The effects of strontium aluminates of SrAl2O4：Eu2＋,Dy3＋（SAED） and boron-modified SAED （BSAED） phases synthesized from a sol-gel process on thermoluminescence （TL） along with their afterglow properties were systematically investigated with thermal activation in the different atmospheres. The result showed that the addition of boron and the reduction routes of Eu3＋to Eu2＋ in SrAl2O4：Dy3＋were related to phosphorescent decay properties. The aid of Dy3＋to induce the hole-trapping effect required both SAED and BSAED to be heated at 1300°C under the H2/n2（5%：95%） atmosphere. However, the trapping behavior of the reductions of SAED in nitrogen was similar to the compound without Dy3＋co-doping SrAl2O4：Eu2＋（SAE） in H2/n2（5%：95%）. BSAED showed deeper traps in situ compared to SAED which contained no boron, and this led to the better afterglow properties of BSAED than those of SAED. The afterglow spectrum of BSAED showed two peaks at 400±1 nm and 485±1 nm, which were two individuals composed and contributed from different depths of traps at 0.57 and 0.76eV, accordingly. The depth of the traps was calculated from the Hoogenstraaten’s plot of glow curves. The calculations for SAED and SAE were at around 0.43 and 0.18eV, respectively.

Background:new-onset diabetes after transplantation(nODAT)is a serious complication following liver transplantation(LT).The present study aimed to investigate the incidence of and risk factors for nODAT using the Korean Organ Transplantation Registry(KOTRY)***:Patients with history of pediatric transplantation(age≤18 years),re-transplantation,multi-organ transplantation,or pre-existing diabetes mellitus were excluded.A total of 1,919 non-diabetic adult patients who underwent a primary LT between May 2014 and December 2017 were *** factors were identified using Cox regression ***:nODAT occurred in 19.7%(n=377)of adult liver transplant *** analysis showed steroid use,increased age,and high body mass index(BMI)in recipients,and implantation of a left-side liver graft was closely associated with nODAT in adult *** living donor liver transplant(LDLT)patients(n=1,473),open donor hepatectomy in the living donors,steroid use,small for size liver graft(graft to recipient weight ratio≤0.8),increased age,and high BMI in the recipient were predictive factors for *** use of antimetabolite and basiliximab induction reduced the incidence of nODAT in adult LT and in adult ***:Basiliximab induction,early steroid withdrawal,and antimetabolite therapy may prevent nODAT after adult *** BMI or advanced age in liver recipients,open donor hepatectomy in living donors,and small size liver graft can predict the occurrence of nODAT after adult LT or LDLT.

Wire+arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)is considered an innovative technology that can change the manufacturing landscape in the near *** offers the benefits of inexpensive initial system setup and a high deposition rate for fabricating medium-and large-sized parts such as die-casting *** this study,AISI H13 tool steel,a popular die-casting tool metal,is manufactured by cold metal transfer(CMT)-based WAAM and is then comprehensively analyzed for its microstructural and mechanical ***-dependent phase combinations are observed,which could be explained by nonequilibrium thermal cycles that resulted from the layer-by-layer stacking mechanism used in *** addition,remelting and reheating of the layers reduces welding anomalies(e.g.,pores and voids).The metallurgical characteristics of the H13 strongly correlate with the mechanical *** combinations of phases at different locations of the additively manufactured part exhibit a periodic microhardness ***,Retained Austenite,Ferrite,and Carbide phases are found in combination at different locations of the part based on the part’s temperature distribution during additive ***,the tensile properties at elevated temperatures(23℃,300℃,and 600℃)are comparable to those from other WAAM and additive manufacturing(AM)*** X-ray diffraction results verify that the microstructural stability of the fabricated parts at high temperatures would allow them to be used in high temperatures.

目的:探讨毛细血管渗漏指数(CLI)在急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)合并急性肺损伤(ALI)病人病情预测及预后评估中的价值。方法:选取78例SAP病人作为研究对象,根据是否合并急性肺损伤分为非ALI组40例和ALI组38例,根据病人入院28 d存活情况分为存活组45例和死亡组33例。分析SAP病人的临床基线资料;采用Pearson相关分析评价CLI与急性生理功能和慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、改良CT严重程度指数(MCTSI)及乳酸的相关性;使用ROC曲线分析CLI对SAP合并ALI发生和28 d死亡风险的预测;采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析不同CLI水平危险分层下的累积生存率。结果:ALI组病人C反应蛋白(CRP)、CLI、乳酸水平、MCTSI及APACHEⅡ评分均高于非ALI组(P0.05);死亡组病人年龄、CRP、CLI、乳酸水平、MCTSI及APACHEⅡ评分均高于存活组(Pn-Meier生存曲线分析,结果显示,CLI>9.552组的28 d累积生存率明显低于CLI≤9.552组(P9.552的SAP病人其短期死亡风险更高,需要临床医生予以重点关注。

AIM: To investigate the clinical impact of post-hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC) leukopenia, intraperitoneal and combined intravenous/intraperitoneal drug administrations were ***: Two patient cohorts were retrospectively analyzed regarding the incidence of postoperative leukopenia. The first cohort(n = 32) received Mitomycin C(MMC)-based HIPEC intraperitoneally(35 mg/m2 for 90 min) and the second cohort(n = 10) received a bidirectional therapy consisting of oxaliplatin(OX)(300 mg/m2 for 30 min) intraperitoneally and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) 400 mg/m2 plus folinic acid 20 mg/m2 intravenously. The following data were collected retrospectively: Age, sex, length of operation, length of hospital stay, amount of resection including extent of peritonectomy, peritoneal cancer index, CC(completeness of cytoreduction)-status and leukocyte-count before cytoreductive surgery(CRS) and HIPEC, on days 3, 7 and 14 after CRS and HIPEC. HIPEC leukopenia was defined as nia occurred statistically more often in the MMC than in the OX/5-FU-group(10/32 vs 0/10; P = 0.042). Leukopenia set-on was on day 7 after CRS and MMC-HIPEC and lasted for two to three days. Three patients(33%) required medical treatment. Patients affected by leukopenia were predominantly female(7/10 patients) and older than 50 years(8/10 patients). Thelength of hospital stay tended to be higher in the MMCgroup without reaching statistical significance(22.5± 11 vs 16.5 ± 3.5 d). Length of operation(08:54 ± 01:44 vs 09:48 ± 02:28 h) were comparable between patients with and without postoperative leukopenia. Prior history of systemic chemotherapy did not trigger postHIPEC leukopenia. Occurrence of leucopenia did not trigger surgical site infections, intraabdominal abscess formations, hospital-acquired pneumonia or anastomotic insufficiencies. COnCLUSIOn: Surgeons must be aware that there is a higher incidence of postoperative leukopenia in MMCbased HIPEC protocols

The monitoring of mechanical deformation and damage of composite materials is normally performed by established analytical methods,such as strain gauges and optical and piezoelectric ***,large areas outside of the measuring cell remain unconsidered.A large-area sensitive sensor for composites is presented,which is simply generated by printing a carbon layer on the reinforcing glass fiber fabrics or on any composite *** printed sensors enable to determine mechanical deformations and damages of the entire component and it responds with a measurable electrical resistance to external tension or pressure without any *** strongest influence on sensor signal was identified with low carbon concentration and thin *** sensors signal linearly correlates with the degree of deformation and bending velocity whereas bending direction can be identified through signal change under residual tensile stress or compressive stress.
