OBJECTIVES To investiga.e complica.ions within 30-da.s following first-time a.la.ion for a.ria. fibrilla.ion(a.),including a.composite of cardia. ta.pona.e,hema.oma.requiring intervention,stroke or dea.h,in pa.ients≥75 yea.s of a.e,compa.ed to pa.tients a.ed 65−74 *** a.dition,one-yea. a.l-ca.se morta.ity a.d a. rela.se were ***&RESUlTS a.l pa.ients receiving their first ca.heter a.la.ion for a. between 2012 a.d 2016 were identified us-ing Da.ish na.ionwide *** a.ed 65−74 yea.s served a. the reference group for pa.ients≥75 *** of a. within one yea. wa. defined a. cardioversion following a.three-month bla.king period,re-a.la.ion or confirmed rela.se within *** composite complica.ion outcome did not differ between the two a.e groups,with 39/1554(2.8%)in pa.ients 65−74 yea.s of a.e,versus 5/199(2.5%)in older pa.ients(a.justed HR=0.94),95%CI:0.37−2.39,P=0.896).Pa.ients≥75 yea.s or older ha. no increa.ed ha.a.d of dea.h within 30 da.s a.ter the procedure,with a. incidence of 3/1554(0.2%)in younger pa.tients a.d 2/199(1.0%)in pa.ients≥75 yea.s of a.e(a.justed HR=4.71,95%CI:0.78−28.40,P=0.091).There wa. no difference in rela.se of a. a.ter one yea. between a.e groups(≥75 yea.s a.justed HR=1.00,95%CI:0.78-1.26,P=0.969).CONClUSION In pa.ients≥75 yea.s of a.e selected for ca.heter a.la.ion for a.,the incidence of periprocedura. complica.tions,a. well a. one-yea. freedom from a. showed no sta.istica. difference,when compa.ed to pa.ients 65−74 yea.s of a.e.

The role of Bone Tissue Engineering in the field of Regenera.ive medicine ha. been the topic of substa.tia. resea.ch over the pa.t two deca.es. Technologica. a.va.ces ha.e improved orthopa.dic impla.ts a.d surgica. techniques for bone reconstruction. However, improvements in surgica. techniques to reconstruct bone ha.e been limited by the pa.city of a.tologous ma.eria.s a.a.la.le a.d donor site morbidity. Recent a.va.ces in the development of bioma.eria.s ha.e provided a.tra.tive a.terna.ives to bone gra.ting expa.ding the surgica. options for restoring the form a.d function of injured bone. Specifica.ly, novel bioa.tive （second genera.ion） bioma.eria.s ha.e been developed tha. a.e chara.terised by controlled a.tion a.d rea.tion to the host tissue environment, whilst exhibiting controlled chemica. brea.down a.d resorption with a. ultima.e repla.ement by regenera.ing tissue. Future genera.ions of bioma.eria.s （third genera.ion） a.e designed to be not only osteo- conductive but a.so osteoinductive, i.e. to stimula.e regenera.ion of host tissues by combining tissue engineer- ing a.d in situ tissue regenera.ion methods with a.focus on novel a.plica.ions. These techniques will lea. to novel possibilities for tissue regenera.ion a.d repa.r. a. present, tissue engineered constructs tha. ma. find future use a. bone gra.ts for complex skeleta. defects, whether from post-tra.ma.ic, degenera.ive, neopla.tic or congenita./developmenta. ＂origin＂ require osseous reconstruction to ensure structura. a.d functiona. integrity. Ⅰ.电功率传输及辅助传动一、概述 1.牵引及制动工况时的功率传输图16示出了主电路的原理结构。牵引工况时,能量由交流主发电机(2)经由隔离开关(3)及中间环节整流器(4)传送到带有维持电容器(7)的中间直流环节。牵引工况时在柴油机整个工作转速范围内中间直流环节的电压为1500伏。应用逆变器(10),直流电压重新转换为三相交流电压并给牵引电动机(12)供电。通过控制逆变器,此电压无论幅值或频率都能在较宽范围内变化。

Such a.system a.lows resa.pling by a.bitra.y ra.ios while performing ba.eba.d a.ia.ing from center frequencies a. Nyquist zones tha. a.e not multiples of the output sa.ple ra.e. This resa.pling technique is ba.ed on sliding cyclic da.a.loa. intera.ting with cyclic-shifted coefficients. a.non-ma.ima.ly-decima.ed polypha.e filterba.k （where the number of da.a.loa.s is not equa. to the number of m subfilters） processes m subfilters in a.time period tha. is less tha. or grea.er tha. the m da.a.loa.s. a.polypha.e filter ba.k with five different resa.pling modes is used a. a.ca.e study for embedded resa.p/ing in SDR front-ends. 心理对照是指个体通过将目标实现以后的收获与现实中可能遇到的障碍相对照,进而增加成功期望水平与目标追寻行为之间联系强度的自我调节策略。其作用机制在于改变了未来梦想情境和现实障碍的认知联系,提高了实现目标的动机,改变了遇到困境时的反应。心理对照策略能促进健康、学业等领域的目标达成。未来研究应该在自发心理对照策略的使用情况、心理对照策略的内容特征对目标达成的影响、心理对照策略效果的文化差异等方面进一步深入。
