One of the major tasks of monitoring production well operations is to determine bottom-hole flowing *** overwhelming majority of wells in the Perm Krai are serviced using borehole pumps,which makes it difficult to take direct bottom-hole flowing pressure *** bottomhole filtration pressure(BHFP)in these wells is very often determined by recalculating the parameters measured at the well mouth(annulus pressure,dynamic fluid level depth).The recalculation is done by procedures based on analytically determining the characteristics of the gas-liquid mixture in the wellbore,which is very inconsistent to perform due to the mixture's complex *** article proposes an essentially different approach to BHFP measurements that relies on the mathematical processing of the findings of more than 4000 parallel mouth and deep investigations of the oil production wells of a large oil-production *** a result,multivariate mathematical models are elaborated that allow reliably determining the BHFP of oil-production wells in operation.

Novel method for the preparation of Cs-containing FAU（Y） catalysts for aniline methylation

Cs-containing FAU（Y）-type zeolite catalysts were prepared by conventional and novel ion exchange procedures followed by incipient wetness impregnation with CsOH. The novel ion exchange procedure involved hydrothermal treatment of NaY zeolite in aqueous solution of CsCl at 140-200 ℃ for 6-24 h. The samples were characterized by low-temperature nitrogen a.s.rption, X-ray fluorescence analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, 23Na, 27Al and 133Cs magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance, CO2 and NH3-Temperature programmed desorption. The results show that hydrothermal treatment at 200 ℃ allows to obtain higher degrees of ion-exchange （up to 83%） with respect to conventional method giving maximum 66%- 69%. Catalytic properties of Cs-containing FAU（Y） were studied in aniline methylation. The yield of Nomethylani- line is shown to correlate with catalyst＇s basicity. The best catalyst performance was achieved over the catalyst with the highest ion-exchange degree impregnated with CsOH. The selectivity to N-methylaniline over this catalyst reached 96.4%.

Myogenesis is a complex process required for skeletal muscle formation during embryonic development and for regeneration and growth of myofibers in adults. Accumulating evidence suggests that long non-coding RNAs （IncRNAs） play key roles in regulating cell fate decision and function in various tissues. However, the role of IncRNAs in the regulation of myogenesis remains poorly understood. In this study, we identifed a novel muscle-enriched IncRNA called ＇Myolinc （AK142388）＇, which we functionally characterized in the C2C12 myoblast cell line. Myolinc is predominately localized in the nucleus, and its levels increase upon induction of the differ-entiation. Knockdown of Myolinc impairs the expression of myogenic regulatory factors and formation of multi-nucleated myotubes in cultured myoblasts. Myolinc a.s. regulates the expression of Filipl in a cis-manner. similar to MyoUnc, knockdown of FiUpl inhi-bits myogenic differentiation. Furthermore, Myolinc binds to TAR DNA-binding protein 43 （TDP-43）, a DNA/RNA-binding protein that regulates the expression of muscle genes （e.g. Actal and MyoD）. Knockdown of TDP-43 inhibits myogenic differentiation. We a.s. show that Myolinc-TDP-43 interaction is essential for the binding of TDP-43 to the promoter regions of muscle marker genes. Finally, we show that silencing of Myolinc inhibits skeletal muscle regeneration in adult mice. Altogether, our study identifies a novel IncRNA that controls key regulatory networks of myogenesis.
