With the aim of producing simple and effective transparent conducting electrodes, the conducting polymer poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3Ht) incorporated with reduced graphene oxide film (rGO) (called rGO-P3Ht) was prepared by spin-coating method. Structural, electrical and optical characterization showed that rGO-P3Ht films 9.0 wt% P3Ht exhibited good stability when exposed to the ambient atmosphere. these composite films of 200 nm thickness possess a sheet resistance and transparency of R□~ 17Ω and t ~ 72%, respectively. Owing to containing conducting polymer, rGO-P3Ht-coated glass could be efficiently used in photovoltaic applications, in organic solar cells in particular, with the replacement of the indium tin oxide (ItO) and fluorine tin oxide (FtO) electrodes.

to investigate diagnostic accuracy of 2-hour protocol of rest thallium-201/stress technetium-99m sestamibi dual-isotope myocardial perfusion SPECt in chronic coronary artery disease. Sixty-seven patients with suspected CAD were enrolled in the prospective study. All patients underwent myocardial perfusion scintigraphy in SPECt with dual isotopes of t1-201 and dipyridamole stress tc-99m sestamibi. Rest and stress imaging protocol were performed in 2 hours by dose of 3 mCi tI-201 and 25 mCi tc-99m sestamibi. the acquisition parameters includes LEHR collimator, energy peak of 72 and 167 keV for t1-201 and 140 keV for tc-99m, 180-degree rotation from RAO to LPO, matrix size 64x64, and 25second/frame/64 frames. the 20-segment model of left ventricle was used in automatic quantitation software. Coronary angiography was used as gold standard. CAD was defined as 50% of lumen stenosis on coronary angiography. Rest tI-201/stress tc-99m sestamibi dual-isotope SPECt demonstrated a sensitivity of 94.59% and specificity of 70%, positive predictive value of 79.54% and negative predictive value of 91.3% in detection of coronary artery disease. Sensitivity and specificity for detecting multi-vessel coronary artery disease were 82.75% and 81.57% for the left anterior descending, 77.77% and 91.83% for left circumflex and 94.11% and 82% for right coronary artery. 2-hour protocol of rest thallium-201/stress technetium-99m sestamibi dual-isotope myocardial perfusion SPECt has high sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value in detecting chronic coronary artery disease with greater than 50% stenosis assessed by coronary angiography moreover, this imaging protocol gives high imaging quality, time-saving and convenience.

Biotic and abiotic factors control aboveground biomass(AGB)and the structure of forest *** study analyses the variation of AGB and stand structure of evergreen broadleaved forests among six ecoregions of Vietnam.A data set of 1731-ha plots from 52 locations in undisturbed old-growth forests was *** results indicate that basal area and AGB are closely correlated with annual precipitation,but not with annual temperature,evaporation or hours of *** area and AGB are positively correlated with trees>30 cm *** areas surveyed(52.6%)in these old-growth forests had AGB of 100–200 mg ha^-1;5.2%had AGB of 400–500 mg ha^-1,and 0.6%had AGB of>800 mg ha^-*** percent of the areas surveyed had stand densities of 300–600 ***^-1,and 64%had basal areas of 20–40 m^2 ha^-*** is an important factor influencing the AGB of old-growth,evergreen broadleaved forests in *** causing the loss of large-diameter trees(e.g.,>100 cm DBH)affects AGB but may not seriously affect stand density.

We present the design,fabrication and characterization of hydraulically-tunable hyperchromatic lenses for two-dimensional(2D)spectrally-resolved spectral *** hyperchromatic lenses,consisting of a positive diffractive lens and a tunable concave lens,are designed to have a large longitudinal chromatic dispersion and the images of different wavelengths from each other.2D objects of different wavelengths can consequently be imaged using the tunability of the lens *** hyperchromatic lens concepts are demonstrated and their spectral characteristics as well as their functionality in spectral imaging applications are shown.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of He-Ne laser in combination with topical clindamycin in the treatment of AV at 108 Military Central Hospital from Oct 2015 to Aug 2016. Subjects and Methods: 61 patients with AV were divided into 2 groups: Group 1: 31 patients were treated with He-Ne laser in combination with topical Clindamycin, Group 2: 30 patients were only treated with topical clindamycin. Laser HE-NE was applied 2 times/week for 6 weeks. Result: After 3 months of treatment Group 1: very good—51.6%, good—48.4%. Group 2: very good—30%, good—50% and moderate—20%. Conclusion: The combination of He-Ne laser with topical clindamycin shows more rapid clinical improvement compared to topical clindamycin alone in the treatment of mild and moderate AV.

