目的:探讨用4．7特斯拉试验用磁共振成像系统能否在豚鼠中检测内淋巴积水。方法:20只白色或者杂色豚鼠用于该研究。5只正常豚鼠作为对照组,15只豚鼠用于制作内淋巴积水模型。9只内淋巴囊破坏组中的5只和6只内淋巴囊完整组(与乙状窦游离)动物采用 gadolinium(Gd)-DTPA-BMA增强MRI检测内淋巴积水。结果:由于 Gd-DTPA-BMA主要进入鼓阶和前庭阶,耳蜗的三个阶可在所有动物中由MRI清晰显示。在内淋巴囊完整组,内淋巴囊手术后6天MRI即可检测到内淋巴积水,并且由组织学证实。在内淋巴囊破坏组中的1 只动物,因内耳屏障的严重破坏而使Gd-DTPA-BMA快速漏入中阶, MRI可检测到该变化,其听力损失为60dB。结论:用Gd-DTPA-BMA 增强的高分辨MRI可检测出内淋巴积水,有可能对积水程度进行定量测试。在Gd-DTPA-BMA的帮助下,内耳屏障损伤或可能的膜破裂可以被检出。图4表4参12

The friction drive elevators the influence of the braking distance has very high significance to meet certain safety regulations and comfort.During the emergency braking the delay for the system a frame and a cabin should be within the range from 0.2 to 9.81 m/s~2.However,there are no specialist literatures regarding the issues connected with emergency braking of elevating devices either.The results of the own empirical research work are presented regarding the influence of design changes on the working parameters of the friction drive elevator gears.ASG100,KB 160,PP16,PR2000UD and CHP2000 types of safety progressive gears are analyzed.ASG100,KB 160,PP16,PR2000UD type progressive gears are already produced by European manufacturers.CHP2000 type gears are established as the alternative option for the already existing solutions.The unique cam system has been used in the CHP 2000 gears.The cam leverage gives the chance to unblock,in a very easy way,the clamed gears after braking.Thus,it is a key aspect to perform laboratory tests over the braking process of a newly created solution.The proper value of the braking distance has a significant influence on the value of delay in terms of binding standards.The influence of loading on the effective braking distance and the value of the falling elevator cabin speed are analyzed and the results are presented.The results presented are interesting from lift devices operation and a new model of CHP 2000progressive gear point of view.

Fertilizer input for agricultural food production, as well as the discharge of domestic and industrial water pollutants, increases pressures on locally scarce and vulnerable water resources in the North China Plain. In order to：（a） understand pollutant exchange between surface water and groundwater,（b） quantify nutrient loadings, and（c） identify major nutrient removal pathways by using qualitative and quantitative methods, including the geochemical model PHREEQC） a one-year study at a wheat（Triticum aestivum L.） and maize（Zea mays L.） double cropping system in the Baiyang Lake area in Hebei Province, China, was undertaken. The study showed a high influence of low-quality surface water on the shallow aquifer. Major inflowing pollutants into the aquifer were ammonium and nitrate via inflow from the adjacent Fu River（up to 29.8 mg/L NH4-N and 6.8 mg/L NO3-N）, as well as nitrate via vertical transport from the field surface（up to 134.8 mg/L NO3-N in soil water）. Results from a conceptual model show an excess nitrogen input of about 320 kg/ha/a. Nevertheless,both nitrogen species were only detected at low concentrations in shallow groundwater,averaging at 3.6 mg/L NH4-N and 1.8 mg/L NO3-N. Measurement results supported by PHREEQC-modeling indicated cation exchange, denitrification, and anaerobic ammonium oxidation coupled with partial denitrification as major nitrogen removal pathways. Despite the current removal capacity, the excessive nitrogen fertilization may pose a future threat to groundwater quality. Surface water quality improvements are therefore recommended in conjunction with simultaneous monitoring of nitrate in the aquifer, and reduced agricultural N-inputs should be considered.

