DcAT is an RDF vocabulary designed to facilitate interoperability between data catalogs published on the *** its first release in 2014 as a W3c Recommendation,DcAT has seen a wide adoption across communities and domains,particularly in conjunction with implementing the FAIR data principles(forfindable,accessible,interoperable and reusable data).These implementation experiences,besides demonstrating the fitness of DcAT to meet its intended purpose,helped identify existing issues and ***,over the last few years,additional requirements emerged in data catalogs,given the increasing practice of documenting not only datasets but also data services and *** paper illustrates the new version of DcAT,explaining the rationale behind its main revisions and extensions,based on the collected use cases and requirements,and outlines the issues yet to be addressed in future versions of DcAT.

This paper proposes an assumption of quasi-variable discount rates to explain the excess volatility puzzle of stock market. Under the assumption, the ARMAX model is derived based on the ccAPM model and cRRA utility function to describe the linear relationship between the discount rate and the consumption growth rate. We conducted empirical research on this model using historical data of the US stock market. The results confirm a significantly negative relationship between consumption growth rate and discount rate. Subsequently, the results of Monte carlo simulation show that given the risk preference coefficient and dividend sequence, the rational expectations price fluctuation obtained under the assumption of quasivariable discount rate is the largest.

Realizing the full potential of ultrahigh-intensity lasers for particle and radiation generation will require multi-beam arrangements due to technology ***,we investigate how to optimize their coupling with solid ***,we show that overlapping two intense lasers in a mirror-like configuration onto a solid with a large preplasma can greatly improve the generation of hot electrons at the target front and ion acceleration at the target *** underlying mechanisms are analyzed through multidimensional particle-in-cell simulations,revealing that the self-induced magnetic fields driven by the two laser beams at the target front are susceptible to reconnection,which is one possible mechanism to boost electron *** addition,the resistive magnetic field generated during the transport of the hot electrons in the target bulk tends to improve their *** simulations also indicate that such effects can be further enhanced by overlapping more than two laser beams.

This study was to assess the impact of permanent or temporary restricted feeding on laying hen production traits,physiology,and egg *** hundred and forty individually housed ISA Brown hens were monitored across 2 phases,assigned to 3 treatments:ad libitum feeding(ALF),temporary restricted feeding(TRF)and permanent restricted feeding(PRF),n=80 hens per *** Phase 1(P1),22 to40 weeks,the TRF and PRF hens were offered 115 g of feed *** Phase 2(P2),41 to 46 weeks,the TRF hens were transitioned to ALF status while the ALF and PRF hens remained as in *** 35 to 40 weeks,eggs were collected once weekly from 15 hens per treatment and assessed for differences in albumen,yolk,and shell *** 45 weeks,10 hens each from the ALF and PRF groups were euthanized and differences in organ characteristics were *** P1,feed intake,feed to egg conversion ratio and body weight(BW)change were lower(Pcompared to hens allocated the ALF *** P2,TRF and ALF hens had a higher egg production and egg mass than PRF(Pchange in P2 was higher in TRF and similar in both ALF and PRF,while feed intake and feed conversion ratio were higher in TRF followed by ALF and least in the PRF treatment group(Pc syndrome lesion score compared to *** hens to 115 g of feed per day from point of lay restrained BW,improved feed conversion ratio and albumen quality and reduced abdominal fat pad deposition and clinical signs of fatty liver haemorrhagic syndrome in individually housed laying hens.

Across North America, forests dominated by Quercus rubra L. (northern red oak), a moderately shade-tolerant tree species, are undergoing successional replacement by shade-tolerant competitors. Under closed canopies, Q. rubra seedlings are unable to compete with these shade-tolerant species and do not recruit to upper forest strata. In Europe, natural regeneration of introduced Q. rubra is often successful despite the absence of fire, which promotes regeneration in the native range. considering that understorey light availability is a major factor affecting recruitment of seedlings, we hypothesized that Q. rubra seedlings are more shade tolerant in the introduced range than in the native range. Morphological traits and biomass allocation patterns of seedlings indicative of shade tolerance were compared for Q. rubra and three co-occurring native species in two closed-canopy forests in the native range (Ontario, canada) and introduced range (Baden-Württemburg, Germany). In the native range, Q. rubra allocated a greater proportion of biomass to roots, while in the introduced range, growth and allocation patterns favored the development of leaves. Q. rubra seedlings had greater annual increases in height, diameter and biomass in the introduced range. Q. rubra seedlings in the introduced range were also younger;however, they had a mean area per leaf and a total leaf area per seedling that were five times greater than seedlings in the native range. Such differences in morphological traits and allocation patterns support the hypothesis that Q. rubra expresses greater shade tolerance in the introduced range, and that natural regeneration of Q. rubra is not as limited by shade as in the native range. The ability of Q. rubra seedlings to grow faster under closed canopies in Europe may explain the discrepancy in regeneration success of this species in native and introduced ranges. Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L) consists of various beneficial components like stalks, seeds, leaves, fibers, oils, proteins, allelopathic chemicals, and fiber strands, among other things. Despite the numerous uses of the crop, there is little or no information on optimum agronomic practices such as planting date and N fertilization of the crop in the Upper East Region (UER) of Ghana where the crop is widely cultivated by smallholder farmers. Field experiments were therefore carried out in 2020 and repeated during the 2021 cropping season in the study area. The objective of the study was to determine appropriate planting date and N fertilization for increased kenaf productivity. In each year, the treatments consisted of 3 × 5 factorial combinations of three planting dates (1st July, 7th July and 14th July) and five levels of N (0, 20, 40, 60 and 80 kg/ha) replicated three times. The design of the experiment was a split-plot with the N fertilizer as the main plot and the planting date assigned to sub plot. The results showed that, planting kenaf in early (1st) July or N fertilization at the rate of 60 kg/ha increased plant density, stem height, stem diameter, dry bast and core yields in both cropping seasons.

非接触式传感器相比接触式触觉传感器可以避免与物体直接接触过程中产生的噪声,因而能够获取更有价值的原始数据表征物体内在属性;然而针对非接触式传感器感知的物体属性数据而言,现有算法难以实现单样本学习下的物体准确识别.为解决这一问题,本文提出一种新颖的单样本学习下时序约束稀疏表示方法(one-shot learning with temporally constrained sparse representation,OSLTcSR)用于识别5种不同材料下的50个物体类别.首先将两种原始数据(Lumini光谱和SciO光谱)并行投影至共享子空间,并且使用聚类典型关联分析法(cluster canonical correlation analysis,c-ccA)计算两种原始数据的聚类相关性特征;其次通过稀疏表示分别计算得到聚类相关性特征数据以及原始数据的编码向量,并利用原始数据的编码向量对相关性特征数据的编码向量进行二次投影映射;然后将两次映射后的原始数据和相关性特征数据进行重构,以充分耦合化两种光谱数据,解决了单样本学习下的数据稀缺问题;进一步地,设计新颖的时序约束稀疏表示方法计算重构后的原始数据和相关性特征数据,以充分考虑每个光谱序列的时序特征;最后与最新的物体识别方法进行实验对比,结果表明提出的OSL-TcSR方法提高了单样本学习情况下的物体识别结果.此外,OSL-TcSR还可灵活迁移至多种应用场景,比如材料识别或纹理识别等.