Changes of Food Expenditure and Food Consumption of People Living in Ba Vi District, Hanoi, Vietnam from 1999 to 2013

Background: During the nutrition transition period which began in the early 1990s in Vietnam, dietary intake had been changed significantly because of changes in lifestyle and living standard. Objectives: this paper aims to describe the trend for food expenditure and the frequency of meat consumption in households in Ba Vi district, Hanoi, Vietnam from 1999 to 2013. methods: this is a longitudinal study conducted in Ba Vi district, Hanoi. Semi-annual, face-to face interviews were conducted by well-trained interviewers with 11,922 households to collect data of the household’s income, spending for food and meat consumption. Chi-square test for trend was performed to evaluate the changes of food expenditure over the years. P-value under 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: there were ten times increase in household’s mean income and five times increase in mean food expenditure from 1999 to 2013. the percentage of household food expenditure per total family expenditure was really high (55% in 2013). the percentage of rice expenditure per total food expenditure decreased dramatically from 59.9% in 1999 to 33.1% in 2013 while spending for other animal-based, high-protein food was an upward trend, particularly meat (10.7% in 1999 to 24.2% in 2013). the percentage of rice expenditure in well-off households was lower than poor households (55% vs. 61.8% in 1999 and 31.4% vs. 36.5% in 2013). However, the percentage of spending for meat in well-off households were much higher than that of poor households (>10%). Conclusion: Our finding indicated that mean income and food expenditure, particularly meat intake, of households had increased dramatically from 1999 to 2013. the increase of meat intake requires reallocation and direction of Vietnam public health funding and strategy.

to estimate the genetic relationship of Vietnamese pigs in Central Highlands, we compared cytochrome b sequences of Vietnamese wild boars and Vietnamese domestic pigs with other Asian and European wild boars. the results showed that there were two wild boar populations locating in Vietnam Central Highlands including wild boars of group I and wild boars of group II. the Vietnamese wild boars of group II and domestic pigs were genetically close to Asian A1 and Asian A2 wild boar groups, whereas the Vietnamese wild boars of group I were genetically distinct from Asian A1, Asian A2 wild boar groups. the phylogenetic tree demonstrated that the Vietnamese wild boars of group I were clustered in one clade which was distinct from Asian wild boars and Europe wild boars. In addition, the Vietnamese wild boars of group I were estimated to have diverged from European wild boars at 421500 YBP, indicating that Vietnamese wild boar of group I could be isolated from other Asian wild boars. the single nucleotide polymorphism analysis showed that three Asian haplotypes were contributed in Vietnamese wild boars including A3 (tAtG) haplotype in Vietnamese wild boar of group I and A1 (CAtA) haplotype and A2 (CAtG) haplotype in Vietnamese wild boars of group II. the A1 haplotype and A2 haplotype were also distributed in Vietnamese domestic pigs. thus, there is a high possibility that Vietnam Central Highlands is a principal source for research on genetic diversity in Asian wild boar and domestic pig populations.

In this study, polyamide fabrics were dyed with aqueous extracts from Diospyros mollis fruits. the aqueous extracts from Diospyros mollis fruits were extracted with water solution at room temperature and a ratio of 1：5 for Diospyros mollis to water. the influences of temperature in range of 50-100 ℃, time in range of 30-80 minutes and a ratio of aqueous extracts to water in range of 3/1-1/11 were investigated. the results showed that the aqueous extracts from Diospyros mollis fruits could dye polyamide fabrics to have black color with color strength and fastness properties to be very good level of 4-5.
