This paper investigates the consensus control of multi-agent systems(MASs) with constrained input using the dynamic event-triggered mechanism(ETM).consider the MASs with small-scale networks where a centralized dynamic ETM with global information of the MASs is first ***,a distributed dynamic ETM which only uses local information is developed for the MASs with large-scale *** is shown that the semi-global consensus of the MASs can be achieved by the designed bounded control protocol where the Zeno phenomenon is eliminated by a designable minimum inter-event *** addition,it is easier to find a trade-off between the convergence rate and the minimum inter-event time by an adjustable ***,the results are extended to regional consensus of the MASs with the bounded control *** simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

In this study, an adaptive neural network(NN) control is proposed for nonlinear two-degree-offreedom(2-DOF) helicopter systems considering the input constraints and global prescribed ***, radial basis function NN(RBFNN) is employed to estimate the unknown dynamics of the helicopter system. Second, a smooth nonaffine function is exploited to approximate and address nonlinear constraint functions. Subsequently, a new prescribed function is proposed, and an original constrained error is transformed into an equivalent unconstrained error using the error transformation and barrier function transformation methods. The analysis of the established Lyapunov function proves that the controlled system is globally uniformly bounded. Finally, the simulation and experimental results on a constructed Quanser's test platform verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed control.

Evidence for metallization in dense oxygen has been reported for over 30 years[Desgreniers et al.,***.94,1117(1990)]at a now routinely accessible 95 GPa[Shimizu et al.,Nature 393,767(1998)].However,despite the longevity of this result and the technological advances since,the nature of the metallic phase remains poorly constrained[Akahama et al.,***.74,4690(1995);Goncharov et al.,***.B 68,224108(2003);Ma,***.B 76,064101(2007);and Weck et al.,***.102,255503(2009)].In this work,through Raman spectroscopy,we report the distinct vibrational characteristics of metallicζ-O_(2) from 85 to 225 *** comparison with numerical simulations,weﬁnd reasonable agreement with the candidate structure up to about 150 *** higher pressures,the c2/mstructure is found to be unstable and incompatible with experimental *** candidate structures,and ci,with c2/m c2/conly two molecules in the primitive unit cell,are found to be stable and more compatible with measurements above 175 GPa,indicative of the dissociation of(O_(2))4 ***,we report and discuss a strong hysteresis and metastability with the precursory phaseϵ-O_(2).Theseﬁndings will reinvigorate experimental and theoretical work into the dense oxygen system,which will have importance for oxygen-bearing chemistry,prevalent in the deep Earth,as well as fundamental physics.

Multi-label classification is a challenging problem that has attracted significant attention from researchers, particularly in the domain of image and text attribute annotation. However, multi-label datasets are prone to serious intra-class and inter-class imbalance problems, which can significantly degrade the classification performance. To address the above issues, we propose the multi-label weighted broad learning system(MLW-BLS) from the perspective of label imbalance weighting and label correlation mining. Further, we propose the multi-label adaptive weighted broad learning system(MLAW-BLS) to adaptively adjust the specific weights and values of labels of MLW-BLS and construct an efficient imbalanced classifier set. Extensive experiments are conducted on various datasets to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed model, and the results demonstrate its superiority over other advanced approaches.

In this paper, the singularity-free predefined-time fuzzy adaptive tracking control problem is studied for non-strict feedback(NSF) nonlinear systems considering mismatched external disturbances. An innovative practical predefined-time stability(PPTS) criterion is proposed to provide the theoretical basis for subsequent control design. compared to the existing predefined-time stability(PTS) criterion, this criterion has a broader application range and can solve the control design issues of nonlinear systems with system uncertainties. Fuzzy logic systems(FLSs) are employed to identify unknown nonlinear functions. Based on the backstepping control technology, a singularity-free predefined-time control(PTc) design method is proposed, in which the hyperbolic tangent function is utilized to avoid the singular problem, and the nature of fuzzy basis function is adopted to resolve the algebraic loop problem. The PPTS of the closed-loop NSF nonlinear system is proven with the Lyapunov theory and the proposed PPTS criterion. Ultimately, the efficiency of the presented PTc design method is verified by several sets of simulations on a single link manipulator system.

除了关于小农户作为一个既是生产也是消费的经济单位而形成的诸多特点的理论论析之外,恰亚诺夫的另外两大理论贡献,一是说明小农经济生产遵循的不是简单的规模经济效益,而是“差异化最优”的逻辑,二是提出小农户为了应对大市场,需要扎根于小农户自身组织的“纵向一体化”的合作社来维护其生产收益。前者可以充分见证于中国近几十年来的“新农业革命”,后者则特别清晰地展示于“东亚地区”(主要指日本、韩国及中国台湾地区)1945年以来非常突出的小农经济现代化经验。近二十年的中央一号文件充分见证了国家农政的重点之前在模仿美国模式和简单的规模经济效益理论,但在2018年以来则转向以小农经济为生产主体和以小农社区为合作社主体的新趋向,既见证也推进和有选择性地改组了上述恰亚诺夫的两大理论洞见。

MicroRNAs as potential diagnostic biomarkers for bipolar disorder

Abnormal expression of microRNAs is connected to brain development and disease and could provide novel biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of bipolar disorder. We performed a PubMed search for microRNA biomarkers in bipolar disorder and found 18 original research articles on studies performed with human patients and published from January 2011 to June 2023. These studies included microRNA profiling in bloodand brain-based materials. From the studies that had validated the preliminary findings,potential candidate biomarkers for bipolar disorder in adults could be miR-140-3p,-30d-5p,-330-5p,-378a-5p,-21-3p,-330-3p,-345-5p in whole blood, miR-19b-3p,-1180-3p,-125a-5p, let-7e-5p in blood plasma, and miR-7-5p,-23b-5p,-142-3p,-221-5p,-370-3p in the blood serum. Two of the studies had investigated the changes in microRNA expression of patients with bipolar disorder receiving treatment. One showed a significant increase in plasma miR-134 compared to baseline after 4 weeks of treatment which included typical antipsychotics, atypical antipsychotics, and benzodiazepines. The other study had assessed the effects of prescribed medications which included neurotransmitter receptorsite binders(drug class B) and sedatives, hypnotics, anticonvulsants, and analgesics(drug class c) on microRNA results. The combined effects of the two drug classes increased the significance of the results for miR-219 and-29c with miR-30e-3p and-526b* acquiring significance. MicroRNAs were tested to see if they could serve as biomarkers of bipolar disorder at different clinical states of mania, depression, and euthymia. One study showed that upregulation in whole blood of miR-9-5p,-29a-3p,-106a-5p,-106b-5p,-107,-125a-3p,-125b-5p and of miR-107,-125a-3p occurred in manic and euthymic patients compared to controls, respectively, and that upregulation of miR-106a-5p,-107 was found for manic compared to euthymic patients.
