This paper uses multi-quadric equations interpolation to es-tablish a widely covered and valuablespeed field model of China, withwhich the horizontal crustal movementpatterns are obtained. The present-dayvertical crustal movement velocity im-age of China is also expressed by GPSobservations, from which we canknow the vertical crustal movementpatterns.

The paper proposes a network measurements architecture for the philippine research, education, and government information network (PREGINET). The proposed architecture is an NTP-based hybrid network measurements system, which offers precise measurements, easily managed, and less bandwidth-consuming *** NTP via GPS setup is included in the architecture to provide precise time synchronization all over the network. This setup provides a precise time reference for both the source of the measurements data and the collecting or processing *** current network measurements implementations in PREGINET, as presented in the latter part of the paper, will provide a hint on what tools have to be developed in order to implement the proposed architecture. ;;

Athletes and others who begin exercise with a less than normal volume of they water are likely to experienceadverse effects on cardiovascular function, temperature reuglation, and exercise Perfonnance.. Increasing body water stores above nomal, well-hydlated levels by drinking fluids shortly before exercise isalso likely to cave caldiovascular function and temperature regulation When it is impossible to ingest sufficient fluids during exercise..Under most circumstances, it is wise to drink at least 500ml (16 oz) of fluid before sleeping on the nightbefore exercise and at least another 500 ml first thing in the morning to help ensure a state of ***, one should drink another 500-1000ml about 1 h before and an additional 250-500ml about 20 minexercise to "top off" fluid stores.. The type of fluid consumed before exercise is important. Fluids containing carbohydrate (to supply energy)and small axnounts of sodium chloride (to help maintain thirst and reduce urine formation ) are likely tohave more beneficial effects than Plain water. The addition of glycerol to a Pre-exercise hydration beverageusually is ineffective and can produce headaches and nausea.

Many studies have considered the solution of Unit Commitment problems for the management of energy networks. In this field, earlier work addressed the problem in determinist cases and in cases dealing with demand uncertainties. In this paper, the authors develop a method to deal with uncertainties related to the cost function. Indeed, such uncertainties often occur in energy networks （waste incinerator with a priori unknown waste amounts, cogeneration plant with uncertainty of the sold electricity price...）. The corresponding optimization problems are large scale stochastic non-linear mixed integer problems. The developed solution method is a recourse based programming one. The main idea is to consider that amounts of energy to produce can be slightly adapted in real time, whereas the on/off statuses of units have to be decided very early in the management procedure. Results show that the proposed approach remains compatible with existing Unit Commitment programming methods and presents an obvious interest with reasonable computing loads.

Temporal geographic information system(t_GIS) is a kind of computer information system that can display,process and analyze the micro_format distribution of temporal_spatial information of real *** includes both spatial geographic information and temporal information,and can analyze both the static geographic information and the dynamic geographic information. Three models based on t_GIS for environment dynamics,namely,the mechanism method,the experience method and the mixed method are given. t_GIS based on the environment dynamic model has more new functions than traditional GIS,such as fast I/O,inquiry,static/dynamic display and visible analysis of spatial and temporal sequence information,especially it can display the image of the evolution in the past,current and future environment through the extrapolation method within its defining *** velocity for analogue display can be accelerated by setting up time_varying_area_function for position and attribute. Dynamic environmental information analysis systems based on t_GIS are applicable to almost all the fields related to management,display and analysis of local environmental dynamic *** this reason,some considerations to construct distinct information systems have been enumerated in this paper,such as,the analysis information system for terrain evolution,the analysis information system for the condition of water and fertilizer of farmland,analysis and the evaluation information system for ecological environment,and the analysis information system for distribution changes of population of China,etc.
