An innovat.ve st.at.gy based on m.rker-assist.d backcrossing (m.BC) was used t. t.ansform.popular rice variet. AS996 int. t.e one can t.lerat. subm.rgence while m.int.ining it. original charact.rist.cs preferred by farm.rs and consum.rs. t.e subm.rgence t.lerance Qt. SUB1 count. for up t. 70% of t.e subm.rgence t.lerant.and provides a m.rked im.rovem.nt.of subm.rgence t.lerance in all genet.c backgrounds and environm.nt. t.st.d so far. Parent.l diversit. was carried out.wit. 460 m.rkers. Of which, 53 polym.rphic m.rkers were used for assessm.nt.on BC1F1, BC2F1 and BC3F1 generat.ons. t.e best.BC1F1 plant.was P422 wit. highest.recipient.allele was 87.5%, while t.e addit.onal chosen plant. were P412, P428, P215 and P39 (81% - 84%). All t.ese plant. were used t. develop BC2F1 generat.on. t.e six BC2F1 plant. were used t. develop BC3F1 and BC2F2 were t.e plant. num.er P422-11 and P422-14 having 93.75% recipient.alleles and P422-12, P422-3, P39-17, P39-25 having 92.25% recipient.alleles. t.t.l of 445 BC3F1 plant. were confirm.d t.e int.ogresion of SUB1 using ARt. and SC3. Aft.r t.ree generat.ons of backcrossing, applicat.on of m.BC result.d in t.e best.BC3F1 individual P422-14-177 wit. 100% of recipient.alleles based on t.e num.er of 53 m.rkers used wit. only t.e int.ogression size of SUB1 was 0.3m. bet.een ARt. and SC3. Phenot.ping was carried out.on BC3F1 and BC2F2 of t.e select.d lines. t.e survival rat.o of t.ese select.d lines and IR64SUB1 were t.e sam.. It.convinced t.e successfully int.ogress SUB1 int. HBV vaccinat.on st.t.s(P=0.001),ALt.levels(P=0.010),ASt.levels(P=0.020),and plat.let.count.(P=0.007).Past.resolved HBV infect.on was associat.d wit. St.el fibres considerably increased t.e peak im.act.force(up t. 18%) while PP m.cro-fibres slight.y increased t.e peak(3%-4%). FRUHPC significant.y reduced t.e m.xim.m.m.dheight.displacem.nt.by up t. 30%(under 20°im.act. and subst.nt.ally im.roved t.e displacem.nt.recovery by up t. 100%(under 20° im.act.. Eight.st.ains of nervous necrosis virus （NNV） isolat.d in Viet.am.were used t. det.ct.t.e pat.ogenicit. and im.une response in sea bass （SB）. All st.ains induced cyt.pat.ic effect.in SB cell line, com.let. dest.uct.on of m.nolayer of cells appeared aft.r seven days post.infect.on （dpi）. Virus t.t.r was different.for each st.ain, t.IDso ranged from.102.7 t. 1069, and LDs0 from.1015 t. 1075. Five NNV st.ains nam.d QN 02, QN 05, QN 07, ND 11 and KH 05 had higher virulence t.an t.e ot.er t.ree, t.e first.causing 100% m.rt.lit. in experim.nt.l fish 3-5 dpi. NNV KH 05 had t.e highest.ant.genic sim.larit., and it.was inact.vat.d com.let.ly by 0.2% form.lin, 0.002 m.l/L binary et.ylenim.ne （BEI） and 0.1% bet.-propiolact.ne. t.e neut.alizat.on ant.body t.t.r obt.ined in fish of groups im.unized by BEI 0.002 m.and bet.-propiolact.ne 0.1% inact.vat.d virus was four t. eight.t.m.s higher t.an t.at.of t.e group t.eat.d wit. t.e form.lin inact.vat.d virus. t.e ant.body t.t.r in fish im.unized wit. bet.-propiolact.ne inact.vat.d virus was m.re persist.nt. t.e efficacy of vaccines developed from.bet.-propiolact.ne inact.vat.d virus and alum.nium.hydroxide （AH） or alum.num.phosphat. （AP） was observed by int.am.scularly im.unizing Epinephelusfuscogut.at.s size 1.5 cm. Neut.alizing ant.bodies appeared in vaccinat.d fish on 10t. day post.im.unizat.on （dpi） at.a dilut.on of 1：16; 1：32 and highest.levels were reached on 30-45 dpi, at.dilut.ons of 1：256 and 1：512, aft.r t.eat.ent.wit. AH and AP vaccine, respect.vely. t.e relat.ve percent.of survival （RPS） of vaccine at.30 dpi was highest.wit. challenge doses 0.2-1 × 10^6.8 t.IDs0, t.e RPS varied from.80%-83.3% in bot. groups of AH and AP im.unizat.on. t.is result.provides t.e basis for developing a vaccine against.NNA disease.
