The interaction between complex magnetic structures and non-trivial band structures in ternary rare-earth GdCr_(6)Ge_(6) induces exotic and abundant electro-magnetic *** this work,we perform a systematical investigation on critical behaviors and magnetic properties of the single-crystal GdCr_(6)Ge_(6).The temperature,field,and angle dependence of magnetization unveils strong magnetic anisotropy along the c-axis and isotropic characteristic in the *** exponentsβ=0.252(1),γ=0.905(9),δ=4.606(3)for H//ab,andβ=0.281(3),γ=0.991(8),δ=4.541(5)for H//c are obtained by the modified Arrott plot method(MAP)and critical isotherm(CI)*** determined exponents for both directions are consistent with the theoretical prediction of a tricritical mean-field *** on detailed magnetization measurements and universality scaling,comprehensive magnetic phase diagrams of GdCr6Ge6for H//ab and H//c are constructed,which reveal that the external field induces a ferromagnetic(FM)transition for H//ab while a ferrimagnetic(FIM)one for H//*** tricritical points are determined for H//ab(11.2 K,266.3 Oe)and H//c(11.3 K,3.3 kOe)on the phase diagrams,*** field-induced anisotropic magnetic configurations and multiple phases are clarified,where the moments of Gd and Cr form FM coupling for H//ab while FIM one for H//c via the interaction between Gd and Cr sublattices.

A field study of advanced municipal wastewater treatment technology for artificial groundwater recharge

Field studies were conducted to investigate the advanced treatment of the municipal secondary effluent and a subsequent artificial groundwater recharge at Gaobeidian Wastewater Treatment Plant, Beijing. To improve the secondary effluent quality, the combined process of powdered activated carbon adsorption, flocculation and rapid sand filtration was applied, which could remove about 400 dissolved organic carbon （DOC） and 70% adsorbable organic halogens. The results of liquid size exclusion chromatography indicate that in the adsorption unit the removed organic fraction was mainly low molecular weight compounds. The fractions removed by the flocculation unit were polysaccharides and high molecular weight compounds. The retention of water in summer in the open recharge basins resulted in a growth of algae. Consequently, DOC increased in the polysaccharide and high molecular weight humic substances fraction. The majority of the DOC removal during soil passage took place in the unsaturated area. A limited reduction of DOC was observed in the aquifer zone.

AC Alternating-Current Loss Analyses of a Thin High-Temperature Superconducting Tube Carrying AC Transport Current in AC External Magnetic Field

Numerical simulations on the AC loss characteristics in a thin high-temperature superconducting （HTS） tube are presented. Geometry of the HTS conductor is modeled as a tube with negligible thickness, and assumed to carry a transport current with the same phase as an AC externally applied magnetic field perpendicular to the axis. Based on the classical theory of AC loss with the Bean critical current model, the distribution of critical current density jc and AC loss Q are obtained by means of numerical analysis. The results are in very good agreement with experiments. A double-peak profile is observed in the curve of the critical current density distribution along the azimuth angle. This numerical simulation method is suitable for a thin HTS tube, which may be applicable on a thin tube configuration consisting of coated superconductors.

A metal ions-mediated natural small molecules carrier-free injectable hydrogel achieving laser-mediated photo-Fenton-like anticancer therapy by synergy apoptosis/cuproptosis/anti-inflammation

Tumor microenvironment (TME) plays an important role in the tumorigenesis, proliferation, invasion and metastasis. Thereby developing synergistic anticancer strategies with multiple mechanisms are urgent. Copper is widely used in the treatment of tumor chemodynamic therapy (CDT) due to its excellent laser-mediated photo- Fenton-like reaction. Additionally, copper can induce cell death through cuproptosis, which is a new modality different from the known death mechanisms and has great promise in tumor treatment. Herein, we report a natural small molecules carrier-free injectable hydrogel (NCTD Gel) consisted of Cu2+-mediated self-assembled glycyrrhizic acid (GA) and norcantharidin (NCTD), which are mainly governed by coordination and hydrogen bonds. Under 808 nm laser irradiation, NCTD Gel can produce reactive oxygen species (ROS), consume glutathione (GSH) and overcome hypoxia in TME, leading to synergistically regulate TME via apoptosis, cuproptosis and anti-inflammation. In addition, NCTD Gel’s CDT display high selectivity and good biocompatibility as it relies on the weak acidity and H2O2 overexpression of TME. Notably, NCTD Gel’s components are originated from clinical agents and its preparation process is easy, green and economical, without any excipients. This study provides a new carrier-free hydrogel synergistic antitumor strategy, which has a good prospect in industrial production and clinical transformation.

This paper investigates imitation dynamics with continuously distributed *** realistic technological,economic,and social environments,individuals are involved in strategic interactions simultaneously while the influences of their decision-making may not be observable *** shows that there exists a time delay *** distributions of delay are further considered to efficiently lucubrate the stability of interior equilibrium in the imitation dynamics with continuous distributions of delay in the two-strategy game ***,when the delay follows the uniform distributions and Gamma distributions,the authors present that interior equilibrium can be asymptotically ***,when the probability density of the delay is general density,the authors also determine a sufficient condition for stability derived from the expected *** but not least,the interested but uncomplicated Snowdrift game is utilized to demonstrate our theoretical results.

