Data analysis and automatic processing is often interpreted as knowledge acquisition. In many cases it is necessary to somehow classify data or find regularities in them. Results obtained in the search of regularities in intelligent data analyzing applications are mostly represented with the help of IF-THEN rules. With the help of these rules the following tasks are solved： prediction, classification, pattern recognition and others. Using different approaches---clustering algorithms, neural network methods, fuzzy rule processing methods--we can extract rules that in an understandable language characterize the data. This allows interpreting the data, finding relationships in the data and extracting new rules that characterize them. Knowledge acquisition in this paper is defined as the process of extracting knowledge from numerical data in the form of rules. Extraction of rules in this context is based on clustering methods K-means and fuzzy C-means. With the assistance of K-means, clustering algorithm rules are derived from trained neural networks. Fuzzy C-means is used in fuzzy rule based design method. Rule extraction methodology is demonstrated in the fisher＇s Iris flower data set samples. The effectiveness of the extracted rules is evaluated. Clustering and rule extraction methodology can be widely used in evaluating and analyzing various economic and financial processes.

Introduction： The Great Family of Ramesses II 2Among his many achievements that have marked Ramesses II as one of Egypt＇s greatest pharaohs, his multiple wives and his stupendous progeny of approximately 100 children stands as one of the most remarkable.3 By comparison with all other pharaohs, he appears unique, from the surviving evidence at least. In fact, we know of more royal sons of Ramesses II than of all the kings of Egypt＇s Eighteenth Dynasty.4 Indeed, the numbers of royal children that appear in the unprecedented monumental processional lists of his sons and daughters on several of his Egyptian and Nubian temples prompted Marjorie fisher in her recent study of his sons to suggest that many of these princes may have been his grandchildren instead.5

Supermassive DEOs (SMDEOs) are cosmologically evolved objects made of irreducible incompressible supranuclear dense superfluids: The state we consider to govern the matter inside the cores of massive neutron stars. These cores are practically trapped in false vacua, rendering their detection by outside observers impossible. Based on massive parallel computations and theoretical investigations, we show that SMDEOs at the centres of spiral galaxies that are surrounded by massive rotating torii of normal matter may serve as powerful sources for gravitational waves carrying away roughly 1042 erg/s. Due to the extensive cooling by GWs, the SMDEO-Torus systems undergo glitching, through which both rotational and gravitational energies are abruptly ejected into the ambient media, during which the topologies of the embedding spacetimes change from curved into flatter ones, thereby triggering a burst gravitational energy of order 1059 erg. Also, the effects of glitches found to alter the force balance of objects in the Lagrangian-L1 region between the central SMDEO-Torus system and the bulge, enforcing the enclosed objects to develop violent motions, that may explain the origin of the rotational curve irregularities observed in the innermost part of spiral galaxies. Our study shows that the generated GWs at the centres of galaxies, which traverse billions of objects during their outward propagations throughout the entire galaxy, lose energy due to repeatedly squeezing and stretching the objects. Here, we find that these interactions may serve as damping processes that give rise to the formation of collective forces f∝m(r)/r, that point outward, endowing the objects with the observed flat rotation curves. Our approach predicts a correlation between the baryonic mass and the rotation velocities in galaxies, which is in line with the Tully-fisher relation. Background:Despite the high prevalence of strongyloidiasis in the Laotian population,Laotian hospitals still lack diagnostic capacity to appropriately diagnose Strongyloides stercoralis *** cross-sectional hospital-based study was conducted to assess the prevalence of Strongyloides stercoralis infection among hospitalized patients treated at Mahosot Hospital,the primary reference hospital of Lao People’s Democratic Republic(Lao PDR),and to validate feasible methods for diagnosing *** infection at hospital’s ***:Between September and December 2018,stool samples of 104 inpatients were investigated for *** infection by wet smear,Baermann technique,Koga Agar plate culture(KAPC),and real-time detection polymerase chain reaction(RTD-PCR)at the Infectious Diseases Ward of the Mahosot Hospital in *** sensitivity,the specificity,the negative predictive value(NPV)of each diagnostic test,as well as their combination(s)was calculated using a composite reference standard(CRS).The correlation of the different test methods was assessed by chi-square or fisher’s exact ***’s kappa coefficient was used to assess the diagnostic agreement of the different test ***:The overall prevalence of *** infections among the study population was 33.4%.The cumulative infection prevalence statistically significantly increased from the lowest age group of 40 years and below(22.4%),to the medium(40.0%)and to the oldest age group of 61 year and above(72.7%)(P=0.003).The cumulative infection prevalence of CRS was considerably higher in male(40.4%)compared to female patients(28.1%),but not statistically different(P=0.184).The diagnostic sensitivity of Baermann technique,KAPC,RTD-PCR,and the combination of Baermann technique and KAPC were 60.0,60.0,74.3,and 77.1%,*** 13 patients(37.1%)of the total 35 *** patients diagnosed with any technique had a simultaneously positive diagnostic test with Baer

