BACKGROUND Adenocarcinoma is the most common subtype of prostate *** urothelial carcinoma(UC)typically originates from the prostatic *** concurrent occurrence of adenocarcinoma and UC of the prostate gland is *** SUMMARY We present the case of an 82-year-old male patient with simultaneous adenocarcinoma and UC of the prostate *** patient underwent a transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy,and the pathology test revealed ***,transurethral laser prostatectomy was performed,and the pathology test indicated adenocarcinoma of the prostate with a Gleason score of 3+4 and highgrade ***,the patient was treated with androgen deprivation therapy,systemic chemotherapy,and *** resonance imaging performed during follow-up revealed a prostate tumor classified as cT2cN1M0,stage ***,the patient underwent robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy and bilateral pelvic lymph node *** final pathology test of the prostate gland revealed acinar-type adenocarcinoma,Gleason pattern 4+3,pT2N0M0,and high-grade *** patient regularly presented to the clinic for postoperative follow-up *** did not experience any urinary *** According to our literature review,this is the first reported case of coexisting adenocarcinoma and UC of the prostate gland.

BACKGROUND Gallbladder rupture is common in laparoscopic cholecystectomy because the gallbladder is usually in acute or chronic inflammation *** gallstones may sometime be spilled into the peritoneal cavity,resulting in intra-abdominal ab-scess if the gallstones were not *** diagnosis of intra-abdominal ab-scess caused by unretrieved gallstone can usually be correctly identified in the routine imaging studies,such as abdominal ultrasonography or computed tomo-graphy(CT).Here we present a case of abscess formation from unretrieved gall-stone following laparoscopic cholecystectomy,which mimics the imaging findings of metastatic gallbladder *** SUMMARY This case described a 78-year-old man who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy and gallbladder adenocarcinoma was diagnosed after *** adjuvant chemotherapy,the following up abdominal CT showed several small nodules at right upper abdomen and peritoneal carcinomatosis is *** laparoscopic surgery for the excision of seeding tumor was conducted and the pathological diagnosis of the nodules and mass was inflammatory tissues and gallbladder *** Spilled gallstones are a common complication during laparoscopic cholecystectomy and some gallstones fail to be retrieved due to the size or the restricted view of laparoscopic *** spilled gall bladder stones,surgeons may consider regular computerized tomography follow-up,and if necessary,laparoscopic examination can be used as a means of confirming the diagnostic and treatment.

Na_(3)V_(2)(po_(4))_(3)(NVP),as a great potential cathode candidate for Na-ion batteries(NIBs),has attracted enormous interest due to its three-dimensional(3D)large open framework for convenient Na+transport,yet its practical application is still limited by its inferior electron conductivity and sluggish Na+diffusion ***,the tiny Cr doped hierarchical NVP micro-flower cathodes(i.e.,Na_(3)V_(2-x)Crx(po_(4))_(3)@C,x≤0.1),which are self-assembled with single-crystal nanoflake subunits in-situ coated with carbon nano-shell,are designed and fabricated via a scalable *** optimized cathode,i.e.,Na_(3)V_(1.94)Cr_(0.06)(po_(4))_(3)@C(NVCP-6),was endowed with more electro-active Na(2)sites and higher electronic/ionic conductivity for efficient sodium *** from these competitive merits,the NVCP-6,when evaluated as a cathode towards NIBs,exhibits an ultrahigh-rate capability of 99.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 200 C and superior stability of 82.2%over 7300 cycles at 50 ***,the NVCP-6 based full NIBs display remarkable electrochemical properties in terms of both high-rate capacities and long-duration cycling properties at different temperatures(-20–50°C).The contribution,i.e.,the design of“four ounces can move a thousand pounds”,here will promote the practical industrial application of NVP towards advanced NIBs.

