Recent advancements in stem cell technology open a new door for patients suffering from diseases and disorders that have yet to be *** cell-based therapy,including human pluripotent stem cells(hPsCs)and multipotent mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),has recently emerged as a key player in regenerative *** are defined as self-renewable cell types conferring the ability to differentiate into various cellular phenotypes of the human body,including three germ *** are multipotent progenitor cells possessing self-renewal ability(limited in vitro)and differentiation potential into mesenchymal lineages,according to the International Society for Cell and Gene therapy(ISCt).this review provides an update on recent clinical applications using either hPSCs or MSCs derived from bone marrow(BM),adipose tissue(At),or the umbilical cord(UC)for the treatment of human diseases,including neurological disorders,pulmonary dysfunctions,metabolic/endocrine-related diseases,reproductive disorders,skin burns,and cardiovascular ***,we discuss our own clinical trial experiences on targeted therapies using MsCs in a clinical setting,and we propose and discuss the MSC tissue origin concept and how MSC origin may contribute to the role of MSCs in downstream applications,with the ultimate objective of facilitating translational research in regenerative medicine into clinical *** mechanisms discussed here support the proposed hypothesis that BM-MSCs are potentially good candidates for brain and spinal cord injury treatment,At-MSCs are potentially good candidates for reproductive disorder treatment and skin regeneration,and UC-MsCs are potentially good candidates for pulmonary disease and acute respiratory distress svndrometreatment.

Morphology and kinematics of the gas envelope of the Mira binary W Aquilae

We analyse ALMA observations of the12CO（3-2） emission of the circumstellar envelope（CSE）of the Mira variable binary star W Aql. these provide, for the first time, spatially resolved Doppler velocity spectra of the CSE up to angular distances to the central star ofy nature of the observations（only five minutes in each of～5′′（meaning some 2000 AU）. the explorator two different configurations） does not allow for a detailed modelling of the properties of the CSE but provides important qualitative information on its morphology and kinematics. Emission is found to be enhanced along an axis moving from east/west to north-east/south-west when the angular distance from the central star projected on the plane of the sky increases from zero to four arcseconds. In parallel, the Doppler velocity distribution displays asymmetry along an axis moving from east/west to north-west/south-east. the results are discussed in the context of earlier observations, in particular of the dust morphology.

^(12)CO emission from the Red Rectangle

Observations of an unprecedented quality made by ALMA on the Red Rectangle of CO（3-2） and CO（6-5） emissions are analysed jointly with the aim of obtaining as simple as possible a description of the gas morphology and kinematics. Evidence is found for polar conical outflows and for a broad equatorial torus in rotation and expansion. Simple models of both are proposed. Comparing CO（6-5） and CO（3-2） emissions provides evidence for a strong temperature enhancement over the polar outflows. Continuum emission （dust） is seen to be enhanced in the equatorial region. Observed asymmetries are briefly discussed.

Observations of the ^12CO（3–2） emission from the circumstellar envelope（CSE） of the variable star π1Gru using the compact array of the ALMA observatory have been recently made accessible to the public. An analysis of the morphology and kinematics of the CSE is presented with a result very similar to that obtained earlier for ^12CO（2–1） emission using the Submillimeter Array. A quantitative comparison is made using their flared disk model. A new model is presented that provides a significantly better description of the data, using radial winds and smooth evolutions of the radio emission and wind velocity from the stellar equator to the poles.

the objective of this research is to propose and confirm a new machine learning approach of Best-First tree(BFtree),AdaBoost(AB),MultiBoosting(MB),and Bagging(Bag)ensembles for potential groundwater mapping and assessing role of influencing *** Yasuj-Dena area(Iran)is selected as a case *** this regard,a Yasuj-Dena database was established with 362 springs locations and 12 groundwater-influencing factors(slope,aspect,elevation,stream power index(SPI),length of slope(LS),topographic wetness index(tWI),topographic position index(tPI),land use,lithology,distance from fault,distance from river,and rainfall).the database was employed to train and validate the proposed groundwater *** area under the curve(AUC)and statistical metrics were employed to check and confirm the quality of the *** result shows that the BFtree-Bag model(AUC=0.810,kappa=0.495)has the highest prediction performance,followed by the BFtree-MB model(AUC=0.785,kappa=0.477),and the BFtree-MB model(AUC=0.745,kappa=0.422).Compared to the benchmark of Random Forests,the BFtree-Bag model performs better;therefore,we conclude that the BFtree-Bag is a new tool should be used for modeling of groundwater potential.

