The power factor is the ratio between the active and apparent power,and it is available to determine the operational capability of the intended circuit or the *** excitation current of the synchronous motor is an essential parameter required for adjusting the power factor because it determines whether the motor is under the optimal operating *** the excitation current should predict with the experimental devices,such a method is unsuitable for online real-time *** artificial intelligence algorithm can compensate for the defect of conventional measurement methods requiring the measuring devices and the model optimization is compared during the research *** this article,the load current,power factor,and power factor errors available in the existing dataset are used as the input parameters for training the proposed artificial intelligence algorithms to select the optimal algorithm according to the training result,for this algorithm to have higher *** SMOGN(Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Technique for Regression with Gaussian Noise)is selected for the research by which the data and the MFO(Moth-flame optimization algorithm)are created for the model to adjust and optimize the parameters *** addition to enhancing the prediction accuracy for the excitation current,the automatic parameter adjusting method also allows the researchers not specializing in the professional algorithm to apply such application method more *** final result indicated that the prediction accuracy has reached“Mean Absolute Error(MAE)=0.0057,Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)=0.0093 andR2 score=0.9973”.Applying this method to themotor control would be much easier for the power factor adjustment in the future because it allows the motor to operate under the optimal power status to reduce energy consumption while enhancing working efficiency.

Numerous factors affect the increased temperature of a machine tool, including prolonged and high-intensity usage,tool-workpiece interaction, mechanical friction, and elevated ambient temperatures, among others. Consequently,spindle thermal displacement occurs, and machining precision suffers. To prevent the errors caused by thetemperature rise of the Spindle fromaffecting the accuracy during themachining process, typically, the factory willwarm up themachine before themanufacturing ***, if there is noway to understand the tool spindle’sthermal deformation, the machining quality will be greatly affected. In order to solve the above problem, thisstudy aims to predict the thermal displacement of the machine tool by using intelligent algorithms. In the practicalapplication, only a few temperature sensors are used to input the information into the prediction model for realtimethermal displacement prediction. This approach has greatly improved the quality of tool ***,each algorithm has different performances in different environments. In this study, an ensemble model is used tointegrate Long Short-TermMemory (LSTM) with Support VectorMachine (SVM). The experimental results showthat the prediction performance of LSTM-SVM is higher than that of other machine learning algorithms.

Pneumonia is a common lung disease that is more prone to affect the elderly and those with weaker respiratory ***,hospital medical resources are limited,and sometimes the workload of physicians is too high,which can affect their ***,a good medical assistance system is of great significance for improving the quality of medical *** study proposed an integrated system by combining transfer learning and gradient-weighted class activation mapping(Grad-CAM).Pneumonia is a common lung disease that is generally diagnosed using ***,in areaswith limited medical resources,a shortage of medical personnel may result in delayed diagnosis and treatment during the critical ***,overworked physicians may make diagnostic ***,having an X-ray pneumonia diagnosis assistance system is a significant tool for improving the quality of medical *** result indicates that the best results were obtained by a ResNet50 pretrained model combined with a fully connected classification layer.A retraining procedure was designed to improve accuracy by using gradient-weighted class activation mapping(Grad-CAM),which detects the misclassified images and adds weights to *** the evaluation tests,the final combined model is named Grad-CAM Based Pneumonia Network(GCPNet)out performed its counterparts in terms of accuracy,precision,and F1 score and reached 97.2%*** integrated system is proposed to increase model performance where Grad-CAM and transfer learning are ***-CAM is used to generate the heatmap,which shows the region that the model is focusing *** outcomes of this research can aid in diagnosing pneumonia symptoms,as themodel can accurately classify chest X-ray images,and the heatmap can assist doctors in observing the crucial areas.

Lignin is a typical biological macromolecule with a three-dimensional network structure and abundant functional groups. It has excellent ionic complexation ability and amphiphilic molecular structure *** this study, the carbon steel anticorrosion performance of sodium lignosulfonate(SLS) in an acid solution was evaluated using the weight loss method, electrochemical measurements, scanning vibration electrode technique(SVET), and surface characterization methods. SLS exhibited excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency for Q235carbon steel in 1 mol·L^(-1) HCl, reaching a maximum value of 98%. A low SLS concentration of 20 mg·L^(-1) resulted in the maximum corrosion inhibition efficiency, which remained nearly constant at higher SLS *** SVET test demonstrated that the formation of an SLS adsorption film can impede corrosion. This study confirms the significance of the application of green biomass resources in the field of metal corrosion protection and green functional materials.

Recent studies have shown that cellular levels of polyamines(PAs)are significantly altered in neurodegenerative *** from in vivo animal and in vitro cell experiments suggests that the cellular levels of various PAs may play important roles in the central nervous system through the regulation of oxidative stress,mitochondrial metabolism,cellular immunity,and ion channel *** of PA metabolism related enzymes also contributes to neuronal injury and cognitive impairment in many neurodegenerative ***,in the current work,evidence was collected to determine the possible associations between cellular levels of PAs,and related enzymes and the development of several neurodegenerative diseases,which could provide a new idea for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases in the future.

Maize(Zea mays L.)-soybean(Glycine max ***.)relay intercropping provides a way to enhance land ***,the late-planted soybean suffers from shading by the *** maize harvest,how the recovery growth influences the leaf and nodule traits remains unclear.A three-year field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of genotypes,i.e.,supernodulating(nts1007),Nandou 12(ND12),and Guixia 3(GX3),and crop configurations,i.e.,the interspecific row spacing of 45(I45),60(I60),75 cm(I75),and sole soybean(SS),on soybean recovery growth and N *** results showed that intercropping reduced the soybean total leaf area(LA)by reducing both the leaf number(LN)and unit leaflet area(LUA),and it reduced the nodule dry weight(NW)by reducing both the nodule number(NN)and nodule diameter(ND)compared with the *** correlation and principal component analysis(PCA)indicated a co-variability of the leaf and nodule traits in response to the genotype and crop configuration *** the recovery growth stages,the compensatory growth promoted soybean growth to reduce the gaps of leaf and nodule traits between intercropping and *** relative growth rates of ureide(RGR_U)and nitrogen(RGR_N)accumulation were higher in intercropping than in *** achieved more significant sucrose and starch contents compared with ***12 and GX3 showed more robust compensatory growth than nts1007 in *** the recovery growth of relay intercropping soybean improved biomass and nitrogen accumulation,ND12 gained a more significant partial land equivalent ratio(pLER)than *** I60 treatment achieved more robust compensation effects on biomass and N accumulation than the other ***,I60 showed a higher nodule sucrose content and greater shoot ureide and N accumulation than ***,intercropping ND12 with maize using an interspecific row spacing of 60 cm was optimal for both yield advantage and N accumulation.
