In today’s society,the need for talent training is of utmost importance due to rapid development.To achieve high-quality talent training,we need to focus on building a collaborative education mechanism.Practical teaching and the second classroom,which serve as important carriers of educational talents,must align their educational goals and complement each other.This article explores the collaborative education mechanism of the second classroom and practical teaching for the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.It proposes reasonable construction measures to provide some guidelines for teaching work.

An equiatomic low-activated Fe Cr V ternary alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering. The BCC solid solution alloy exhibited an excellent strength-ductility synergy properties, which was 1.85GPa compressive yield strength, 3.04 GPa fracture strength and more than 28% plasticity at room temperature.Even at an elevated temperature of 600°C, its yield strength was still more than 1 GPa, revealing a pronounced high temperature resistance. The Fe Cr V alloy had a homogeneous microstructure with high-density dislocations.A nanocrystalline characteristic was demonstrated and the average grain size was about 322 nm, leading to the improved mechanical properties. The strengthening mechanism was discussed in detail and the contributions of strengthening factors were calculated. The Fe Cr V alloy was irradiated up to 160 dpa with 2 Me V Au2+ions at 573K. The nanoindentation test was carried out to simply evaluate the hardening degree under such a high dose irradiation with heavy ions. The semi-quantitative analysis results show that Fe Cr V alloy has an excellent irradiation tolerance compared with pure Fe.

Calycosin improves atherosclerosis by reshaping the interaction between the gut microbiome and bile acid metabolism

Calycosin， Astragali Radix most prominent ingredient， has drawn more attention as a result of its ability to treat atherosclerosis(AS). However， the mechanism of action has not been fully elucidated. We investigated the effects of calycosin on bile acid (BA) metabolism and gut microbiome in ApoE-/-mice fed a high-fat diet (HFD). The data showed that the aorta of ApoE-/-mice treated with HFD showed significant atheromatous plaque formation and lipid accumulation， and the levels of TC， TG and LDL-C were significantly increased， while the levels of HDL-C were significantly decreased. Calycosin can substantially regulate lipid levels， thereby alleviating liver lipid deposition induced by atherosclerosis. In addition， 16S rRNA sequencing showed that calycosin treatment has reshaped the gut microbiota disturbed by HFD， in particular， increasing the ratio of Bacteroidetes/Firmicutes， and improving the relative abundance of Bilophila， Desulfovibrio， Bacteroides， Lactobacillus， etc. Meanwhile， targeted metabolomics analysis showed that calycosin treatment significantly modulated CDCA， TCA， LCA， DCA， TDCA and bile acid pool composition， which were associated with atherosclerotic plaque areas. In addition， calycosin treatment also down-regulated FXR protein levels and up-regulated CYP7A1 protein levels in the hepatic. At the same time， calycosin inhibits the ileum FXR/TGR5 signaling pathway， inhibits BA reabsorption， promotes BA excretion， and reduces hepatic cholesterol accumulation by enterohepatic circulation. In addition， we found that calycosin significantly promoted the expression of hepatic ABCA1 and ABCG1 to mediate cholesterol efflux. Meanwhile， calycosin regulates gut microbiota， and Bacteroides， Alistipes， Desulfovibrio， Lactobacillus， Bilophila and Odoribacter are closely related to specific BAs. This enables us to further understand the relationship between BA metabolism and gut microbiota. Advances in flexible electronics are driving dielectric capacitors with high energy storage density toward flexibility and miniaturization.In the present work,an all-inorganic thin film dielectric capacitor with the coexistence of ferroelectric(FE)and antiferroelectric(AFE)phases based on Pb_(0.96)La_(0.04)(Zr_(0.95)Ti_(0.05))O_(3)(PLZT)was prepared on a 2D fluorophlogopite mica substrate via a simple one-step process.The flexible capacitor exhibits a high recoverable energy density(U_(rec))of z 44.2 J/cm^(3),a large electric breakdown strength(E BDS)of 3011 kV/cm,excellent frequency stability(500 Hz-20 kHz)and high thermal stability over 30-190℃.It also demonstrates an outstanding bending endurance,which can maintain a high energy storage performance under various bending radii(R=2-10 mm)or 103 repeated bends at 4 mm.The FE phase is stable near the film surface and the interface with the bottom electrode.The AFE phase with multi-domains has incommensurate modulation structures with super-periodicity of 6.5,6.9 and 5.2.It indicates that the PLZT/LNO/F-Mica capacitor has high potential for energy storage application and may provide great opportunities for exploring new energy storage materials.

