Additives could improve composting performance and reduce gaseous emission,but few studies have explored the synergistic of additives on H_(2)S emission and compost *** research aims to make an investigation about the effects of chemical additives and mature compost on H_(2)S emission and compost maturity of kitchen waste *** results showed that additives increased the germination index value and H_(2)S emission reduction over 15 days and the treatment with both chemical additives and mature compost achieved highest germination index value and H_(2)S emission reduction(85%).Except for the treatment with only chemical additives,the total sulfur content increased during the kitchen waste *** proportion of effective sulfur was higher with the addition of chemical additives,compared with other *** relative abundance of H_(2)S-formation bacterial(Desulfovibrio)was reduced and the relative abundance of bacterial(Pseudomonas and Paracoccus),which could convert sulfur-containing substances and H_(2)S to sulfate was improved with *** the composting process with both chemical additives and mature compost,the relative abundance of Desulfovibrio was lowest,while the relative abundance of Pseudomonas and Paracoccus was *** together,the chemical additives and mature compost achieved H_(2)S emission reduction by regulating the dynamics of microbial community.

Covalent organic polymer(COP)thin film-based memristors have generated intensive research interest,but the studies are still in their ***,by controlling the content of hydroxyl groups in the aldehyde monomer,Py-COP thin films with different electronic push-pull effects were fabricated bearing distinct memory performances,where the films were prepared by the solid-liquid interface method on the ITO substrates and further fabricated as memory devices with ITO/Py-COPs/Ag *** Py-COP-1-based memory device only exhibited binary memory behavior with an ON/OFF ratio of 1:10^(1.87).In contrast,the device based on Py-COP-2 demonstrated ternary memory behavior with an ON/OFF ratio of 1:10^(0.6):10^(3.1) and a ternary yield of 55%.The ternary memory mechanism of the ITO/Py-COP-2/Ag memory device is most likely due to the combination of the trapping of charge carriers and conductive ***,the Py-COPs-based devices can successfully emulate the synaptic potentiation/depression behavior,clarifying the programmability of these devices in neuromorphic *** results suggest that the electronic properties of COPs can be precisely tuned at the molecular level,which provides a promising route for designing multi-level memory devices.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC)is a biliary disease accompanied by chronic inflammation of the liver and biliary *** stem cells(MSCs)are used to treat liver diseases because of their immune regulation and regeneration-promoting *** study was performed to explore the therapeutic potential of human placental MSCs(hP-MSCs)in PSC through the Takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)receptor *** tissues were collected from patients with PSC and healthy donors(n=4)for RNA sequencing and intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoid ***-MSCs were injected via the tail vein into Mdr2^(-/-),bile duct ligation(BDL),and 3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydrocollidine(DDC)mouse models or co-cultured with organoids to confirm their therapeutic effect on biliary *** in bile acid metabolic profile were analyzed by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Compared with healthy controls,liver tissues and intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoids from PSC patients were characterized by inflammation and cholestasis,and marked downregulation of bile acid receptor TGR5 ***-MSC treatment apparently reduced the inflammation,cholestasis,and fibrosis in Mdr2^(-/-),BDL,and DDC model *** activating the phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase pathway,hP-MSC treatment promoted the proliferation of cholangiocytes,and affected the transcription of downstream nuclear factorκB through regulation of the binding of TGR5 and Pellino3,thereby affecting the cholangiocyte inflammatory phenotype.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a standardized framework encompassing the precise locations, manipulations,functions and indications of specific acupoints in the field of paediatric Tuina. METHODS: The development of consensus involved three distinct stages. Initially, a list of paediatric Tuina specific acupoints was compiled based on an extensive literature review, which was subsequently supplemented through expert interviews. In the second stage, the Delphi method was employed to assess the significance of acupoint locations, manipulations, functions, and indications. In situations where the questionnaire survey failed to yield agreement or when the experts held reservations, the nominal group approach was utilized during the expert consensus meeting. The final version of the technical standardized material was ultimately determined during an expert consensus conference. After undergoing external peer review and evaluation, the completed draft was prepared for public dissemination RESULTS: The comprehensive list identified a total of 66 specific acupoints. The location and manipulation questionnaire consisted of 156 items based on the literature database, while the function and indication questionnaire contained 116 items. Two rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted for the location and manipulation category, and another two rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted for the function and indication category. During the experts consensus meeting The panel of experts conducted in-depth discussions on 61 questions, resulting in the formulation of technical guidelines for the locations, manipulations, functions, and indications of 64 paediatric Tuina acupoints. Subsequently, the research team compiled and edited the draft of the technical guidelines for acupoints of paediatric Tuina, which was finalized after external review and feedback. In this work,β-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films were grown on SiO_(2)substrate by atomic layer deposition(ALD)and annealed in N_(2)atmosphere to enhance the crystallization quality of the thin films,which were verified from X-rays diffraction(XRD).Based on the grownβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films,vertical metal-semiconductor-metal(MSM)interdigital photodetectors(PDs)were fabricated and *** PDs have an ultralow dark current of 1.92 pA,ultra-high photo-to-dark current ratio(PDCR)of 1.7×10^(6),and ultra-high detectivity of 4.25×10^(14)Jones at a bias voltage of 10 V under 254 nm deep ultraviolet(DUV).Compared with the horizontal MSM PDs under the same process,the PDCR and detectivity of the fabricated vertical PDs are increased by 1000 times and 100 times,*** addition,the vertical PDs possess a high responsivity of 34.24 A/W and an external quantum efficiency of 1.67×10^(4)%,and also exhibit robustness and repeatability,which indicate excellent *** the effects of electrode size and external irradiation conditions on the performance of the vertical PDs continued to be investigated.