Water washing has been regarded as one of the most effective strategies to remove surface residual lithium of nickel-rich layered oxides for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the loss of lattice lithium during the water washing process deteriorates the electrochemical performances and air ***,washing the LiNi_(0.90)Co_(0.05)Al_(0.02)O_(2)(NCA) with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(NH_(4)H_(2)po_(4)) solution has been proposed to simultaneously enhance electrochemical performances and air stability,in which in-situ generated Li_(3)po_(4) coating layer on surface of NCA can suppress the loss of lattice ***,as a fast ionic conductor,Li_(3)po_(4) coating layer on NCA can prevent the direct contact with electrolyte/*** a result,the NH_(4)H_(2)po_(4) solution washed NCA cathode can deliver a high capacity of131.9 mAh·g^(-1) at 10.0C rate as well as impressive cycle stability with a capacity retention of 83.1% after 100 cycles at 1.0C,much higher than those of water washed NCA(WS-NCA) *** exposed in air for 7 days,the NH_(4)H_(2)po_(4) solution washed NCA electrode can more effectively maintain the structural integrity as well as the electrochemical performances than water-washed *** work provides a simple and effective approach to enhance the cycle stability and air stability of Nickel-rich cathode materials.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) and hybrid capacitors(SIHCs) have garnered significant attention in energy storage due to their inherent advantages,including high energy density,cost-effectiveness,and enhanced ***,developing high-performance anode materials to improve sodium storage performa nce still remains a major ***,a facile one-pot method has been developed to fabricate a hybrid of MoSeTe nanosheets implanted within the N,F co-doped honeycomb carbon skeleton(MoSeTe/N,F@C).Experimental results demonstrate that the incorporation of large-sized Te atoms into MoSeTe nanosheets enlarges the layer spacing and creates abundant anion vacancies,which effectively facilitate the insertion/extraction of Na^(+) and provide numerous ion adsorption sites for rapid surface capacitive ***,the heteroatoms N,F co-doped honeycomb carbon skeleton with a highly conductive network can restrain the volume expansion and boost reaction kinetics within the *** anticipated,the MoSeTe/N,F@C anode exhibits high reversible capacities along with exceptional cycle *** coupled with Na_(3)V_(2)(po_(4))_(3)@C(NVPF@C) to form SIB full cells,the anode delivers a reversible specific capacity of 126 mA h g^(-1) after 100 cycles at 0.1 A g^(-1).Furthermore,when combined with AC to form SIHC full cells,the anode demonstrates excellent cycling stability with a reversible specific capacity of50 mA h g^(-1) keeping over 3700 cycles at 1.0 A g^(-1).In situ XRD,ex situ TEM characterization,and theoretical calculations(DFT) further confirm the reversibility of sodium storage in MoSeTe/N,F@C anode materials during electrochemical reactions,highlighting their potential for widespread practical *** work provides new insights into the promising utilization of advanced transition metal dichalcogenides as anode materials for Na^(+)-based energy storage devices.

BACKGROUND Up until now,no research has been reported on the association between the cli-nical growth rate of multilocular cystic renal neoplasm of low malignant potential(MCRNLMP)and computed tomography(CT)imaging *** study sought to examine the correlation between them,with the objective of distin-guishing unique features of MCRNLMP from renal cysts and exploring effective management *** To investigate optimal management strategies of *** We retrospectively collected and analyzed data from 1520 patients,comprising 1444 with renal cysts and 76 with MCRNLMP,who underwent renal cyst decom-pression,radical nephrectomy,or nephron-sparing surgery for renal cystic disease between January 2013 and December 2021 at our *** of MC-RNLMP utilized the Bosniak classification for imaging and the 2016 World Health Organization criteria for clinical *** Our meticulous exploration has revealed compelling findings on the occurrence of ***,it comprises 1.48%of all cases involving simple renal cysts,5.26%of those with complex renal cysts,and a noteworthy 12.11%of renal tumors coexisting with renal cysts,indicating a statistically significant difference(P=0.001).Moreover,MCRNLMP constituted a significant 22.37%of the patient po-pulation whose cysts demonstrated a rapid growth rate of≥2.0 cm/year,whereas it only represented 0.66%among those with a growth rate below 2.0 cm/*** the 76 MCRNLMP cases studied,none of the nine patients who underwent subsequent nephron-sparing surgery or radical nephrectomy following renal cyst decompression experienced recurrence or *** the remaining 67 patients,who were actively monitored over a 3-year postoperative period,only one showed suspicious recurrence on CT *** MCRNLMP can be tentatively identified and categorized into three types based on CT scanning and growth rate *** treating MCRNLMP,partial nephrectomy is preferred,while rad

Aiming to investigate the impact of different stocking densities on the ability of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) to utilize Chlorella sorokiniana (CHL), a 3 x 2 factorial design stocking experiment was used in this study. Specifically, shrimp was fed with two dietary protein sources (fishmeal [FM] and CHL) at low (LSD; 100 per m(3)), medium (MSD; 200 per m3) and high (HSD; 300 per m3) stocking densities for 8 weeks. The growth performance and resistance to Vibrio parahaemolyticus (1.0 x 107 CFU/ mL) of shrimp decreased with the increase of stocking density, but dietary CHL improved this result. Differences between the CHL and FM groups for V. parahaemolyticus resistance were significant only under high-density conditions (P po), and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the hepatopancreas and the activities of intestinal amylase, most of which were significantly different between CHL and FM groups only at high stocking density (P potential as a novel protein source in the intensive farming of shrimp. The region completeness of object detection is very crucial to video surveillance, such as the pedestrian and vehicle identifications. However, many conventional object detection approaches cannot guarantee the object region completeness because the object detection can be influenced by the illumination variations and clustering backgrounds. In order to overcome this problem, we propose the iterative superpixels grouping （ISPG） method to extract the precise object boundary and generate the object region with high completeness after the object detection. First, by extending the superpixel segmentation method, the proposed ISPG method can improve the inaccurate segmentation problem and guarantee the region completeness on the object regions. Second, the multi- resolution superpixel-based region completeness enhancement method is proposed to extract the object region with high precision and completeness. The simulation results show that the proposed method outperforms the conventional object detection methods in terms of object completeness evaluation.