Targeted genotyping is an extremely powerful approach for the detection of known genetic variations that are biologically or clinically important.However,for non-model organisms,large-scale target geno-typing in a cost-effective manner remains a major challenge.To address this issue,we present an ultrahigh-multiplex,in-solution probe array-based high-throughput diverse marker genotyping(HD-Marker)approach that is capable of targeted genotyping of up to 86000 loci,with coverage of the whole gene repertoire,in what is a 27-fold and six-fold multiplex increase in comparison with the conventional Illumina GoldenGate and original HD-Marker assays,respectively.We perform extensive analyses of var-ious ultrahigh-multiplex levels of HD-Marker(30 k-plex,56 k-plex,and 86 k-plex)and show the power and excellent performance of the proposed method with an extremely high capture rate(about 96%)and genotyping accuracy(about 96%).With great advantages in terms of cost(as low as 0.0006 USD per geno-type)and high technical flexibility,HD-Marker is a highly efficient and powerful tool with broad appli-cation potential for genetic,ecological,and evolutionary studies of non-model organisms.

Modulating a Local Shape Descriptor through Biologically Inspired Color Feature

This paper presents a biologically inspired local image descriptor that combines color and shape features. Compared with previous descriptors, red-cyan cells associated with L, M, and S cones （L for long, M for medium, and S for short） are used to indicate one of the opponent color channels. Stepping forward from state-of-the-art color feature extraction, we exploit a new approach to compute the color orientation and magnitudes of three opponent color channels, namely, red-green, blue-yellow, and red-cyan, in two-dimensional space. Color orientation is calculated in histograms with magnitude weighting. We linearly concatenate the four-color-opponent-channel histogram and scale-invariant-feamre-transform histogram in the final step. We apply our biologically inspired descriptor to describe the local image feature. Quantitative comparisons with state-of-the-art descriptors demonstrate the significant advantages of maintaining invariance to photometric and geometric changes in image matching, particularly in cases, such as illumination variation and image blurring, where more color contrast information is observed.

In the traditional reliability evaluation based on the Bayesian method,the failure probability of nodes is usually expressed by the average failure rate within a period of time.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional Bayesian network reliability evaluation methods,this paper proposes a Bayesian network reliability evaluation method considering dynamics and fuzziness.The fuzzy theory and the dynamic of component failure probability are introduced to construct the dynamic fuzzy set function.Based on the solving characteristics of the dynamic fuzzy set and Bayesian network,the fuzzy dynamic probability and fuzzy dynamic importance degree of the fault state of leaf nodes are solved.Finally,through the dynamic fuzzy reliability analysis of CNC machine tool hydraulic system balance circuit,the application of this method in system reliability evaluation is verified,which provides support for fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools.

大肠癌是消化系统常见恶性肿瘤,居全球癌症发病谱第3位和死因谱第2位。近年来大肠癌发病率呈上升趋势,发病年龄呈现年轻化,癌症负担沉重,因此防治大肠癌发生发展及复发转移对降低大肠癌发病率和死亡率具有重要意义。败酱草具有清热解毒、消痈排脓的功效,对炎性肠病、消化道肿瘤、盆腔炎症、妇科肿瘤等多种疾病具有良好的疗效。临床常应用败酱草治疗大肠癌,但其作用机制尚不完全清楚。现代研究发现败酱草含有三萜类、皂苷、环烯醚萜类、黄酮类等多种化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒等多种药理作用,其中黄酮类化学成分是败酱草主要抗肿瘤成分,网络药理及谱效关系分析认为,槲皮素、木犀草素、芹菜素、异牡荆素、异红草苷在败酱草抑制大肠癌发生发展过程中起主要作用。体内外研究显示,败酱草中黄酮类化学成分可以从防止大肠癌癌前病变、抑制癌细胞生长增殖、阻滞癌细胞周期、促进癌细胞凋亡、逆转大肠癌耐药等多种途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。黄酮类化合物口服利用度低,肠道是黄酮类化合物在体内的主要代谢部位,其代谢途径与肠道微生物关系密切。该文对败酱草中主要黄酮类化学成分抗肿瘤机制及其对肠道微生物群影响相关研究做一综述,以期为深入研究败酱草抗大肠癌作用机制、转化临床应用提供研究思路。

目的分析老年糖尿病足患者伤口护理中精细化护理模式的价值。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月临沂河东医院收治的96例老年糖尿病足患者为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为常规组和精细组,各48例。常规组为常规伤口护理,精细组为精细化护理,对比两组血糖指标、心理状态、疼痛情况和满意率。结果施护前两组血糖指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。施护后精细组的血糖指标低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。施护后精细组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。精细组的轻度疼痛率高于常规组,中度、重度疼痛率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。精细组的满意率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可以促进老年糖尿病足患者的足部伤口愈合,控制血糖,减轻足部不适感。
