Diabetic wound healing has become a serious healthcare *** high-glucose environment leads to persistent bacterial infection and mitochondrial dysfunction,resulting in chronic inflammation,abnormal vascular function,and tissue *** solve these issues,we developed a double-network hydrogel,constructed with pluronic F127 diacrylate(F127DA)and hyaluronic acid methacrylate(HAMA),and enhanced by SS31-loaded mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles(MPDA NPs).As components,SS31,a mitochondria-targeted peptide,maintains mitochondrial function,reduces mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(ROS)and thus regulates macrophage polarization,as well as promoting cell proliferation and migration,while MPDA NPs not only scavenge ROS and exert an anti-bacterial effect by photothermal treatment under near-infrared light irradiation,but also control release of SS31 in response to *** F127DA/HAMA-MPDA@SS31(FH-M@S)hydrogel has characteristics of adhesion,superior biocompatibility and mechanical properties which can adapt to irregular wounds at different body sites and provide sustained release of MPDA@SS31(M@S)*** addition,in a diabetic rat full thickness skin defect model,the FH-M@S hydrogel promoted macrophage M2 polarization,collagen deposition,neovascularization and wound ***,the FH-M@S hydrogel exhibits promising therapeutic potential for skin regeneration.

New progresses of fine-grained sediment gravity-flow deposits and their importance for unconventional shale oil and gas plays

Fine-grained sediments are widely distributed and constitute the most abundant component in sedimentary systems, thus the research on their genesis and distribution is of great significance. In recent years, fine-grained sediment gravity-flows(FGSGF) have been recognized as an important transportation and depositional mechanism for accumulating thick successions of fine-grained sediments. Through a comprehensive review and synthesis of global research on FGSGF deposition, the characteristics,depositional mechanisms, and distribution patterns of fine-grained sediment gravity-flow deposits(FGSGFD) are discussed, and future research prospects are clarified. In addition to the traditionally recognized low-density turbidity current and muddy debris flow, wave-enhanced gravity flow, lowdensity muddy hyperpycnal flow, and hypopycnal plumes can all form widely distributed FGSGFD. At the same time, the evolution of FGSGF during transportation can result in transitional and hybrid gravityflow deposits. The combination of multiple triggering mechanisms promotes the widespread development of FGSGFD, without temporal and spatial limitations. Different types and concentrations of clay minerals, organic matters, and organo-clay complexes are the keys to controlling the flow transformation of FGSGF from low-concentration turbidity currents to high-concentration muddy debris flows. Further study is needed on the interaction mechanism of FGSGF caused by different initiations, the evolution of FGSGF with the effect of organic-inorganic synergy, and the controlling factors of the distribution patterns of FGSGFD. The study of FGSGFD can shed some new light on the formation of widely developed thin-bedded siltstones within shales. At the same time, these insights may broaden the exploration scope of shale oil and gas, which have important geological significances for unconventional shale oil and gas.

polybromodiphenyl ethers(PBDEs),the widely used flame retardants,are common contaminants in surface soils at e-waste recycling *** association of PBDEs with soil colloids has been observed,indicating the potential risk to groundwater due to colloid-facilitated ***,the extent to which soil colloidsmay enhance the spreading of PBDEs in groundwater is largely ***,we report the co-transport of decabromodiphenyl ester(BDE-209)and soil colloids in saturated porous *** colloids released froma soil sample collected at an e-waste recycling site in Tianjin,China,contain high concentration of PBDEs,with BDE-209 being the most abundant conger(320±30 mg/kg).The colloids exhibit relatively high mobility in saturated sand columns,under conditions commonly observed in groundwater ***,under all the tested conditions(i.e.,varying flow velocity,pH,ionic species and ionic strength),the mass of eluted BDE-209 correlates linearly with that of eluted soil colloids,even though the mobility of the colloids varies markedly depending on the specific hydrodynamic and solution chemistry conditions ***,the mass of BDE-209 retained in the columns also correlates strongly with themass of retained ***,the PBDEs remain bound to soil colloids during transport in porous *** in this study indicate that soil colloidsmay significantly promote the transport of PBDEs in groundwater by serving as an effective *** might be the reason why the highly insoluble and adsorptive PBDEs are found in groundwater at some PBDE-contaminated sites.

