BACKGROUND Sessile serrated lesions(SSLs)are considered precancerous colorectal lesions that should be detected and removed to prevent colorectal *** studies in Vietnam mainly investigated the adenoma pathway,with limited data on the serrated *** To evaluate the prevalence,risk factors,and BRAF mutations of SSLs in the Vietnamese *** this is a cross-sectional study conducted on patients with lower gastrointestinal symptoms who underwent colonoscopy at a tertiary hospital in *** were diagnosed on histopathology according to the 2019 World Health Organi-zation *** mutation analysis was performed using the Sanger DNA sequencing *** multivariate logistic regression model was used to determine SSL-associated *** There were 2489 patients,with a mean age of 52.1±13.1 and a female-to-male ratio of 1:*** prevalence of SSLs was 4.2%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.5-5.1].In the multivariate analysis,factors significantly associated with SSLs were age≥40[odds ratio(OR):3.303;95%CI:1.607-6.790],male sex(OR:2.032;95%CI:1.204-3.429),diabetes mellitus(OR:2.721;95%CI:1.551-4.772),and hypertension(OR:1.650,95%CI:1.045-2.605).The rate of BRAF mutations in SSLs was 35.5%.CONCLUSION The prevalence of SSLs was 4.2%.BRAF mutations were present in one-third of *** risk factors for SSLs included age≥40,male sex,diabetes mellitus,and hypertension.

In this paper,we consider a multi-crane scheduling problem in rail stations because their operations directly influence the throughput of the rail *** particular,the job is not only assigned to cranes but also the job sequencing is implemented for each crane to minimize the makespan of cranes.A dual cycle of cranes is used to minimize the number of working cycles of *** rail crane scheduling problems in this study are based on the movement of *** consider not only the gantry moves,but also the trolley moves as well as the rehandle cases are also included.A mathematical model of multi-crane scheduling is *** traditional and parallel simulated annealing(SA)are adapted to determine the optimal scheduling *** examples are conducted to evaluate the applicability of the proposed *** of the proposed parallel SA is done by comparing it to existing previous *** of numerical computation highlighted that the parallel SA algorithm outperformed the SA and gave better solutions than other considered algorithms.

The diversity of aquatic resources in thi Nai Lagoon decreased due to the lack of harmonious use and integrated long-term planning on the use of living *** remained a lack of mechanisms and regulations for coordination of activities in the lagoon by Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee(PPC).The aim of the study was to investgate the aquatic species and water quality in thi Nai Lagoon,*** were collected at 23 different points on thi Nai Lagoon,with three replicates at each *** were 106 species of fish presented on the lagoon and in different sizes,including 17 mollusc species and 15 crustaceans *** the dry season,there were 167 phytoplankton species in five divisions,10 classes in 39 orders in 59 families including 77 *** had eight chordata in 10 classes of 18 orders including 44 families,64 genus and 102 *** had the largest number of species,78 species,accounting for 76.5%of total *** the rainy season,only 48 species of Arthropoda,Cnidaria,Annelida,Chaetognatha and Rotifer were affected and some were not encountered in the wet season,such as mollusca and *** water quality variables were still good for aquaculture,within permitted limits of TCVN standard and criteria,there were still problems caused by production discharges and living activities of inhabitants around the lagoon,such as sedimentary matters.

In this paper,by combining the inertial technique and the gradient descent method with Polyak's stepsizes,we propose a novel inertial self-adaptive gradient algorithm to solve the split feasi-bility problem in Hilbert spaces and prove some strong and weak convergence theorems of our method under standard *** examine the performance of our method on the sparse recovery prob-lem beside an example in an infinite dimensional Hilbert space with synthetic data and give some numerical results to show the potential applicability of the proposed method and comparisons with related methods emphasize it further.

In the textile industry,garment manufacturing contains four major pro-cesses containing cutting,sewing,ﬁnishing,and *** is the most crucial and intricate section,dealing with a large number of varied operations.A successful sewing process needs to be optimized regarding different factors,including time,sewing equipment,and skilled *** lineﬂow is combined by a set of operations with a particular *** utmost impor-tance of all garment industry is to arrange the workstations to minimize the num-ber of employees in order to produce at the best productive rate with the most reasonable cost,shortest time,and satisfying *** most garment factories,the production lines are balanced using the empirical judgment of the line *** the whole process the data of production time at each step,labor pro-ductivity,proper choices of equipment were always needed to calculate line efﬁ*** far as the issue is concerned,there has not been an academically sewing process analyzing software providing adequate data of sewing motions and sewing time as the credible input for the line balancing *** this goal,this paper presents the results of research on optimizing academically self-built software to analyze the sewing process of knitted products applied to industrial production using Java programming language on Google *** results achieved by the software are not only to analyze sewing products and the technological sewing process,calculate the sewing time on the machine but also analyze the sewing activities of workers into manipulations,movements,and motions to calculate the preparation time for two typical knitted products,namely,Polo-Shirt and T-Shirt with the case studies at General Textile Garment Joint Stock Company Hanoi and Star Fashion Company Limited.