Transcriptomic and metabolomic insights into the role of the flgK gene in the pathogenicity of Pseudomonas plecoglossicida to orange-spotted grouper(Epinephelus coioides)

Pseudomonas plecoglossicida is the pathogen responsible for visceral white spot disease in large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea)and orangespotted grouper(Epinephelus coioides).Previously,RNA sequencing showed that *** flgK gene expression was significantly up-regulated in orange-spotted grouper spleens during *** explore the role of flgK in *** pathogenicity,RNA interference(RNAi)was performed to silence the *** flgK gene,and the mutant(flgK-RNAi strain)with the best silencing efficiency(89.40%)was chosen for further *** showed that flgK gene silencing significantly attenuated *** motility,adhesion,and biofilm *** to those fish infected with the wild-type strain of ***,orange-spotted grouper infected with the flgK-RNAi strain showed a 55%increase in the survival rate and a one-day delay in time of first death,with fewer pathogens in the spleen and fewer white spots on the spleen *** of flgK significantly affected the transcriptome and metabolome of the spleen in infected orange-spotted *** Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analysis showed that the C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway was the most significantly changed immune-related pathway and the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway was related to multiple immunerelated ***,arginine biosynthesis and glycerophospholipid metabolism were the most significantly changed metabolism-related *** findings suggest that flgK is a virulence gene of ***,flgK appears to be involved in the regulation of motility,adhesion,and biofilm formation in ***,as well as in the regulation of inflammatory and immune responses of orange-spotted grouper to *** infection.

This paper is mainly concerned with existence and nonexistence results for solutions to the Kirchhoff type equation−(a+b∫_(R^(3))|∇u|^(2))Δu+V(x)u=f(u)in R^(3),with the general hypotheses on the nonlinearity f being as introduced by Berestycki and *** analysis introduces variational techniques to the analysis of the effect of the nonlinearity,especially for those cases when the concentration-compactness principle cannot be applied in terms of obtaining the compactness of the bounded Palais-Smale sequences and a minimizing problem related to the existence of a ground state on the Pohozaev manifold rather than the Nehari manifold associated with the equation.

Hillslope soil erosion and runoff model for natural rainfall events

By using the momentum theorem and waterbalance principle, basic equations of slope runoff were derived, soil erosion by raindrop splash and runoff were discussed and a model was established for decribing hillslope soil erosion processes. The numerical solution of the model was obtained by adopting the Preissmann format and considering the common solution-determining conditions, from which not only the runoff and soil erosion but also their processes can be described. The model was validated by ten groups of observation data of Soil Conservation Ecological Science and Technology Demonstration Park of Jiangxi Province. Comparisons show that the maximum relative error between simulation and experimental data is about 10.98% for total runoff and 15 % for total erosion, 5.2% for runoffprocess and 6.1% for erosion process, indicating that the model is conceptually realistic and reliable and offers a feasible approach for further studies on the soil erosion process.

Cytotoxic Diarylheptanoids from Pericarps of Juglans Cathayensis Dode

A novel diarylheptanoid, named Jugcathanin（1）, along with two known diarylheptanoids（2,3）, were isolated from the fresh pericarps ofduglans Cathayensis Dode. A known triterpene（4） and a known aphthaoquinone（5） were also isolated from the plant. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies. All the compounds exhibited moderate cytotoxicities against human Hela, HepG2, and HL-60 cell lines.

Effect of alkaline metal ions on the photoluminescence properties of Eu^(3+)-doped Ca_3Al_2O_6 phosphors

Ca3–xAl2O6：x Eu^3＋（0.02≤x≤0.10） and Ca（2.92）Al2O6：0.04Eu^3＋,0.04M^＋（M^＋=Li^＋, Na^＋, and K^＋） phosphors were prepared by sol-gel method and their photoluminescence properties were investigated. The crystal structure of the annealed Ca3–xAl2O6：x Eu^3＋ and Ca（2.92）Al2O6：0.04Eu^3＋,0.04M^＋ phosphors was analyzed with X-ray diffraction（XRD）. The size and morphological characteristics of the annealed phosphors were investigated with a field emission scanning electron microscope（FE-SEM）. The photoluminescence properties were evaluated with a spectrofluorometer. The phosphors were effectively excited by the light of 396 nm and showed intense red emission at 616 nm, which originated from the 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu^3＋. Among the prepared phosphors, the Ca（2.96）Al2O6：0.04Eu^3＋ phosphor showed the strongest emission intensity and the highest color purity. The addition of alkaline metal ions（Li^＋, Na^＋, and K^＋） to Ca（2.96）Al2O6：0.04Eu^3＋ phosphor degraded the emission intensity and color purity.
