比,MSS和Chiu’s评分增高(Png组与LPS组相比,MSS下降;HE染色和Chiu’s评分表明肠黏膜炎性损伤减轻;P2X7、GSDMD、CD68荧光信号减弱(Png组相反。结论 IAI小鼠肠黏膜P2X7受体表达升高,Caspase11介导的非经典焦亡发生,加重其肠黏膜损伤;ng可能通过抑制P2X7受体调控非经典焦亡,改善IAI小鼠肠黏膜损伤。

This study investigated the carbon(C) and nitrogen(N) gas emissions(N_2O,NH_3,CO_2 and CH_4) from solid pig manure management in *** emissions were quantified from static piles over 60 days during summer in China's Yangtze River Basin,using Drager-Tube and static chamber-gas chromatography *** emissions of NH_3 and N_2 O were observed at the early stage of storage,but high emission of CH_4 occured later during ***,62% of the total C in the original pile was lost; CO_2 and CH_4 emissions accounted for 57 and 0.2% of C lost *** the same time,41% of the total N in the original pile was lost; NH_3 and N_2 O emissions accounted for 15 and 0.3% of N lost *** volatilization of NH_3 during storage in summer was 4.56 g NH_3 per kg dry *** total greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions during storage accounted for 67.93 g CO_2 equivalent per kg dry weight; N_2 O and CH_4 contributed to 46 and 55% of total GHG emissions *** China's major role in pig production,further attention should given to pig manure management to mitigate its contribution to atmospheric pollution.

现阶段受各种复杂因素叠加影响使得南海生态环境安全受损、生态功能紊乱、生态系统稳定性差,出现了不可逆转的非线性崩溃的风险,为实现南海生态安全善治,2015年中国同南海利益攸关方积极磋商制定了《重要和复杂问题清单》并将南海海洋生态环境保护列为关键议题。对此,中国应自觉以CAS复杂适应性理论为指引,通过生态安全治理资源“流”的作用将自身主张和话语融入到南海生态安全治理体系之中,聚集更多治理主体,建立协同治理机制,多方联动展开更加高效的生态治理行动,解决现行南海生态安全治理机制存在的政府治理意愿、相关国际组织影响力、法律保障、治理主体间互动不足等问题。

旨在以AMPK-SIRT3正反馈环路为切入点,探讨白果内酯改善白介素1β(IL-1β)诱导的ATDC5软骨细胞炎性损伤的作用机制。采用IL-1β(10 ng·mL^(-1))诱导ATDC5软骨细胞炎性损伤来构建体外骨关节炎模型,随机分为对照组,IL-1β组,IL-1β和白果内酯共同处理组,其中,共同处理组按照白果内酯的应用浓度又分为低、中和高(15、30和60μmol·L^(-1))3个不同剂量组。免疫印迹法(Western blot)和实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)方法检测各组软骨细胞中ADAMTS4、PGC-1a、Collagen Type II、MMP-3、NRF-1和Fis1的蛋白与mRNA表达情况。试剂盒检测各组ATP含量,并通过免疫荧光方法检测SIRT3表达水平。Western blot检测AMPK-SIRT3正反馈环路相关蛋白p-AMPK、AMPK和SIRT3表达水平。使用Compound C和3-TYP处理ATDC5软骨细胞,构建AMPK-SIRT3信号通路阻断模型,检测下游PGC-1a、NRF-1和Fis1蛋白变化。结果显示,白果内酯通过下调ADAMTS4和MMP-3表达(P<0.05),促进Type II collagen表达(P<0.05)来调节ECM代谢平衡,并促进ATP合成。在机制上,白果内酯干预软骨细胞后p-AMPK、SITR3、PGC-1a和NRF-1水平显著升高(P<0.05),而Fis1蛋白水平显著降低(P<0.05),并且使用Compound C和3-TYP预处理软骨细胞后,PGC-1a、NRF-1和Fis1蛋白水平被不同程度抑制。综上所述,结果提示白果内酯通过AMPK-SIRT3正反馈环路激活PGC-1a,调节线粒体生物发生改善ATDC5软骨细胞炎性损伤。

As has been extensively reported by hydraulic engineers in China, the flow of hyperconcentrated fluid mud in rivers is often pulsating and appears as roll waves. We report here two theories for such pulsating flows besed on two constitutive laws: the power law and Bingham plastic law. In order to account for the nonlinear bores convective inertia is kept in the approximate long wave equations. Kar man's momentum integral method with an assumed velocity profile is then employed. Results of the linearized instability analyses are *** bores are obtained either as stationary wave solutions or as the long- time limit of unstable disturbances which are initially infinitesimal. Implications on ho scour is examined.