央行数字货币(CBDC)快速发展,与传统法定货币不同,CBDC对宏观经济,尤其是对邻国的宏观经济有哪些影响值得关注。本文建立了一个考虑内生货币替代和金融摩擦的两国新凯恩斯模型,以考察大型外国经济体发行的稳定币对小型发展中经济体的影响。研究发现,外国稳定币为国内经济中的家庭提供流动性服务,并为国内通胀提供额外的对冲;同时,它的引入放大了货币替代效应,减少了银行中介作用,削弱了货币政策传导作用,加剧了衰退冲击的影响,增加了银行业经营压力;而资本管制提高了稳定币作为规避手段的使用率,增加了对外国冲击溢出效应的敞口。与国内中央银行数字货币不同,禁止外国稳定币支付可以缓解这些影响。本刊编译此篇国际货币基金组织(IMF)的工作论文,以期为读者带来启示。

Importance:Nutritional status of infants,measured by birth weight and length,is an essential factor in neonatal *** in newborns may lead to a higher risk of mortality,neurological and cognitive impairment,and poor language ***:this study aims to assess the nutritional status of infants and related factors regarding maternal anthropometric characteristics and medical ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Vietnam from May 2021 to May 2022 on 340 infants and *** birth weight was defined following the Intergrowth-21 *** was evaluated using the Fenton growth chart when the length was below the 10%percentile line of the gestational *** regression models were applied to identify factors associated with the nutritional status of ***:We found that 12.4%and 14.1%of infants in our study fell into stunted and underweight categories,*** of mothers over 35 years old,having a height lower than 150 cm or experiencing anemia during pregnancy were more likely to be stunted or have low birth *** albumin deficiency during pregnancy was strongly associated with the infant being underweight(odds ratio[OR]=2.8,95%confidence interval[95%CI]1.1–7.3).Newborns were more likely to be stunted if their mothers had a history of preterm birth(OR=3.3,95%CI 1.1–10.2).Interpretation:Maternal nutritional status is closely related to infant malnutrition,particularly in preterm *** the understanding of mothers regarding prenatal care,reproductive healthcare,adequate nutritional diet,and multi-micronutrient supplements during pregnancy is therefore important.

BACKGROUND Twin reversed arterial perfusion(TRAP) sequence is an extremely rare congenital anomaly in monochorionic(MC) *** condition is characterized by a malformed fetus(acardiac twin) without cardiac activities being perfused by a structurally normal one(pump twin) via an artery-to-artery anastomosis in a reverse *** SUMMARY We described the first case of TRAP to receive laser surgery in *** 26-wk pregnancy was originally misdiagnosed in another hospital as MC twins with single intrauterine fetal *** admission to our center,the diagnosis was amended to a 26-wk TRAP sequence stage *** acardiac twin was 7.5 cm at the longest length,the ratio of the weight of the acardiac twin to the weight of the pump twin was more than 90%,the pump twin showed fetal distress with absent diastolic flow in umbilical artery of pump twin,and the peak systolic velocity in the middle cerebral artery = 1.6 Mo *** performed emergency laser photocoagulation of the acardiac twin’s umbilical *** surgery,we successfully maintained the pregnancy for 8 wk and ended it electively by cesarean section at 34 wk of gestation due to rupture of *** TRAP should be appropriately diagnosed and treated early to avoid complications of the pump *** laser photocoagulation is a new and effective treatment for this condition.

Noise pollution tends to receive less awareness compared to other types of pollution,however,it greatly impacts the quality of life for humans such as causing sleep disruption,stress or hearing *** urban sound through the identification of noise sources in cities could help to benefit livability by reducing exposure to noise pollution through methods such as noise control,planning of the soundscape environment,or selection of safe living *** this paper,we proposed a self-attention long short-term memory(LSTM)method that can improve sound classification compared to previous *** attention mechanism will be designed solely to capture the key section of an audio data *** is practical as we only need to process important parts of the data and can ignore the rest,making it applicable when gathering information with long-term *** dataset used is the Urbansound8k dataset which specifically pertains to urban environments and data augmentation was applied to overcome imbalanced data and dataset *** audio sources in the dataset were normalized to mono *** the dataset above,an experiment was conducted to confirm the suitability of the proposed model when applied to the mel-spectrogram and MFCC(Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients)datasets transformed from the original *** the classification accuracy depends on the machine learning models as well as the input data,therefore we have evaluated different class models and extraction methods to find the best *** combining data augmentation techniques and various extraction methods,our classification model has achieved state-of-the-art performance,each class accuracy is up to 98%.
