探究个性化护理对减少留置胃管患者非计划性拔管的效果。选取2022年4月—2023年4月纳雍县人民医院收治的100例留置胃管患者为研究对象,将患者平均分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施个性化护理,统计分析非计划性拔管率、非计划性拔管原因。结果显示,研究组非计划性拔管率低于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项非计划拔管原因占比均低于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对留置胃管患者实施个性化护理,能降低留置胃管患者非计划性拔管的发生概率,全面提高患者及家属的护理满意度,护理效果明显,值得在临床领域推广应用。

This paper examines the data of A-share listed companies in China from 2002 to 2017,drawing on the theory of equal opportunity and market rules in M&A *** paper investigates the correlation between changes in tender offer policy and M&A tendencies and *** findings suggest that following the policy shift and the adoption of market rules,companies that secure an exemption from the mandatory tender offer obligation not only exhibit stronger M&A tendencies but also improved long-term M&A *** indicates that market rules are more suitable for China and contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the M&A *** paper also presents evidence of a moderating effect,demonstrating that exemptions from the mandatory tender offer obligation positively influence the relationship between policy change and M&A ***,this paper finds that state-owned and large-scale firms tend to exhibit a higher degree of M&A tendencies.

Heterogeneous pressure-carrying medium was employed to establish a differentiated pressure field on sheet metal in flexible die forming process in this work,which aimed at matching the non-symmetric shape of target component and improving metal inflow to avoid local tensile ***,metal inflow corresponding to the differentiated pressure field was analytically *** of a typical non-symmetric shell component was experimentally and numerically studied based on the proposed *** with forming processes based on the uniform pressure,difference of metal inflow in two sides of the non-symmetric component increased from 2.16 mm to 3.36 mm and metal inflow in critical region increased by 11.9%when differentiated pressure field(taking heterogeneous elastomer#4–3 for example)was *** resultant maximum thinning ratio decreased by 4.2% and the uniformity of shell thickness increased by 16.9%.With the decrease of Shore hardness of elastomer in the formed region,stress path in the ready-to-form region transferred towards the bi-axial tension stress state,i.e.,stress ratio(a)***,stress triaxiality(η)in characteristic regions were regulated appropriately,which decreased the risk of tensile *** was attributed to the decreased normal pressure and frictional resistance at sheet/elastomer interface in the formed region.

The variational models based on Retinex theory have been proved to be successful in enhancing the low-light *** the reflectance layers estimated by these models tend to lose the textural details,and the texture-copy problem of the estimated illumination layers is hard to *** solve the above problems,this paper introduces two weight matrices into a variational model based on Retinex *** weight matrix W is used to optimize the suppression degree of the illumination layer regular term to the pixels of different ***,the weight matrix W operates on the reflectance *** the two weight matrices,the proposed model can retain the complex textural details of the reflectance layer while removing texture information from the illumination *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and its superiority over the traditional model.

骨质主要由Ⅰ型胶原和磷灰石组成,并通过骨重建实现更新。在骨重建过程中,逆转期细胞改造破骨细胞留下的骨吸收表面,并沉积一层薄层蛋白质(主要是胶原蛋白)形成逆转线,这是骨吸收与骨形成偶联的必要步骤。胶原层对成骨细胞的生长和新骨质的形成至关重要。为了验证这一假设,本工作利用改良型模拟体液有效地制备了具有连续完整结构的类骨磷灰石基质,然后将该基质以及表面形成薄层胶原蛋白的基质培养成骨样细胞MC3T3-E1并诱导其分化,检测细胞粘附、增殖和两种成骨分化标志物的表达。结果表明,磷灰石基质上的成骨细胞表现出形态收缩、增殖和分化延迟,并倾向于在分化之前分泌更多的胶原蛋白。在形成薄层胶原蛋白的磷灰石基质上,成骨细胞保持铺展形态和较高的增殖率,并在诱导分化后表达高水平的碱性磷酸酶。这很可能表明,在骨重建过程中,逆转期细胞在骨吸收表面的磷灰石骨质上形成胶原蛋白对成骨细胞的附着、增殖和分化很重要。

A common view on meridional deflection of eddy propagation is poleward for cyclones and equatorward for anticyclones. This widely accepted polarity-sensitive pattern has been increasingly undermined given that it is systematically violated on both zonal and regional scales as recently reported. Here, we approach the problem by exploring these violations in terms of eddy effects of spatiotemporal geostrophy, thermal fading, and flow dragging, yielding the following main conclusions.(1) The polarity-dependent deflection discrepancy is a pseudo feature resulting from a biased fit to the normalized eddy tracks which are spatially asymmetric(though azimuthally symmetric) between the two signs;Instead, the primary pattern of eddy deflection appears to be geographically correlated and polarity independent.(2) Geostrophic adjustment plays a critical role in defining the meridional movement of an eddy. Specifically, a consistent poleward(equatorward) trajectory bending of spatially(temporally) ageostrophic eddies is observed irrespective of their polarity.(3) The mechanism of eddy deflection is also determined by its zonal propagation direction. Westward propagating eddies are substantially affected by thermal fading, while opposite ones by flow dragging. A realistic and comprehensive understanding of eddy deflection mechanisms serves as a significant contribution to the prediction of eddy trajectory, and the protection of ocean environment.

The particle size distribution(PSD)curve is an important expression of the basic properties of the *** characteristic parameters such as median particle size D_(50),effective particle size D_(10),and some combinations of characteristic parameters can only represent some points of the PSD curve,failing to represent all information of the PSD *** this paper,a fraction characteristic parameter F that could reflect the fraction size variation of the PSD curve was introduced based on grading *** a new presentation method of the A-B-F three parameters was proposed for a refined representation of the PSD *** was found that the newly constructed model not only better represents the differences in the width of PSD curves but also has a higher sensitivity than the A-B two-parameter model proposed by Lő*** PSD curves with similar distributions,the new presentation method has a higher degree of discrimination than that of the D_(50)-C_(u)-C_(c) three-parameter or the four-parameter combination G_(c) proposed by ***,the application of this new method in describing the spatial nonuniformity distribution of depositions and predicting the soil hydraulic conductivity was *** research results can provide a reference for the refined representation of PSD curves.
