In a recent issue of Cell,Kaile and colleagues reported a robust highthroughput single-cell DNA sequencing(scDNA-seq)technique,named ArcWell,that enables the researchers to overcome huge challenges while studying cancer genomic evolution in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded(FFPE)samples from clinical cancer *** the application of this technique,the team revealed a clearer view of the clonal diversity of breast ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS)and genomic evolution of DCIS to recurrent disease.

It is highly desirable to develop simple organocatalysts for the controlled ring-opening alternating copolymerization(ROAC)of epoxides and cyclic anhydrides,leading to high molecular weight ***,a phosphazenium salt,namely tri[tris(dimethylamino)phosphoranylidenamino]phosphonium chloride(P_(4)^(+)Cl^(-)),is developed as a catalyst for the ROAC of epoxides and cyclic ***,the combination of P_(4)^(+)Cl^(-)with a protonic initiator,such as 1,4-benzenedimethanol(BDM)exhibited high efficiency in the copolymerization of propylene oxide(po)and phthalic anhydride(PA).This led to the production of polyester with an exceptional high molecular weight(M_n)of up to 126 k Da,which represented a rare example of poly(po-alt-PA)with Mnsurpassing 100 k *** that the core P atom is trivalent status and the tris[tris(dimethylamino)]phosphoranyl group will share one proton in the P_(4)^(+)Cl^(-)*** combined with protonic species,the P_(4)^(+)Cl^(-)will not only serve as a proton acceptor but also as a hydrogen bonding donor for the cyclic ***,it was assumed that the P_(4)^(+)plus proton served dual role in mimic of base/urea pair to effectively catalyze ROAC,which was supported by density functional theory(DFT)calculations.

Sb-based materials exhibit considerable potential for sodium-ion storage owing to their high theoretica ***,the bulk properties of Sb-based materials always result in poor cycling and rate *** overcome these issues,pyridine-regulated Sb@InSbS_(3)ultrafine nanoplates loaded on reduced graphene oxides(Sb@InSbS_(3)@rGO)were designed and *** the synthesis process,pyridine was initially adopted to coordinate with In^(3+),and uniformly dispersed In_(2)S_(3)ultrafine nanoplates on reduced graphene oxide were generated after ***,partial In^(3+)was exchanged with Sb^(3+),and Sb@InSbS_(3)@rGO was obtained by using the subsequent annealing *** unique structure of Sb@InSbS_(3)@rGO effectively shortened the transfer path of sodium ions and electrons and provided a high *** the anode in sodium-ion batteries,the Sb@InSbS_(3)@rGO electrode demonstrated a significantly higher reversible capacity better stability(445 m Ah·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1)after 200 cycles and 212 mAh·g^(-1)at 2 A·g^(-1)after 1200 cycles),and superior rate(210 mAh·g^(-1)at 6.4 A·g^(-1))than the electrode without pyridine(355 mAh·g-1at 0.1 A·g-1after 55 cycles and 109 mAh·g^(-1)at 2 A·g^(-1)after 770 cycles)Furthermore,full cells were assembled by using the Sb@InSbS_(3)@rGO as anode and Na_(3)V_(2)(po_(4))_(3)as cathode which demonstrated good cycling and rate performances and exhibited promising application *** results indicate that adjusting the microstructure of electrode materials through coordination balance is A·good strategy for obtaining high-capacity,high-rate,and longcycle sodium storage performances.

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has emerged as a significant cancer therapy ***,cation-based organic small molecule aggregation-induced emission(AIE)photosensitizers(PSs)attract the wide atten-tion of many scientists,due to improved reactive oxygen species(ROS)production after ***,such PSs tend to localize only the mitochondria,limiting the death way of tumor cells(usu-ally apoptosis)during PDT process,which may affect the therapeutic effect under some ***,we designed a novel water-soluble three positive charge PS,TPAN-18F,which could be distributed uniformly in cell cytoplasm and had distribution in different sub-organelles(mitochondria,endoplasmic reticulum,lysosome).The experimental results showed that TPAN-18F-based PDT process can not only disrupt mitochondrial functions(reducing ATP production and destroying mitochondrial membrane po-tential),but also elevate the intracellular lipid peroxides(Lpos)level,which evoke the non-apoptotic death manner of tumor ***,in vivo studies showed that TPAN-18F-based PDT could effectively inhibit tumor ***,we believe that the construction of TPAN-18F is suggestive for tumor non-apoptotic therapy.

为探明高潜水位采煤沉陷区微塑料污染赋存特征及其环境风险,选取安徽省淮南市春申湖、舜耕湿地公园两个典型采煤沉陷区为研究区域,采集了表层水体,底泥及周边农田土壤样品,采用体视显微镜、扫描电镜、红外光谱对微塑料尺寸、形状、颜色... 详细信息

为探明高潜水位采煤沉陷区微塑料污染赋存特征及其环境风险,选取安徽省淮南市春申湖、舜耕湿地公园两个典型采煤沉陷区为研究区域,采集了表层水体,底泥及周边农田土壤样品,采用体视显微镜、扫描电镜、红外光谱对微塑料尺寸、形状、颜色及丰度等赋存特征进行表征.结果表明:采集的样本中多为纤维微塑料和薄膜微塑料,类型主要以聚乙烯,聚丙烯为主,颜色以黄色和透明为主,粒径大多小于500μm.采煤沉陷区的地表水丰度范围为0.77~7.1pcs/L,沉积物微塑料的丰度范围为540~2800pcs/kg,周边农田土壤微塑料的丰度范围为380~2380pcs/kg.采用污染负荷指数(PLI)模型进行评估,地表水和农田土壤的风险评估都为于Ⅰ级,属于轻微污染,而沉积物中的微塑料风险评估为Ⅱ级,属于中度污染.

A comparative study on mechanical properties and microstructure of 316L austenitic stainless steel between solution treated specimen and hot rolled specimen was conducted. After a specimen was subjected to solution treatment at 1 050 ℃ for 6 min, its mechanical properties were determined through tensile and hardness tests. Based on the true stress vs true strain and engineering stress vs engineering strain flow curves, the work hardening rate has been explored. The results show that the solution treated specimen has an excellent combination of strength and elongation, and that this steel is easy to work-hardening during deformation. Optical microscope, scanning electron micro- scope, transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffraction examinations were conducted, these reveal that twins in 316L austenitic stainless steel can be divided into suspended twin and transgranular twin which have different for mation mechanisms in growth, and that the deformation induced martensite nucleated and grown in the shear band intersections can be observed, and that the fracture surfaces are mainly composed of dimples and exhibit a tough fracture character.