The multi-target assignment(MTA)problem,a crucial challenge in command control,mission planning,and a fundamental research focus in military operations,has garnered significant attention over the *** studied across various domains such as land,sea,air,space,and electronics,the MTA problem has led to the emergence of numerous models and *** delve deeper into this field,this paper starts by conducting a bibliometric analysis on 463 Scopus database papers using CiteSpace *** analysis includes examining keyword clustering,co-occurrence,and burst,with visual representations of the *** this,the paper provides an overview of current classification and modeling techniques for addressing the MTA problem,distinguishing between static multi-target assignment(SMTA)and dynamic multi-target assignment(DMTA).Subsequently,existing solution algorithms for the MTA problem are reviewed,generally falling into three categories:exact algorithms,heuristic algorithms,and machine learning ***,a development framework is proposed based on the"HIGH"model(high-speed,integrated,great,harmonious)to guide future research and intelligent weapon system development concerning the MTA *** framework emphasizes application scenarios,modeling mechanisms,solution algorithms,and system efficiency to offer a roadmap for future exploration in this area.

poly（ethylene oxide）-based polymer all-solid-state lithium metal batteries（ASSLBs） have received widespread attention due to their low cost,good process ability,and high energy ***,the growth of Li dendrites within polymer solid-state electrolytes damages the reversibility of Li anodes and still impedes their widespread *** efficient strategy is to construct a superior solid electrolyte ***,a stable interface enriched with Li3N and LiF is in-situ formed between Li anode and a terna ry salt *** terna ry salt electrolyte is innovatively designed by introducing lithium bis（trifluoromethane sulfonyl）imide（LiTFSI）,lithium bis（fluorosulfonyl）imide（LiFSI）,and linO3to poly（ethylene oxide） *** characterization indicates that linO3and LiFSI contribute to forming a Li3N-LiF-enriched interface and meanwhile LiTFSI ensures excellent ***,among various Li compound components,Li3N has high ionic conductivity,which is beneficial for reducing overpotential,while LiF has high interfacial energy which can enhance nucleation energy and suppress the formation of Li *** experimental results show that ASSLBs coupled with LiFepo4cathode display extremely excellent cycle stability approximately 2200 cycles at 2 C,with a final and corresponding discharge specific capacity of 96.7 mA h g-1. Additionally,a schematic illustration of the working mechanism for the Li3N-LiF interface is proposed.

Offload Strategy for Edge Computing in Satellite Networks Based on Software Defined Network

Satellite edge computing has garnered significant attention from researchers;however,processing a large volume of tasks within multi-node satellite networks still poses considerable *** sharp increase in user demand for latency-sensitive tasks has inevitably led to offloading bottlenecks and insufficient computational capacity on individual satellite edge servers,making it necessary to implement effective task offloading scheduling to enhance user *** this paper,we propose a priority-based task scheduling strategy based on a Software-Defined Network(SDN)framework for satellite-terrestrial integrated networks,which clarifies the execution order of tasks based on their ***,we apply a Dueling-Double Deep Q-Network(DDQN)algorithm enhanced with prioritized experience replay to derive a computation offloading strategy,improving the experience replay mechanism within the Dueling-DDQN ***,we utilize the Deep Deterministic policy Gradient(DDPG)algorithm to determine the optimal resource allocation strategy to reduce the processing latency of *** results demonstrate that the proposed d3-DDPG algorithm outperforms other approaches,effectively reducing task processing latency and thus improving user experience and system efficiency.

Isothermal reduction kinetics and reduction prediction for iron ore pellets

Iron ore pellets,as one of the main charges of blast furnaces,have a greater impact on the CO_(2)emission reduction and stable operation of blast *** isothermal reduction behavior of the pellets obtained from a Chinese steel plant was studied in the gas mixtures of CO and N_(2).The results showed the reduction process is divided into two *** reduction in the initial stage(time t≤40 min)is cooperatively controlled by internal diffusion and interface chemical reactions with the activation energy of 30.19 and 16.67 kJ/mol,*** controlling step of the reduction in the final stage(t>40 min)is internal diffusion with the activation energy of 34.60 kJ/*** reduction process can be described by two equations obtained from kinetic *** reduction degree can be predicted under different temperatures and time,and the predicted results showed an excellent correlation with the experimental *** reduction mechanisms were confirmed by the analysis of the scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer and optical microscope.
