Objective: To investigate the effect of lactic acid bacteria isolated from fermented mustard on immunopotentiating activity Methods: One hundred and fifty nine strains of lactic acid bacteria isolated from traditional Taiwan fermented mustard were evaluated for their immunopotentiating activity on a murine macrophage cell line RAW ***: Of the strains, pronounced increases in the levels of nitric oxide(NO), tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 were observed in strains B0040, B0110 and B0145. Among them,strain B0145 had the highest NO and tumor necrosis factor-α generation in RAW 264.7 cells;strains B0040 and B0110 were also superior to that of Lactobacillus casei. These results demonstrated that NO and cytokines were effectively induced when the bacterial stimulants were treated with macrophages. In addition, strains B0040 and B0110 were identified as Lactobacillus plantarum, and B0145 as Weissella cibaria using 16 S rDNA ***: The results implicated selected strains may be regarded as a biological response modifier and had a broad application prospects in exploiting new functional food or as a feed additive.

Catalytic ozonation is progressively becoming an attractive technique for quick water purification but efficient and stable catalysts remains elusive. Here we solvothermally synthesized highly-dispersed Co3O4 nanocrystals over microscale nitrogen-doping graphene （NG） nanosheets and tested it as a synthetic catalyst in the ozonation of phenol in aqueous solutions. Transmission electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to determine its morphology, crystallinity, elemental composition and molecular bonds, respectively. The comparative experiments confirmed the highest catalytic activity and oxidation degree （AOSC） of Co3O4/NG among four nanocomposites （G, NG, Co3O4/G, and Co3OJNG）. Co3O4/NG also has exhibited the highest degradation rate： complete conversion of a near-saturated concentration of phenol （941.1 mg/L） was achieved within 30 min under ambient conditions with only a small dosage of Co3O4/NG （50 mg/L） and ozone （4 mg/L, flow rate： 0.5 L/min）. It also resulted in 34.6% chemical oxygen demand （CODcr） and 24.2% total organic carbon （TOC） reduction. In this work, graphene nanosheets not only functioned as a support for Co3O4 nanocrystals but also functioned as a co-catalyst for the enhancement in phenol removal efficiency. The surface nitridation and Co3O4 modification treatment further improved the removal rate of the phenol pollutants and brought in the higher oxidation degree. Our finding may open new perspectives for pursuing exceptional activity for catalytic ozonation reaction.

A series of Au/CuOx-TiO2 with various Cu/Ti ratios were prepared. CuOx/TiO2 was prepared by incipient-wetness im- pregnation with aqueous solution of copper nitrate. Au catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation method at pH 7 and 338 K. The catalysts were characterized by inductively-coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, temperature pro- gramming reduction, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron mi- croscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The reaction was carried out in a fixed bed reactor with a feed con- taining 1% CO in air at WHSV of 120,000 mL/h·g. High gold dispersion and narrow size distribution was obtained. The addition of CuOx in Au/TiO2 enhanced the activity on CO oxidation significantly. CuOx was in amorphous state which could stabilize the Au nanoparticles. Cu was in Cu1+ state. Cu donated partial electrons to Au. The interactions among Au, Cu1+ and TiO2 account for the high catalytic activity for CO oxidation. The significant promotional effect of CuOx on CO oxidation at low temperature was demonstrated.

Online question and answer(Q&A)communities,which allow users to exchange knowledge by asking and answering questions,have become increasingly *** a result of user active participation,these communities store overwhelming volumes of ***,existing related methods are unable to meet community operators’needs for analyzing multi-dimensional Q&A sequences and understanding user *** this paper,collaborating with domain experts in online community,we present a system,VisQAC,which explores the patterns of Q&A sequence and user *** the system,a novel visual design is proposed,which is combined with flexible mapping measures for analyzing critical characteristics of sequence ***,a timeline visualization method is designed to visualize data with categorical attributes and its correlation can be displayed flexibly by choosing time mode and time *** usefulness and effectiveness of the system are demonstrated with several case studies of VisQAC with community operators based on the Zhihu *** evaluation shows that VisQAC is beneficial to the understanding of Q&A sequence and associated user behavior.

Traditional O3-type Li-rich layered materials are attractive with ultra-high specific capacities,but suffering from inherent problems of voltage hysteresis and poor cycle *** an alternative,O2-type materials show the potential to improve the oxygen redox reversibility and structural ***,their structure-performance relationship is still ***,we investigate the correlation between the Li component and dynamic chemical reversibility of O2-type Li-rich *** exploring the formation mechanism of a series of materials prepared by Na/Li exchange,we reveal that insufficient Li leads to an incomplete replacement,and the residual Na in the Li-layer would hinder the fast diffusion of Li^(+).Moreover,excessive Li induces the extraction of interlayer Li during the melting chemical reaction stage,resulting in a reduction in the valence of Mn,which leads to a severe Jahn-Teller *** detection confirms that the regulation of Li can improve the cycle stability of Li-rich materials and suppress the trend of voltage *** reversible phase evolution observed in in-situ X-ray diffraction confirms the excellent structural stability of the optimized material,which is conducive to capacity *** work highlights the significance of modulating dynamic electrochemical performance through the intrinsic structure.

对于朱熹、陆九渊工夫论之差异,唐君毅主张象山谈立本心,自信即得,而朱熹却为对治气禀物欲之杂而有涵养、致知、察识的三义工夫的架构,其背景则有一宇宙论、心性论、工夫论的结构关系。唐氏认为,如依朱熹之心性论及所发之工夫论而言,朱陆意旨相通,差在毫厘,但如依朱熹宇宙论立场,则此自信之工夫即非有其必然性,故应搁置朱熹宇宙论的讨论,而直视朱熹心性论及工夫论之意旨,如此则朱熹之工夫细密为细节,象山之工夫简易为纲领,两人无不可会通之理。其实,陆象山工夫论也预设了气禀说,也存在宇宙论的理论背景;而朱熹心性论、工夫论不能离于宇宙论,这是哲学基本问题的整体架构,这其中不存在宇宙论进路之工夫得以隔别心性论进路之工夫之可能。唐君毅在朱陆工夫论异同问题上,既有否定牟宗三、劳思光相关论点之处,同时又深受二者观点之影响,在理论上显得依违不定。