Complete fusion of two selected ceils allows for the creation of novel hybrid cells with inherited genetic properties from both original cells. Alternatively, via fusion of a selected cell with a selected vesicle, chemicals or genes can be directly delivered into the cell of interest, to control cellular reactions or gene expression. Here, we demonstrate how to perform an optically controlled fusion of two selected cells or of one cell and one vesicle. Fusion is mediated by laser irradiating plasmonic gold nanoparticles optically trapped between two cells （or a vesicle and a cell） of interest. This hot-particle-mediated fusion causes total mixing of the two cytoplasms and the two cell membranes resulting in formation of a new hybrid cell with an intact cell membrane and enzymatic activity following fusion. Similarly, fusion between a vesicle and a cell results in delivery of the vesicle cargo to the cytoplasm, and after fusion, the cell shows signs of viability. The method is an implementation of targeted drug delivery at the single-cell level and has a great potential for cellular control and design.

Highly wind power integrated power system requires continuous active power regulation to tackle the power imbalances resulting from the wind power forecast errors. The active power balance is maintained in real-time with the automatic generation control and also from the control room, where regulating power bids are activated manually. In this article, an algorithm is developed to simulate the activation of regulating power bids, as performed in the control room, during power imbalance between generation and load demand. In addition, the active power balance is also controlled through automatic generation control, where coordinated control strategy between combined heat and power plants and wind power plant enhances the secure power system operation. The developed algorithm emulating the control room response,to deal with real-time power imbalance, is applied and investigated on the future Danish power system model. The power system model takes the hour-ahead regulating power plan from power balancing model and the generation and power exchange capacities for the year 2020 into account.The real-time impact of power balancing in a highly wind power integrated power system is assessed and discussed by means of simulations for different possible scenarios.

Large-scale wind power penetration can affect the supply continuity in the power system.This is a matter of high priority to investigate,as more regulating reserves and specified control strategies for generation control are required in the future power system with even more high wind power penetration.This paper evaluates the impact of large-scale wind power integration on future power systems.An active power balance control methodology is used for compensating the power imbalances between the demand and the generation in real time,caused by wind power forecast errors.The methodology for the balance power control of future power systems with large-scale wind power integration is described and exemplified considering the generation and power exchange capacities in2020 for Danish power system.

BACKGROUND A large number of adults with long-term type 1 diabetes are affected by symmetrical peripheral neuropathy.These complications increase socioeconomic expenses and diminish the individual quality of life.The 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)is a generic patient reported questionnaire,measuring mental and physical health related quality of life.We hypothesized that diabetic neuropathy would decrease physical and mental quality of life measured with SF-36,and that clinical appearance may be associated with the decline.AIM To investigate if diabetic neuropathy would decrease physical and mental quality of life measured with SF-36,and if clinical appearance may be associated with the decline.METHODS Forty-eight adults[age 50±9 years,10 females,disease duration 32(14-51)years]with verified diabetic symmetrical peripheral neuropathy and 21 healthy participants(age 51±6 years,6 females)underwent standardised nerve conduction testing and completed the SF-36 questionnaire.Furthermore,disease duration,number of comorbidities,both diabetes related and nondiabetes related,vibration perception threshold,number of hypoglycaemic events,HbA1c and administration way of insulin was notified.RESULTS In comparison to healthy subjects,patients’mental composite score was not significantly diminished(51.9±8.9 vs 53.1±5.5,P=0.558),while the physical composite score was(46.3±11.7 vs 54.6±3.3,P=0.002).As expected,the overall physical health related symptoms in patients were associated to total number of comorbidities(P<0.0001),comorbidities relation to diabetes(P=0.0002)and HbA1c(P=0.005)as well as comorbidities not related to diabetes(P=0.0006).CONCLUSION The finding of this study emphasises the importance of focusing on quality of life in adults with diabetes and especially in those with multiple comorbidities as well as the possibility of HbA1c as a biomarker for severe complication.

In this paper, a model for assessment and intervention is presented. This model explains how to perform theory- and evidence- based as well as practice-based assessment and intervention. The assessment model applies a holistic approach to treatment planning, which includes recognition of the influence of community, school, peers, family and the functional and structural domains of personality at the behavioural, phenomenological, intra-psychic and biophysical level in a dialectical developmental process. One important aspect of the theoretical basis for preparation of this model is that the child"s personality must be understood in terms of the historical development. This assessment and intervention model focuses equally on strength and virtues as well as obstacles against development within the individual and its relations. Finally, guidelines for how to measure outcome are provided.
