无逆矩阵在线序列极限学习机

无逆矩阵极限学习机只能以批量学习方式进行训练,将其拓展为无逆矩阵在线学习版本,提出了无逆矩阵在线序列极限学习机算法(IOS-ELM)。所提算法增加训练样本时,利用Sherman Morrison Woodbury公式对新增样本数据后的模型进行更新,直接计算出新增隐含层输出权重,避免对已经分析过的训练样本的输出权重进行重复计算。给出了所提IOS-ELM算法的详细推导过程。在不同类型和大小的数据集上的实验结果表明,所提IOS-ELM算法非常适合在线方式逐步生成的数据集,在快速学习和性能方面都有很好的表现。

针对在线序列极限学习机对于类别不平衡数据的学习效率低、分类准确率差的问题,提出了面对类别不平衡的增量在线序列极限学习机(IOS-ELM)。该算法根据类别不平衡比例调整平衡因子,利用分块矩阵的广义逆矩阵对隐含层节点数进行寻优,提高了模型对类别不平衡数据的在线处理能力,最后通过14个二类和多类不平衡数据集对该算法有效性和可行性进行验证。实验结果表明:该算法与同类其他算法相比具有更好的泛化性和准确率,适用于类别不平衡场景下的在线学习。

Developing highly efficient platinum‐group‐metal‐free electrocatalysts towards hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)under alkaline electrolyte is critical for the development of alkaline exchange member fuel ***,we reported the synthesis of boron doped Ni electrocatalyst(B‐Ni/C)and its remarkable alkaline HOR performance,with a 10‐fold mass activity enhancement compared with that of undoped Ni *** results and density functional theory calculations indicate the d‐p hybridization between the p orbital of B and the d orbital of Ni via B‐doping could lead to promoted OH adsorption and optimized hydrogen binding energy on Ni surface,which together with the reduced formation energy of water species,contributes to the enhanced HOR performance under alkaline electrolyte.

Background:Recent advances in surgical and neuroprotective strategies could effectively manage the pathophysiological progression of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).However,pulmonary dysfunction frequently occurs in SAH patients with an increased risk of unsatisfactory *** on the similar microvascular structures in the blood-air barrier and blood-brain barrier and possible brain-lung crosstalks,we believe that pericytes may be involved in both neurological and pulmonary dysfunction after ***:In our experiments,platelet-derived growth factor B(PDGF-B)retention motif knockout(PDGF-Bret/ret)mice and adeno-associated virus PDGF-B were employed to show the involvement of pericyte deficiency and PDGF-B *** score,SAH grade,hematoxylin-eosin staining,and PaO2/FiO2 ratio analysis were performed to evaluate the neurological deficits and pulmonary functions in endovascular perforation SAH models at 24 h after surgery,as well as western blotting and immunofluorescence staining for underlying molecular ***:We found that neonatal PDGF-Bret/ret mice exhibited pulmonary atelectasis 12 h after *** investigation showed a decrease in PaO2/FiO2 and lung-specific surfactant proteins in adult PDGF-Bret/ret *** dysfunctions were much worse than those in wild-type mice at 24 h after ***-B overexpression alleviated pulmonary dysfunction after ***:These results suggested pulmonary dysfunction after SAH and the pivotal role of PDGF-B signaling for the pathophysiological process and future therapeutic targets of pulmonary injury treatment after *** studies are needed for pathophysiological investigations and translational studies on pulmonary injuries after SAH.

Rapid decline of the battery SOH is one of key bottlenecks hindering further promotion and application of new energy vehicles（NEVs） in *** order to improve battery SOH,this study focuses on electric passenger vehicle as the research object and proposes optimization strategies on the vehicle user ***,we calculate and compare the monthly average SOH decline level of on-board power batteries made of lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide（NCM） and lithium iron phosphate（LFP） cathode materials based on the big data of 525 electric passenger vehicles that operated for one year from the platform of Shanghai ***,we analyse the main factors affecting *** with the investigations,14 indicators of vehicle use behaviors,such as the average vehicle speed and charging depth,which affect the SOH of power battery,are determined as input variables,and the prediction model of batteiy SOH is established based on Back propagation（BP） neural ***,we use the two-step clustering method to divide user behaviors into two categories,namely the private car mode and the online car-hailing ***,we propose optimization strategies on user behaviors for different battery types of vehicles respectively,followed by contirming the results via deploying the SOH prediction *** results show that the proposed strategy is efficient on improving the SOH of the two cathode materials-based batteries under three scenarios,while their degree of improvement is different.

Background: Recent advances in surgical and neuroprotective strategies could effectively manage the pathophysiological progresses of SAH. However, pulmonary dysfunction frequently occurred in SAH patients with an increased risk of unsatisfied outcomes. Methods: In the present study, PDGF-B retention motif knockout mice(PDGF-B) and adeno-associated virus PDGF-B were employed. Neurological score, SAH grade, HE staining, PaO/FiO ratio, Western blotting and Immunofluorescence staining were performed to evaluate the neurological deficits and pulmonary functions in endovascular perforation SAH models. Results: We found neonatal PDGF-B mice exhibited pulmonary atelectasis at 12-hours after birth. Further investigation showed decreasing in PaO/FiO and lung-specific surfactant proteins in adult PDGF-B mice. These dysfunctions were much worse than wildtypes at 24-hours after SAH. And PDGF-B overexpressing could alleviate the pulmonary dysfunctions after SAH. Conclusions: These results suggested pulmonary dysfunction after SAH, as well as involvement of PDGF-B signal for the pathophysiological process and future therapeutic targets of the pulmonary injury treatment after SAH. Further studies are still needed for the pathophysiology investigations and translational researches on the pulmonary injuries after SAH.
