We present a dynamic model of a fish robot with a Non-uniform Flexible Tail （NFT）. We investigate the tendencies of the thrust and swimming speed when the input driving moment changes. Based on the proposed dynamic model of the NFT, we derive the thrust estimation, equation of motion, and performance evaluation of a fish robot with a NFT. By defining the optimal stiffness of the NFT in simulation, a fish robot prototype is then designed and fabricated. A series of experiments are performed to verify the proposed model. Experiment results are in good agreement with simulation data. The results show that the thrust and swimming speed of the fish robot are proportional to the amplitude of the driving moment. There are two resonant fre- quencies （f = 1.4 Hz and 2.2 Hz）, the maximum thrust and swimming speed （about 0.7 BL.s-1） are found to be around f = 1.4 Hz. The above results inidicate the proposed model is suitable for predicting the behavior, thrust and swimming speed of a fish robot with a NFT.

In this paper, a non-uniform flexible tail of a fish robot was presented and the dynamic model was developed. In this model, the non-uniform flexible tail was modeled by a rotary slender beam. The hydrodynamics forces, including the reactive force and resistive force, were analyzed in order to derive the governing equation. This equation is a fourth-order in space and second-order in time Partial Differential Equation （PDE） of the lateral movement function. The coefficients of this PDE were not constants because of the non-uniform beams, so they were approximated by exponential functions in order to obtain an analytical solution. This solution describes the lateral movement of the flexible tail as a function of material, geometrical and actuator properties. Experiments were then carried out and compared to simulations. It was proved that the proposed model is suitable for predicting the real behavior of fish robots.

Objective:To determine the relationship between the early embryo viability assessment(EEVA)and blastocyst morphological parameters and pregnancy ***:This retrospective cohort study was conducted on 291 intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycles including 2522 embryos with indications of prolonging embryo culture to the blastocyst stage in the Genea embryo review incubator,and 511 single vitrified-warmed blastocyst transfer cycles from January 2020 to June *** EEVA system produced an EEVA score from E1(best)to E5(worse)for the potential of blastocyst *** morphology was *** association between the EEVA score and each type of blastocyst morphology,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy,and ongoing pregnancy were assessed using generalized estimating ***:The inner cell mass A(ICM A),trophectoderm A(TE A),blastocoele expansion degree of 3,4,5,6,7 rates were higher with lower the EEVA *** adjusted odd ratio(aOR)(E5 vs E1)was 0.3 for ICM A,0.174 for TE A and 0.210 for BL3,4,5,6,7(all P<0.001),suggesting a significant association between lower EEVA scores and improved embryo *** implantation,clinical pregnancy,and ongoing pregnancy rate were also higher with lower the EEVA *** aOR of E5 vs E1 was 0.245 for implantation,0.185 for clinical pregnancy and 0.200 for ongoing pregnancy rate(P<0.001).Conclusions:There were associations between blastocyst morphology,pregnancy outcome and EEVA *** good blastocyst morphology and pregnancy outcomes are higher with lower the EEVA score.

Glypican-3 is a protein encoded by the Glypican-3 gene located on human X chromosome (Xq26), composed of two subunits, a 40 kDa N-terminal subunit, and a 30 kDa C-terminal subunit. Glypican-3 is a currently potential target molecule for liver cancer treatments because of its over-expression and growth effects on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This study examined the expression and purification of a C-terminal subunit of Glypican-3 protein (GPC3-Csub) due to its application in both diagnosis and therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma. The gene encoding for GPC3-Csub was successfully cloned into plasmid pET28a fused with an affinity tag composed of six consecutive histidine residues (His-tag). Recombinant protein GPC3-Csub was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) in the condition of adding 3% ethanol with IPTG induction. GPC3-Csub was extracted using repeated freeze-thaw cycles with lysozyme, and inclusion bodies were solubilized by 8M Urea, SDS 10% in pH 12. His-tag fused GPC3-Csub proteins allowed it to be purified by affinity chromatography method using the Nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) column. High expression of GPC3-Csub was confirmed by Coomassie staining and western-blot. GPC3-Csub could be isolated with a Ni-NTA column and have a purity of about 90%.

Background In Viet Nam, tuberculosis (TB) represents a devastating life-event with an exorbitant price tag, partly due to lost income from daily directly observed therapy in public sector care. Thus, persons with TB may seek care in the private sector for its flexibility, convenience, and privacy. Our study aimed to measure income changes, costs and catastrophic cost incurrence among TB-affected households in the public and private *** Between October 2020 and March 2022, we conducted 110 longitudinal patient cost interviews, among 50 patients privately treated for TB and 60 TB patients treated by the National TB Program (NTP) in Ha Noi, Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Using a local adaptation of the WHO TB patient cost survey tool, participants were interviewed during the intensive phase, continuation phase and post-treatment. We compared income levels, direct and indirect treatment costs, catastrophic costs using Wilcoxon rank-sum and chi-squared tests and associated risk factors between the two cohorts using multivariate *** The pre-treatment median monthly household income was significantly higher in the private sector versus NTP cohort (USD 868 vs USD 578;P=0.010). However, private sector treatment was also significantly costlier (USD 2075 vs USD 1313;P=0.005), driven by direct medical costs which were 4.6 times higher than costs reported by NTP participants (USD 754 vs USD 164;Pphic costs between the two cohorts (Private: 55% vs NTP: 52%;P=0.675). The main objective of this study is to comprehensively investigate individuals’vaccination intention against COVID-19 during the second wave of COVID-19 spread in Vietnam using a novel hybrid ***,the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory based on Grey Theory(DEMATEL-G)was employed to explore the critical factors of vaccination intention among ***,Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM)was applied to test the hypotheses of individual behavioral intention to get the vaccine to prevent the outbreak of COVID-19.A panel of 661 valid respondents was collected from June 2021 to July 2021,and confidentiality was maintained for all data *** results identified that perception of COVID-19 vaccination and trust in vaccination strategy directly associated with individuals’COVID-19 ***,the perceived severity of COVID-19 has an indirect impact on COVID-19 vaccination intentions via the perception of the COVID-19 *** findings indicated that the government’s information about vaccines is necessary for the new phase of vaccination intervention strategies in ***,the study suggests that the government needs to give complete information about the role of vaccines prioritizes transparency in official information about COVID-19 vaccines to allay concerns about side effects,allowing for the most appropriate policy formulation and implementation to encourage public *** studies can apply PLS-SEM and other MCDM models with the fuzzy,hesitant numbers to re-evaluate the feasibility,validity and reliability of this research’s proposed model.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the development of the global *** most developing and third world countries are heavily dependent on agriculture and agricultural imports,the agricultural supply chains(ASC)in all these countries are exposed to unprecedented risks following ***,it is vital to investigate the impact of risks and create resilient ASC *** this study,critical risks associated with ASC were assessed using a novel Analytical Hierarchy Process based on spherical fuzzy sets(SF-AHP).The findings indicated that depending on the scope and scale of the organization,supply risks,demand risks,financial risks,logistics and infrastructure risks,management and operational risks,policy and regulatory risks,and biological and environmental risks all have a significant impact on *** research highlighted that the most significant criterion is specified as Transportation(TP),followed by Market(MA)and Policy(PO),***,Technology(TL)is the least significant *** study’s findings can help managers with a holistic view of the agriculture supply chain risk ***,this study may assist managers in sharing information about the processing of agricultural products from top to bottom to manage risk in the supply chain.
