Andropause refers to a generalized decline of male hormones, including testosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone in middle-aged and aging men. This decline in hormones has been associated with changes such as depression, loss of libido, sexual dysfunction, and changes in body composition. Aging has been associated with an abundance of concomitant diseases, in particular cardiovascular diseases, and although andropause is correlated to aging, a causal relationship between reduction of androgens and the development of chronic diseases such as atherosclerosis and heart failure has not been convincingly established yet. On the other hand, increasing data has emerged that revealed the effects of low levels of androgens on cardiovascular disease progression. As an example, low levels of testosterone have been linked to a higher incidence of coronary artery disease. Whether hormone replacement therapy that is used for andropausal men to alleviate symptoms of ＂male menopause＂ can halt progression of cardiovascular disease, remains controversially discussed, primarily due to the lack of well-designed, randomized controlled trials. At least for symptom improvement, the use of androgen replacement therapy in andropausal men may be clinically indicated, and with the appropriate supervision and follow up may prove to be beneficial with regard to preservation of the integrity of cardiovascular health at higher ages.

The dissertation provides a comprehensive assessment of the potential carbon emission reduction and financial support that wind energy plants could receive under the Clean Development Mechanism（CDM）in *** research commences with a thorough review of the current state of wind energy development in Vietnam,examining the existing regulatory and policy framework governing the ***,the study evaluates the overall adoption of the CDM in Vietnam,with a specific focus on its implementation within the wind energy sector,providing an overview of the progress made thus *** establish a foundation for analysis,the research utilizes the consolidated baseline methodology to determine the current emission factor 0.8641 t CO/MWh in *** result is considered as foundation to assess the abatement of CO reduction and revenue generated through trading carbon credits in Bac Lieu wind energy plant that is a representative case study conducted under the *** Bac Lieu wind energy plant case study serves as a notable example of successful emission reduction,profit generation from carbon credit sales,and positive internal rate of return（IRR）with CDM *** analysis of this case study from 2013 to 2022demonstrates a reduction of 1,388,339.7 tons of CO2 emissions and a profit of 1053 billion VnD from trading carbon credits,which significantly contributes to the project's *** inclusion of income from the CDM ensures a positive IRR（0.59%）over a 10-year operation period,whereas the absence of carbon credit sales would have resulted in a negative *** findings demonstrate that integrating the CDM into wind energy projects not only facilitates the achievement of low-carbon emission targets but also offers substantial assistance that contribute to the financial viability of these *** Bac Lieu wind energy plant stands as a successful example of a wind power project developed under the CDM in Vietnam and could serve as a model for future wind

Phytate, myo-inositol1,2,3,4,5,6-hexakisphosphate, is the primary source of inosi-tol and the major storage form phosphorus in agricultural feedstuffs, such as cereals, leg-umes, and oilseeds. Phytase, myo-inositol hexakisphosphate hydrolase （EC3.***.3.8for3-phytase and3.***.8.26for6-phytase）, catalyzes the hydrolysis of phytate into myo-inositol and inorganic phosphates. Monogastric animals such as pigs and chickens are incapable of digesting phytate phosphorus due to the lack of, or low levels of, phytase activity in their digestive systems. Supplementation of phytase in these animals’feedstuffs enhances not only the nutritional quality of phytate-rich feed, but also the growth performance of the animals, thus decreasing phosphorus pollution in areas of intensive animal agriculture. The potential industrial applications of phytase increase the interest of isolation of new bacte-rial strains producing novel and efficient phytases is increasing. In this thesis, a phytase producing Aspergillus fumigatus sp （A. fumigatus sp） specie, was isolated and identified, the gene phyA encoding its thermostable phytase was cloned and heterologously expressed in ***, active recombinant phytase was purified from in-clusion bodies and then its thennostability and the pH dependence were assayed in detail. Firstly, isolation of A. fumigatus phytase producing was selected by size of clear zone on the plate with modified phytase screening medium. Secondly, total RnA was extracted from A. fumigatus grown on modified phytase screening medium, the cDnA libraries were generated by RevertAidTM First Strand cDnA Synthesis kit. The gene encoding phytase of A. fumigatus without signal peptide and intron, PhyA, which comprises1,329bp and encodes443amino-acid residues, was PCR amplified and sequenced. The nucleotide sequence of A. fumigatus phytase gene showed99%identities to that of A. fumigatus Af293phytase and67%homology to that of A. niger phytase. The deduced amino acid sequence of

自二十世纪中叶以来,随着语言学研究的不断深入,国内外学者纷纷将目光投向了藏语这一古老而神秘的语言。他们基于藏语传统语言学理论,结合现代语言学的研究方法,对藏语的字、词、句等进行了深入的探索和研究,使藏语语法的研究更加深入和细致。在藏语这一庞大的语法体系中,存在句以其独特的句式结构和精妙绝伦的句意表达方式,构成藏语句子表述中的一种特殊句类。文章采用语境分析的方法,结合口语与书面语、藏语方言间的比较研究,对藏语存在句进行了详尽的剖析和解读。首先,深入探讨了藏语存在句的定义,对其结构形式和核心要素进行了细致的分析。其次,聚焦于存在句中的关键构句成分一一动词语尾“■”和“■”,以及以这两个词语为基础的其他动词语尾,无论是在口语的流畅表达中,还是在书面语的精确描述里,抑或是在各地藏语方言的独特呈现中,这些动词语尾在表达存在义时都展现出了丰富的语义功能。它们不仅决定了句子的基本结构,还深刻地影响着各类句意的表达。文章对这些语尾在不同语境下的应用进行了全面的探讨,深入分析了它们在表达存在之意时所展现出的多样化的语义表达功能,这不仅有助于我们更深入地理解藏语存在句的特点和规律,也为藏语语法的研究提供了新的视角和方法。

In this paper,we investigate the coverage optimization for LTE networks considering the network load. The network coverage is defined as the number of served users of evolved node B(enB)which is determined by e nBs' antenna tilt angles(ATA). The coverage is optimized by optimizing the number of served users based on the Modified Particle Swarm Optimization(MPSO)algorithm. Simulation results show that both the number of served users by each e nB and the system throughput are significantly increased. As well,the average load and the bandwidth efficiency of the network are improved.

