Background:The goal of the assisted reproductive treatment is to transfer one euploid blastocyst and to help infertile women giving birth one healthy neonate.Some algorithms have been used to assess the ploidy status of embryos derived from couples with normal chromosome,who subjected to preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy(PGT-A)treatment.However,it is currently unknown whether artificial intelligence model can be used to assess the euploidy status of blastocyst derived from populations with chromosomal rearrangement.Methods:From February 2020 to May 2021,we collected the whole raw time-lapse videos at multiple focal planes from in vitro cultured embryos,the clinical information of couples,and the comprehensive chromosome screening results of those blastocysts that had received PGT treatment.Initially,we developed a novel deep learning model called the Attentive Multi-Focus Selection Network(AMSNet)to analyze time-lapse videos in real time and predict blastocyst formation.Building upon AMSNet,we integrated additional clinically predictive variables and created a second deep learning model,the Attentive Multi-Focus Video and Clinical Information Fusion Network(AMCFNet),to assess the euploidy status of embryos.The efficacy of the AMCFNet was further tested in embryos with parental chromosomal rearrangements.The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to evaluate the superiority of the model.Results:A total of 4112 embryos with complete time-lapse videos were enrolled for the blastocyst formation prediction task,and 1422 qualified blastocysts received PGT-A(n=589)or PGT for chromosomal structural rearrangement(PGT-SR,n=833)were enrolled for the euploidy assessment task in this study.The AMSNet model using seven focal raw time-lapse videos has the best real-time accuracy.The real-time accuracy for AMSNet to predict blastocyst formation reached above 70%on the day 2 of embryo culture,and then increased to 80%on the day 4 of embryo culture.Combing with 4 clinical features of couples,the AUC of A

Comprehensive Summary,A transition-metal-free one-pot direct synthesis of tetrathiophosphates(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)SR^(2) from white phosphorus(P_(4)),through intermediate sodium alkyltetrathiophosphates(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)SNa,is presented.In the presence of NaSH,various disulfides such as diaryl disulfidbges and dialkyl disulfides are easily coupled with P_(4) to give sodium alkyltetrathiophosphates(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)SNa in almost quantitative yield,which react with alkyl halides in one pot to generate(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)SR2.Furthermore,S-(2-cyanoethyl)-substituted tetrathiophosphates(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)SCH_(2)CH_(2)CN are successfully designed as a kind of tetrathiophosphorylation reagent to react with diaryl iodonium salts involving deprotection-dealkylation process.

Effect of sodium alginate-based hydrogel loaded with lutein on gut microbiota and inflammatory response in DSS-induced colitis mice

In order to effectively deliver lutein to the inflamed colon and better exert its pharmacological activity,this paper constructed a sodium alginate hydrogel-based delivery system loaded with lutein nanoparticles,evaluated the regulation on the expression and secretion of related inflammatory factors in mice with colitis,and its impact on intestinal microbial environment.The results showed that comparing lutein crystal and its nanoparticle,lutein hydrogel alleviated dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-induced colitis in mice more effectively by adjusting fecal heme content,colon tissue damage,and inflammatory factor levels.Moreover,lutein hydrogel increased the expression of intestinal tight junction proteins zonula occluden-1(ZO-1),claudin-1 and occludin to maintain the integrity of the intestinal-barrier,inhibited the nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)pathway and reduced expression and secretion of inflammatory factors including tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),NOD-like receptors 3(NLRP3)and interleukin(IL)-1β.In addition,the intestinal microbial environment of mice with colitis was improved by down-regulating the relative abundance of Desulfovibrionaceae and up-regulating the relative abundance of Erysipelotrichaceae and Rikenellaceae.As a slow-release carrier to load lutein nanoparticles,sodium alginate-based hydrogel has potential application prospect.

In order to solve the problems of unknown target size， fuzzy edges， background interference and low contrast in infrared small target detection， this paper proposes an infrared small target detection method based on density peaks searching and weighted multi-feature local difference. Firstly， for the interference problem of high brightness clutter on the density peaks searching to obtain candidate targets， this paper adopts the improved high-boost filter for preprocessing， which effectively eliminates the background clutter and high brightness background interference in the infrared image， and improves the probability of the true target being captured in the density peaks searching process. Secondly， triple-layer windows are used to extract features from the area around the candidate target， which solves the problem of uncertain size of small targets. Additionally， by calculating the multiple feature local differences between triple-layer windows， the problem of blurred edges and low contrast for the targets are also resolved. In order to balance the contribution degree of different feature local differences to target detection， this paper introduces the intra-class distance to calculate the weight of each feature local differences， realizes the weighted fusion of multi-feature local differences， obtains the weighted multi-feature local difference of each candidate target， and extracts the real target from the candidate target through the interquartile range. Experiments on many different types of infrared image sequences consisting of publicly available datasets such as SIRST and IRSTD-1K show that the method proposed in this paper is applicable to a wide range of complex types with good robustness and detection performance.