In this study,graphene-carbon nanotube（CNt） hybrid films were directly synthesized on polycrystalline copper（Cu） substrates by thermal chemical vapor deposition（CVD） *** films were synthesized on Cu substrate at 1000 ℃ in mixture of gases:argon（Ar）,hydrogen（H2）,and methane（CH4）.then,carbon nanotubes（CNts） were grown uniformly on the surface of graphene/Cu films at 750 ℃ in mixture of Ar,*** acetylene（C2H2） *** salt FeCl3solution deposited onto the surface of graphene/Cu substrate by spin coating method was used as precursor for the growth of the *** density and quality of the CNts on the surface of graphene/Cu films can be controlled by varying the concentration of FeCl3salt catalyst.

ALMA observations of the circumstellar envelope around EP Aqr

Atacama Large Millimetre/sub-millimetre Array(ALMA) observations of CO(1–0) and CO(2–1) emissions from the circumstellar envelope of the asymptotic giant branch(AGB) star EP Aqr have been made with four times better spatial resolution than previously available. they are analysed with emphasis on the de-projection in space of the effective emissivity and flux of matter using as input a prescribed configuration of the velocity field, assumed to be radial. the data are found to display an intrinsic axisymmetry with respect to an axis making a small angle with respect to the line of sight. A broad range of wind configurations, from prolate(bipolar) to oblate(equatorial) has been studied and found to be accompanied by significant equatorial emission. Qualitatively, the effective emissivity is enhanced near the equator to produce the central narrow component observed in the Doppler velocity spectra and its dependence on star latitude generally follows that of the wind velocity with the exception of an omni-present depression near the poles. In particular, large equatorial expansion velocities produce a flared disc or a ring of effective emissivity and mass loss. the effect on the determination of the orientation of the star axis of radial velocity gradients, and possibly competing rotation and expansion in the equatorial disc, is discussed. In general,the flux of matter is found to reach a broad maximum at distances of the order of 500 AU from the *** are given that may be used to favour one wind velocity distribution over another. As a result of the improved quality of the data, a deeper understanding of the constraints imposed on morphology and kinematics has been obtained.

Objective:to investigate the osteoblastogenic activity of the ethyl acetate(EtOAc)extract of Smilax glabra Roxb roots and its major active compound ***:Astilbin was isolated from EtOAc extract using silica gel chromatography combined with fraction *** structure of astilbin was determined by analysis of the spectroscopic data in comparison with the *** method was used to detect the *** phosphatase(ALP)activity was determined by the spectrophotometric method at 405 nm using p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a *** deposition was stained with alizarin red-S,distained with cetylpyridium chloride,and quantified at 562 *** silico model for astilbin-ALP interaction was analyzed using AutoDock *** changes in expression of osteoblast differentiation related genes were determined using quantitative real-time ***:Both the EtOAc extract and astilbin had no toxicity toward osteoblast MC3t3-E1 cells at 5.0,10,25,and 50μg/*** 25μg/mL,they enhanced ALP activity and mineralization of osteoblasts up to 30%and 55%for the EtOAc extract and 22%and 41%for astilbin,*** docking analysis of astilbin-ALP interaction revealed Arg167,Asp320,His324,and His437 were key residues participating in hydrophobic interaction;meanwhile,His434 and thr436 residues were involved in hydrogen bond formation in the active site of human tissue-nonspecific ***,the expression level of genes opn,col1,osx,and runx2 were up-regulated in astilbin treated samples with the fold changes as 2.2;3.7;4.1;2.3,respectively at 10μg/mL(Pthe EtOAc extract and its major compound astilbin exhibit osteoblastogenic activity by up-regulating important markers for bone cell *** could be a new and promising osteogenic agent with dual actions for therapeutic applications.

Morphology of the ^(13)CO(3–2) millimetre emission across the gas disc surrounding the triple protostar GG tau A using ALMA observations

Observations by the Atacama Large Millimetre/sub-millimetre Array of the dust continuum and ^13 CO（3–2） millimetre emissions of the triple stellar system GG tau A are analysed,giving evidence for a rotating gas disc and a concentric and coplanar dust ring. the present work complements an earlier analysis（tang et al.） by exploring detailed properties of the gas disc. A 95% confidence level upper limit of 0.24＂（34 au） is placed on the disc scale height at a distance of 1＂（140 au） from the central stars. Evidence for Keplerian rotation of the gas disc is presented,with the rotation velocity reaching-3.1 km s^-1 at 1＂ from the central stars,and a 99% confidence level upper limit of 9% is placed on relative contribution from a possible in-fall velocity. Variations of the intensity across the disc area are studied in detail and confirm the presence of a hot spot in the south-eastern quadrant. However several other significant intensity variations,in particular a depression in the northern direction,are also revealed. Variations of the intensity are found to be positively correlated to variations of the line width. Possible contributions to the measured line width are reviewed,suggesting an increase of the disc temperature and opacity with decreasing distance from the stars.