Background and Objective Diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle is a mechanical abnormality diagnosed primarily by echocardiogram, and can be distinguished into three separate degrees based on the severity of reduction in passive compliance and active myocardial relaxation. Methods A literature search was performed for basic science studies, clinical studies and major practice guidelines on the subject of diastolic dysfunction and diastolic heart failure. Important findings were analyzed and correlated with regard to clinical relevance. Results Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction appears to compromise exercise tolerance and is believed to contribute to the pathophysiology in patients with diastolic heart failure. In the clinical setting, however, oftentimes no clear distinction is made between echocardiographically diagnosed diastolic dysfunction and diastolic heart failure, and adequate treatment recommendations are sparse and aimed to prevent worsening and progression of clinical symptoms. To date, there is a lack of high powered trials assessing the possible progression rate from echocardiographically diagnosed diastolic dysfunction to the clinical diagnosis of diastolic heart failure. Furthermore, there are no solid indices to assess the degree of severity of diastolic dysfunction or its progression. Pure right ventricular diastolic dysfunction appears to be even less understood and under-recognized, although it may play a role in the development of both right and left heart failure. Currently there are few but interesting data on the possible interaction between ventricles with diastolic dysfunction and the overall affect on the development of heart failure. Conclusions The timeline and progression of diastolic dysfunction to diastolic heart failure have not been well established and warrant further investigation.

Objective:To determine the new M-superfamily conotoxins from molluscivorous snail Conus bandanus in ***:Conus bandanus venom was fractionated and purified on HPLC system with an analytical reversed-phase C18 column in order to screen small *** primary structure of peptide was analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight tandem mass spectrometry using collision-induced dissociation and confirmed by Edman’s degradation ***:Five new conotoxins were biochemically characterized from the crude venom of the mollusk-hunting cone snail Conus bandanus,which were collected at ke Ga reef of the nha Trang Bay(Vietnam).Each conotoxin had 15 or 16 amino acid residues and shared the same characteristic cysteine framework V as–CC–C–C–CC–.They were termed as Bn3 b,Bn3 c,Bn3 d,Bn3 e and Bn3 f following the conotoxins ***:The conotoxins Bn3 b,Bn3 e,and Bn3 f are categorized in the mini-M conotoxins of the M1 branch,while conotoxins Bn3 c and Bn3 d are categorized in the mini-M conotoxins of the M2 *** homological analysis reveals that these conotoxins could serve as promising probe compounds for voltage-gated sodium channels.

Objective:To examine the multiplication efficiency Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)genotype Ⅰ(G Ⅰ) and genotype Ⅲ(GⅢ) of different cell lines which originated from human,porcine,mosquitoes in order to prove mechanism of JEV G Ⅰ replacement JEV GⅢ since it emerging in nature recent ***:The mixture of Gi and GⅢ JEV isolates was inoculated on human rhabdomyosarcoma(RD).pig kidney epithelial(PS) and Aedes albopictus C6/36 clone(C6/36) which originated from human,porcine and mosquitoes,*** assays were performed to calculate virus titer and real-time RT-PCR with GⅠand GⅢspecific primer sets to quantify the number of GⅠ and GUI RnA ***:The highest virus titer reached at the 3rd day of post infection when G Ⅰand GⅢ mixture was inoculated on RD and PS and that of C636 was at the 4^(th)*** were amplified and maintained by C6/36 cells after 10 passages whereas that by RD and PS only limited within 8 and 6 passages,respectively.GⅠ strain amplified and maintained more efficiently on C6/36 and PS but not *** GⅢ strain amplified and maintained more efficiently on ***:There is a correlation between the multiplication efficiency of GⅠ and GⅢ JEV strains when these two genotype strains co-infected on different cell lines with the predominance of GⅠstrains in C6/36 and PS and the limited detection of G 1 strains in RD cells proving a possible mechanism of shift JEV genotypes in nature recent decades since GⅠ emerging.

Intraoperative hypotension happens in everyday clinical practice. It was suggested to have a strong association with adverse postoperative outcomes. Hypotension prediction index(HPI) was developed to predict intraoperative hypotension(mean arterial pressure n real time. However, pressure autoregulation also plays an important role in maintaining adequate organ perfusion/oxygenation during hypotension. A cerebral oxygenation monitor provides clinicians with the values of organ oxygenation. We reported a case that the cerebral oxygenation monitor was used together with HPI to guide intraoperative blood pressure management. We found that cerebral oxygenation was maintained in the event of hypotension during surgery. The patient had no intraoperative or postoperative adverse outcomes despite the hypotension. We believe this can provide an individualized intraoperative blood pressure management to avoid over-or under-treating hypotension.
