以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、铝合金Al5052为研究对象,采用黏结剂与热压键合相结合的方法,分别进行了PMMA-PS、PMMA-Al5052异种键合正交实验。旨在探讨键合层厚度及表观形貌的变化规律,研究键合温度、压力和时间对异种键合强度的影响。结果表明:键合层厚度随温度和压力的增大而减小,而时间对键合层厚度无明显影响;聚酰亚胺(PI)辅助PMMA-PS和PMMA-Al5052的键合强度受时间影响最大,温度次之,压力最小;而溶解PMMA粉末的丙酮溶液[丙酮溶液(PMMA)]辅助PMMA-Al5052的键合强度受压力影响最大,温度次之,时间最小;同参数下PMMA-PS的键合强度远高于PMMA-Al5052。分别确立了异种键合的最优参数并得到了对应的键合强度:PI辅助PMMA-PS键合的最优参数为105℃,50 min,2.5 MPa,对应键合强度0.87 MPa;PI辅助PMMA-Al5052键合的最优参数为110℃,50 min,1.25 MPa,对应键合强度0.21 MPa;丙酮溶液(PMMA)辅助PMMA-Al5052键合的最优参数为110℃,2.5 MPa,20 min,对应键合强度0.41 MPa,均高于正交实验设计方案中的所有结果。参数一定时,PMMA-PS的键合强度远高于PMMA-Al5052的键合强度。采用丙酮溶液(PMMA)辅助键合PMMA-Al5052时,键合强度高于PI辅助的键合强度。

为了更好地评估旋转法兰在高温、高压下的工作状态,在现有压力级别(300~900磅)旋转法兰的基础上,对1 500磅和2 500磅旋转法兰进行结构设计和建模,并对模型强度和刚度进行校核,同时采用ABAQUS软件进行有限元静态力学分析。结果表明:各公称直径下旋转法兰的计算应力均小于许用应力,刚度满足使用要求;压力等级和法兰尺寸对旋转法兰应力分布存在一定影响,1 500磅旋转法兰存在芯套小端高颈以及垫片与法兰盘相接触2个应力集中区域,2 500磅旋转法兰除上述2个应力集中区域外,其芯套台阶处也会产生应力集中;最大应力均出现在芯套小端高颈处,且最大应力小于材料许用应力,设计的高磅级旋转法兰满足使用要求。研究结果进一步丰富了2 500磅旋转法兰结构设计案例,可为高磅级旋转法兰结构设计提供参考。

Smart city is the development of digital city; as its main supporting technology, the digital city geo-spatial framework has to be upgraded to the temporal-spatial information infrastructure (TSII). first, this paper proposes the concept and basic framework of smart city and defines the concept of TSII - processes, integration, mining analysis, and share time-stamps geographic data - and the related policy, regulations and standards, technology, facilities, mechanism, and human resources. The framework has four components: the benchmark of time and space, temporal-spatial big data, the cloud service platform and the related supporting environment. Second, the temporal-spatial big data and cloud service platform are elaborated. finally, an application of TSII constructed by the Xicheng District Planning Bureau in Beijing is introduced, which provides a useful reference for the construction of smart city.

Typhoons are usually accompanied by strong winds,heavy rain,storm surges and other disastrous events,and they are the most severe weather phenomena in the western part of the North Pacific *** is a key technology for analysing and presenting climate simulations and observations together with related social and ecological *** globes are a logical platform for visualising such geospatial data via the *** implement interactive visualisation of typhoon data within virtual globes,this study provides a 3D texture-mapping algorithm to render volume textures on a *** addition,a systematic framework is proposed in which a hierarchical octree-based multiresolution data structure is implemented to organise the large volume dataset,and a graphics processing unit-based dynamic interpolation approach is proposed to obtain a smooth ***,the structure is combined with a level of detail strategy to enable the rendering of dynamic volumetric data at an acceptable interactive frame *** demonstrate the capabilities of this framework,data for a simulated typhoon event were rendered in World Wind,an open-source virtual *** experimental results demonstrate that the application of the proposed strategies can result in an interactive visualisation performance that renders typhoon data on virtual globes.

We present a modified stratified jet model to interpret the observed spectral energy distributions of knots in the 3C 273 jet. Based on the hypothesis of the single index of the particle energy spectrum at injection and identical emission processes among all the knots, the observed difference of spectral shape among different 3C 273 knots can be understood as a manifestation of the deviation of the equivalent Doppler factor of stratified emission regions in an individual knot from a characteristic one. The summed spectral energy distributions of all ten knots in the 3C 273 jet can be well fitted by two components; a low-energy component （radio to optical） dominated by synchrotron radiation and a high- energy component （UV, X-ray and γ-ray） dominated by inverse Compton scattering of the cosmic microwave background. This gives a consistent spectral index of α = 0.88 （Sv ∝ v^-α） and a characteristic Doppler factor of 7.4. Assuming the average of the summed spectrum as the characteristic spectrum of each knot in the 3C 273 jet, we further get a distribution of Doppler factors. We discuss the possible implications of these results for the physical properties in the 3C 273 jet. Future GeV observations with GLAST could separate the 7-ray emission of 3C 273 from the large scale jet and the small scale jet （i.e. the core） through measuring the GeV spectrum.
