Cryogenic propellants LOx/H2 are used at very high pressure in rocket engine combustion. The description of.the combustion process in such application is very complex due essentially to the supercritical regime. Ideal gas law becomes invalid. In order to try to capture the average characteristics of.this combustion process, numerical computations are perf.rmed using a model based on a one-phase multi-component approach. Such work requires f.uid properties and a correct def.nition of.the mixture behavior generally described by cubic equations of.state with appropriated thermodynamic relations validated against the NIST data. In this study we consider an alternative way to get the ef.ect of.real gas by testing the volume-weighted-mixing-law with association of.the component transport properties using directly the NIST library data f.tting including the supercritical regime range. The numerical simulations are carried out using 3D RANS approach associated with two tested turbulence models, the standard k-Epsilon model and the realizable k-Epsilon one. The combustion model is also associated with two chemical reaction mechanisms. The f.rst one is a one-step generic chemical reaction and the second one is a two-step chemical reaction. The obtained results like temperature prof.les, recirculation zones, visible f.ame lengths and distributions of.OH species are discussed.

This paper deals with the problem of.internal controllability of.a system of.heat equations posed on a bounded domain with Dirichlet boundary conditions and perturbed with analytic non-local coupling terms. Each component of.the system may be controlled in a dif.erent subdomain. Assuming that the unperturbed system is controUable--a property that has been recently characterized in terms of.a Kalman-like rank condition--the authors give a necessary and suf.icient condition f.r the controllability of.the coupled system under the f.rm of.a unique continuation property f.r the corresponding elliptic eigenvalue system. The proof.relies on a compactness-uniqueness argument, which is quite unusual in the context of.parabolic systems, previously developed f.r scalar parabolic equations. The general result is illustrated by two simple examples.

During granulite-f.cies metamorphism of.metasedimentary rocks by the inf.ltration of.carbonic f.uids, the disappearance of.hydrated minerals leads to the liberation of.aqueous f.uids. These f.uids are strongly enriched in f.and C1, and a series of.Large-lon-Lithophile （LIL） elements and rare metals, resulting in their depletion in granulites. To sum up the f.te of.these elements, we f.cus on three domains representing dif.erent crustal levels and showing distinct behaviours with respect to these elements. The Lapland metasedimentary granulites illustrate the behaviour of.the LILE and rare metals during lower crustal metamorphism. There is no change in Ba, moderate loss in Rb, and extreme depletion in Cs, Li, and Sn. f.and CI contents are also very low compared to the protoliths or average upper continental crust. Biotite and amphibole breakdown leads to the incorporation of.their partitioning into a f.uid or a melt. The Tranomaro metasomatized marbles recrystallizing under granulite-f.cies conditions represent a demonstrative example of.f.uid transf.r f.om granulite-f.cies supracrustals to traps represented by regional scale skarns. Such f.uids may be at the origin of.the incompatible element enrichment detected in leucosomes of.migmatites f.om St Malo in Brittany （f.ance） and Black Hills in South Dakota, The northern f.ench Massif.Central provides us with an example of.a potential association between incompatible element enrichment of.granitic melts and granulite-f.cies metamorphism. U- and f. enriched f.ne-grained granites are emplaced along a crustal scale shear zone active during the emplacement within the St Sylvestre peraluminous leucogranitic complex, We propose that during granulite-f.cies metamorphism dominated by carbonic waves in a deep segment of.the continental crust, these shear zones control：（i） the percolation of.f., LILE-, rare metal-rich f.uids liberated primarily by the breakdown of.biotite; （ii） the enhancement of.partial melting by f.rich f.ui

Community detection in networks has been studied extensively in the last decade. Many criteria, expressing the quality of.the partitions obtained, as well as a f.w exact algorithms and a large number of.heuristics have been proposed. The parsimony criterion consists in minimizing the number of.edges added or removed f.om the given network in order to transf.rm it into a set of.disjoint *** Zhang, Qiu and Zhang have proposed a weighted parsimony model in which a weight coef.icient is introduced to balance the numbers of.inserted and deleted edges. These authors propose rules to select a good value of.the coef.icient, use simulated annealing to f.nd optimal or near-optimal solutions and solve a series of.real and artif.cial instances. In the present paper, an algorithm is proposed f.r solving exactly the weighted parsimony problem f.r all values of.the parameter. This algorithm is based on iteratively solving the problem f.r a set of.given values of.the parameter using a row generation algorithm. This procedure is combined with a search procedure to f.nd all lowest breakpoints of.the value curve(i.e., the weighted sum of.inserted and deleted edges). Computational results on a series of.artif.cial and real world networks f.om the literature are reported. It appears that several partitions f.r the same network may be inf.rmative and that the set of.solutions usually contains at least one intuitively appealing partition.
