The Josephson effect in the superconductor/ferromagnet/superconductor（SFS） graphene Josephson junction is studied using the Dirac Bogoliubov-de Gennes（DBdG） formalism. It is shown that the SFS graphene junction drives 0–π transition with the increasing of p=h0L/vFhˉ, which captures the effects of both the exchange field and the length of the junction; the spin-down current is dominant. The 0 state is stable for p pc, where the free energy minima are at φg= 0 and φg= π, respectively. The coexistence of the 0 and π states appears in the vicinity of pc.

In this paper, the problem of delay-distribution-dependent stability is investigated for continuous-time recurrent neural networks （CRNNs） with stochastic delay. Different from the common assumptions on time delays, it is assumed that the probability distribution of the delay taking values in some intervals is known a priori. By making full use of the information concerning the probability distribution of the delay and by using a tighter bounding technique （the reciprocally convex combination method）, less conservative asymptotic mean-square stable sufficient conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. Two numerical examples show that our results are better than the existing ones.

An equivalent distributed capacitance model is established by considering only the gate oxide-trap capacitance to explain the frequency dispersion in the C-V curve of MOS capacitors measured for a frequency range from 1 kHz to1 *** proposed model is based on the Fermi-Dirac statistics and the charging/discharging effects of the oxide traps induced by a small ac *** validity of the proposed model is confirmed by the good agreement between the simulated results and experimental *** indicate thatthe capacitance dispersion of an MOS capacitor under accumulation and near flatband is mainly caused by traps adjacent to the oxide/semiconductor interface,with negligible effects from the traps far from the interface,and the relevant distance from the interface at which the traps can still contribute to the gate capacitance is also *** addition,by excluding the negligible effect of oxide-trap conductance,the model avoids the use of imaginary numbers and complex calculations,and thus is simple and intuitive.

Spark-plasma sintering (SPS) process was used to sinter ZrO2 (8Y) powders, and a relative density of 99% has been reached at a low temperature (1350°C) and short dwelling time (10 min) compared to the conventional sintered identical samples (1450°C 4 h)(CS). By the X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, the microstructure of the SPS pellet and CS pellet are both indexed by the cubic unit cell (Fm3m). The finer crystallite size (D111) of the SPS pellet is 154 nm and D111 of the CS pellet is more than 1 μm. The AC impedance spectroscopy shows that the ionic conductivity of SPS pellet is different from that of CS pellet. The activation energy for the SPS ceramics, estimated from the slope in the range of 400–800°C, was 91 kJ mol?1, which is in good agreement with CS pellet (96 kJ mol?1), indicating that the conduction mechanism in SPS ceramics is similar to that in CS ceramics.

Here, we review recent progress in BP-based devices, such as field-effect transistors, contact resistance, quantum transport, stabil- ity, photodetector, heterostructure, and in-plane anisotropy. We also give our perspectives on future BP research directions.

The acoustic field of a linear compressor serves to deliver the compression work to the load, such as the connected cold head of a cryocooler; it plays an equivalently important role as the electrical and mechanical parts, especially in the impedance match issue. This paper studies the acoustic impedance characteristics of a linear compressor. The parameters including the current, the piston displacement, the pressure amplitude, the electrical power dissipation, the power factor, the pressure-volumetric (PV) power delivered, and the efficiency are theoretically and experimentally investigated. Different from previous theoretical studies, optimization for the operations away from the resonance is also included. More general optimization results imply relevance between thermoacoustic engines and linear compressors. The predicted results are validated by the experiments performed on a linear compressor with an adjustable resistive-capacitive (RC) acoustic load. The comparisons between the calculations and the measurements are presented and analyzed. The results provide deeper insight into the mechanism of the linear compressor and the impedance match in a cryocooler system.