Prebiotic peptide synthesis is a central issue concerning life's origins. Many studies considered that life might come from Hadean deep-sea environment, that is, under high hydrostatic pressure conditions.However, the properties of prebiotic peptide formation under high hydrostatic pressure conditions have seldom been mentioned. Here we report that the yields of dipeptides increase with raised pressures.Significantly, effect of pressure on the formation of dipeptide was obvious at relatively low temperature.Considering that the deep sea is of high hydrostatic pressure, the pressure may serve as one of the key factors in prebiotic peptide synthesis in the Hadean deep-sea environment. The high hydrostatic pressure should be considered as one of the significant factors in studying the origin of life.

鉴于低精度浮点运算拥有更快的运算速度,越来越多的高性能应用采用混合精度方案进行加速,而同样采用该方案来加速的AI(人工智能)大模型也受到广泛关注。最近,HPL-AI(High Performance LINPACK for Accelerator Introspection)基准测试被提出,用于评估高性能系统的混合精度运算性能。针对该基准测试,本研究在鲲鹏和昇腾异构平台上设计并优化了单节点HPL-AI基准测试的实现。其主要通过循环任务分配的策略将任务均匀地分配给AI处理器以平衡AI处理器的负载;通过带间隔值的任务分配策略提高数据传输的连续性来减少CPU和AI处理器之间的数据传输时间;在不影响计算精度的情况下,通过取消数据缩放的策略来减少CPU侧的计算量。最终实验结果表明:当间隔值为8时,HPL-AI基准测试的混合精度浮点运算速度最快;同时,取消数据缩放不会对HPL-AI基准测试的结果精度产生影响;在鲲鹏和昇腾异构平台上,与非优化的HPL-AI基准测试方法相比,本研究提出的优化策略使混合精度浮点运算速度提升了29%左右,为单节点HPL-AI基准测试的进一步优化和部署多节点HPL-AI基准测试奠定了坚实的基础。

南疆降雨量少,气候干燥,农业用水紧张,水资源节约尤为重要,针对此问题设计一套智能灌溉系统。系统使用阿里云服务器作为上位机,树莓派作为下位机,并搭建相应的操作页面。根据Penman-Monteith公式中需要的气象数据、过去7天需水量以及前1天气象数据为输入向量,作物需水量为输出向量,构建基于随机森林、BP神经网络与岭回归的Stacking集成学习预测模型。结果表明Stacking集成学习预测模型拟合系数R 2为0.973,且MAE、RMSE、MAPE三类误差更小,Stacking集成学习预测模型预测效果更强。灌溉试验中自动灌溉决策正确,系统运行稳定,为新疆地区农业提高水资源利用问题提供思路。

二叠系以下岩石可钻性差,机械钻速低,单一冲击频率的钻井工具无法满足不同地层的提速需求。为此,研制出一种频率可调的钻井提速工具。该工具以钻井液作为动力源来实现冲击功能,可以通过改变工具下心轴对称孔的数量改变工具的冲击频率。基于工具的结构特点和工作原理,确定了冲锤碰撞过程中产生的冲击力,建立了单齿破岩仿真模型,进行动力学仿真分析。仿真分析结果表明:随着冲击频率的增加,机械钻速与岩石内部最大主应力整体呈上升趋势,但超过一定的冲击频率时,机械钻速与岩石内部主应力将会下降;在花岗岩等硬地层钻进过程中,最佳冲击频率为18 Hz;在砂岩等中硬地层钻进过程中,最佳冲击频率为16 Hz。现场试验验证了工具原理的正确性,使用该工具在硬地层与中硬地层钻进中,与邻井相比机械钻速分别提高103.2%和27.0%。所得结论可为频率可调的钻井提速工具的进一步优化及现场应用提供参考。

针对当前液体粪肥施肥铲存在的施肥不均匀、近根施肥难、作业功能单一等问题,从提高肥效、降低排放、提升性能角度出发,设计了一种分层近根、基施追施一体的液体粪肥施肥铲,设计了施肥器和避障器等关键部件,采用EDEM离散元法构建施肥铲-土壤力学仿真模型,优化追施过程施肥铲侧向排肥管参数,搭建施肥铲性能测试平台,采用清水模拟方式,开展了施肥铲分层施肥和近根施肥效果试验,结果表明:当施肥铲侧向排肥管后倾角为15°、侧向排肥管刃角为18°时,施肥铲基肥作业阻力最小;采用分层施肥方式时,当施肥铲作业速度为3 km/h、排肥量为5 L/s时,肥料在土壤中纵向扩散深度为235 mm,较改进前单口排肥方式,纵向覆盖范围提升65%;采用近根施肥模式时,当施肥铲作业速度为1.2 km/h、排肥量为3 L/s时,约80%的肥料分布在距作物根部中心100 mm半径范围内,较好地实现了近根施肥。
