Organic-inorganic hybrid two dimensional(2D)lead halide perovskites(LHPs)are tunable quantum wells that exhibit a set of intriguing structural and physical properties including soft and dynamic lattices,organic-inorganic epitaxial heterointerfaces,quantum and dielectric confinements,strong light-matter interactions,and large spin-orbit coupling,which enable promising perspectives for optoelectronics,ferroelectrics,and *** the properties of 2D LHPs bear some resemblance of the3D LHPs,they are often drastically altered due to the reduced dimensionality and the complex interactions between organic and inorganic *** this review,we discuss the influences of the reduced dimensionality and the organic-inorganic interplays on the structural stability and distortion of the inorganic lattices,inversion symmetry of the crystal structure,electronic band structures,excitonic physics,and carrier-phonon interactions in 2D *** emphasis is placed on the relationships between the crystal structures and photophysical *** perspectives on the opportunities of hybrid quantum wells are provided.

This paper is to explore the problems of intelligent connected vehicles(ICVs)autonomous driving decision-making under a 5G-V2X structured road *** literature review and interviews with autonomous driving practitioners,this paper firstly puts forward a logical framework for designing a cerebrum-like autonomous driving ***,situated on this framework,it builds a hierarchical finite state machine(HFSM)model as well as a TOPSIS-GRA algorithm for making ICV autonomous driving decisions by employing a data fusion approach between the entropy weight method(EWM)and analytic hierarchy process method(AHP)and by employing a model fusion approach between the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)and grey relational analysis(GRA).The HFSM model is composed of two layers:the global FSM model and the local FSM *** decision of the former acts as partial input information of the latter and the result of the latter is sent forward to the local pathplanning module,meanwhile pulsating feedback to the former as real-time refresh *** identify different traffic scenarios in a cerebrum-like way,the global FSM model is designed as 7 driving behavior states and 17 driving characteristic events,and the local FSM model is designed as 16 states and 8 characteristic *** respect to designing a cerebrum-like algorithm for state transition,this paper firstly fuses AHP weight and EWM weight at their output layer to generate a synthetic weight coefficient for each characteristic event;then,it further fuses TOPSIS method and GRA method at the model building layer to obtain the implementable order of state *** verify the feasibility,reliability,and safety of theHFSMmodel aswell as its TOPSISGRA state transition algorithm,this paper elaborates on a series of simulative experiments conducted on the PreScan8.50 *** results display that the accuracy of obstacle detection gets 98%,lane line prediction is beyond

The applications of single-cell and spatial technologies in recent times have revolutionized the present understanding of cellular states and the cellular heterogeneity inherent in complex biological systems. These advancements offer unprecedented resolution in the examination of the functional genomics of individual cells and their spatial context within tissues. In this review, we have comprehensively discussed the historical development and recent progress in the field of single-cell and spatial genomics. We have reviewed the breakthroughs in single-cell multi-omics technologies, spatial genomics methods, and the computational strategies employed toward the analyses of singlecell atlas data. furthermore, we have highlighted the advances made in constructing cellular atlases and their clinical applications,particularly in the context of disease. Finally, we have discussed the emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in this rapidly evolving field.

随着全球数据量的爆炸式增长以及数据多样性的日益丰富,单一介质层的存储系统逐渐不能满足用户多样化的应用需求。分层存储技术可依据数据的重要性、访问频率、安全性需求等特征将数据分类存放到具有不同访问延迟、存储容量、容错能力的存储层中,已经在各个领域得到广泛应用。重复数据删除是一种面向大数据的缩减技术,可高效去除存储系统中的重复数据,最大化存储空间利用率。不同于单存储层场景,将重复数据删除技术运用于分层存储中,不仅能减少跨层数据冗余,进一步节省存储空间、降低存储成本,还能更好地提升数据I/O性能和存储设备的耐久性。在简要分析基于重复数据删除的分层存储技术的原理、流程和分类之后,从存储位置选择、重复内容识别和数据迁移操作3个关键步骤入手,深入总结了诸多优化方法的研究进展,并针对基于重复数据删除的分层存储技术潜在的技术挑战进行了深入探讨。最后展望了基于重复数据删除的分层存储技术的未来发展趋势。

In the aerospace field, electromechanical actuators are increasingly being implemented in place of conventional hydraulic actuators. For safety-critical embedded actuation applications like flight controls, the use of electromechanical actuators introduces specific issues related to thermal balance, reflected inertia, parasitic motion due to compliance and response to failure. Unfortunately, the physical effects governing the actuator behaviour are multidisciplinary, coupled and nonlinear. Although numerous multi-domain and system-level simulation packages are now available on the market, these effects are rarely addressed as a whole because of a lack of scientific approaches for model architecting, multi-purpose incremental modelling and judicious model implementation. In this publication, virtual prototyping of electromechanical actuators is addressed using the Bond-Graph formalism. New approaches are proposed to enable incremental modelling,thermal balance analysis, response to free-run or jamming faults, impact of compliance on parasitic motion, and influence of temperature. A special focus is placed on friction and compliance of the mechanical transmission with fault injection and temperature dependence. Aileron actuation is used to highlight the proposals for control design, energy consumption and thermal analysis, power network pollution analysis and fault response.

Five-fold twinned nanostructures are intrinsically strained or relaxed by extended defects to satisfy the space-filling *** both of metallic and semiconductor five-fold twinned nanostructures show inhomogeneity in their cross-sectional strain distribution,the evident strain concentration at twin boundaries in the semiconductor systems has been found in contrast to the metallic ***,a problem is raised how the chemical bonding characteristics of various five-fold twinned nanosystems affects their strain-relieving defect *** using three-dimensional(3D)electron diffraction mapping methodology,the intrinsic strain and the strain-relieving defects in a pentagonal Ag nanowire and a star-shaped boron carbide nanowire,both of them have basically equal radial twin-plane width about 30 nm,are nondestructively *** non-uniform strain and defect distribution between the five single crystalline segments are found in both of the five-fold twinned *** intensity fine structure analysis for the boron carbide five-fold twinned nanowire indicates the presence of high-density of planar defects which are responsible for the accommodation of the intrinsic angular ***,for the Ag five-fold twinned nanowire,the star-disclination strain field is still present,although is partially relieved by the formation of localized stacking fault layers accompanied by partial *** analysis suggests that the variety in the strain-relaxation ways for the two types of five-fold twinned nanowires could be ascribed to the large difference in shear modulus between the soft noble metal Ag and the superhard covalent compound boron carbide.