This study was to determine apparent ileal digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), dry matter(DM), energy, organic matter(OM), crude ash, digesta viscosity, and gut morphology in nursery pigs fed diets containing xylanase(Lohmann Animal Nutrition GmbH, Cuxhaven, Germany). The diet(61% corn, 35% soybean meal, 1% poultry fat, and 3% minerals and vitamins) was mixed with 3 levels of xylanase(0,700, and 1400 LXU/kg). Thirty-six barrows(17.6 ± 3.3 kg) received one of 3 treatment diets based on a randomized complete block design with the initial body weight(BW) as a block. Pigs were individually housed and received experimental diets twice daily(0700 and 1700 h) at a fixed amount based on BW of pigs(0.09 x BW^(0.75) kg). Pigs were fed diets for 10 d, and chromium oxide(0.3%) was added to the diets from d 6 as an indigestible external marker. Pigs were euthanized at the end of d 10 for the collection of digesta and tissues. Jejunal digesta were centrifuged to measure viscosity using a viscometer(Brookfield Engineering Laboratories, Stoughton, MA). Diets and freeze-dried ileal digesta were used to measure ADF, NDF, and chromium to calculate apparent ileal digestibility of ADFand NDF. Villus height and crypt depth of jejunum were measured using a microscope(fisher Scientific, Hampton, NH). Data were analyzed using polynomial contrasts in the MIXED procedure of SAS version 9.3(SAS Inc., Cary, NC, USA). Morphological measurements and ileal ADF digestibility were not affected by increasing xylanase. However, increasing xylanase supplementation from 0 to 1400 LXU/kg enhanced ileal digestibility of NDF(P < 0.042, linear) from 27.9 to 40.3%,DM(P < 0.006, linear) from 55.4 to 64.6%, OM(P < 0.006, linear) from 59.2 to 67.7%, and energy(P < 0.003,linear) from 58.8 to 68.0%. 背景与目的脂肪获取和处理技术的差异可能会影响脂肪移植的成功率。本研究利用裸鼠模型，对比不同处理方法获取的脂肪移植物的性质，并评估移植脂肪组织中存活组织的体积。方法第一阶段，通过负压吸引辅助脂肪抽吸或超声辅助脂肪抽吸2种方式获取脂肪，并利用2种孔隙尺寸的筛网进行过滤。对移植材料的如下方面进行分析：平均团块大小，油脂、脂肪和水溶性成分的构成比，以及基质血管细胞群（stromalvascularfraction，SVF）的产量。将过滤物及滤液注入无胸腺的裸鼠皮下。第二阶段，将仅通过负压吸引吸脂术中获取脂肪抽吸物，进行离心、纱布摇匀或过滤处理，然后利用相似的规范进行研究。结果与负压吸引脂肪抽吸术相比，超声辅助的脂肪抽吸术获取的脂肪在SVF含量和脂肪移植体内研究成活量情况均相似。通过超声辅助的脂肪抽吸术仅比负压脂肪抽吸术产生稍微多的油脂；通过500μm或800μm孔径的滤网进行过滤均可有效去除液体和油脂。利用纱布法处理的脂肪，其体内移植成活率和SVF产量均最高。对所有移植物的组织学分析均显示为完整的脂肪组织。结论通过超声辅助及负压吸引行脂肪抽吸术获取的脂肪，其在异种移植模型中具有相似的成活率。对于少量填充移植而要求最佳成活率的身体敏感区域而言，利用纱布摇匀的处理方式可能是用于美容性脂肪移植的最佳方法。过滤法和离心法均可有效去除液体成分，其处理过的脂肪具有相似的移植成活率，当所需移植体积较大时，这2种方法均可行。

A New Approach for Safe Tube Thoracostomy Insertion: An Objective and Subjective Comparison versus Established Techniques

Introduction: Tube thoracostomy is an invasive procedure, which may result in life-threatening injury to major organs and blood vessels. We propose a new approach for inserting tube thoracostomies to improve the safety of this procedure, termed guided blunt dissection. In this article, we compared the safety of this new approach with traditional blunt dissection and two commercially available Seldinger tube thoracostomy kits in an ex vivo model. Methods: We recruited 32 clinicians from a variety of medical specialties with a range of experience in performing tube thoracostomy. Each clinician was required to perform tube thoracostomy using all four approaches in a randomised order. Objectively, each insertion was categorised as “safe” if the lung remained intact and “unsafe” if the lung deflated. Subjectively, participants were asked to rank each approach in order of perceived safety on a four-point scale. Statistical analysis was performed using a fisher’s exact test. Results: Objectively, guided blunt dissection was significantly safer than both Seldinger approaches (p 0.0001), but not traditional blunt dissection (p = 0.71). Subjectively, none of the approaches were felt to be superior. Conclusions: These data support the conclusions that, in this ex vivo model, the new guided blunt dissection approach provided a safe method for tube thoracostomy. Guided blunt dissection produced less lung deflations relative to competing methods, certainly when compared objectively to Seldinger techniques. Of note, the Seldinger approaches were perceived by the participants to be as safe despite there being an increased incidence of lung injury associated with their use in this model. This indicates that it was not always possible for the clinician to determine when lung injury had occurred. This potential for lung injury when using Seldinger approaches for tube thoracostomy should be emphasised.
