Exploring the diversity of dissolved organic matter(DOM)properties and sources in different functional areas of a typical macrophyte-derived lake combined with optical spectroscopy and FT-ICR MS analysis

Lake Baiyangdian is one of China’s largest macrophyte-derived lakes,facing severe challenges related to water quality maintenance and eutrophication *** organic matter(DOM)was a huge carbon pool and its abundance,property,and transformation played important roles in the biogeochemical cycle and energy flow in lake *** this study,Lake Baiyangdian was divided into four distinct areas:Unartificial Area(UA),Village Area(VA),Tourism Area(TA),and Breeding Area(BA).We examined the diversity of DOM properties and sources across these functional *** findings reveal that DOM in this lake is predominantly composed of protein-like substances,as determined by excitation-emission matrix and parallel factor analysis(EEM-PARAFAC).Notably,the exogenous tyrosine-like component C1 showed a stronger presence in VA and BA compared to UA and ***-resolution mass spectrometry(FT-ICR MS)unveiled a similar DOM molecular composition pattern across different functional areas due to the high relative abundances of lignan compounds,suggesting that macrophytes significantly influence the material structure of *** properties exhibited specific associations with water quality indicators in various functional areas,as indicated by the Mantel *** connections between DOM properties and NO_(3)-N andNH3-Nwere more pronounced in VA and BA than in UA and *** results underscore the viability of using DOM as an indicator for more precise and scientific water quality management.

Co-production of hydrogen, oxygen, and electricity via an integrated solar-driven system with decoupled water electrolyzer and Na-Zn ion battery

Combining water electrolysis and rechargeable battery technologies into a single system holds great promise for the co-production of hydrogen (H_(2)) and ***,the design and development of such systems is still in its ***,an integrated hydrogen-oxygen (O_(2))-electricity co-production system featuring a bipolar membrane-assisted decoupled electrolyzer and a Na-Zn ion battery was established with sodium nickelhexacyanoferrate (NaNiHCF) and Zn^(2+)/Zn as dual redox *** decoupled electrolyzer enables to produce H_(2)and O_(2)in different time and space with almost 100%Faradaic efficiency at 100 mA cm^(-2).Then,the charged NaNiHCF and Zn electrodes after the electrolysis processes formed a Na-Zn ion battery,which can generate electricity with an average cell voltage of 1.75 V at 10 m A cm^(-2).By connecting Si photovoltaics with the modular electrochemical device,a well-matched solar driven system was built to convert the intermittent solar energy into hydrogen and electric energy with a solar to hydrogen-electricity efficiency of 16.7%,demonstrating the flexible storage and conversion of renewables.

SLC39A10 is a key zinc transporter in T cells and its loss mitigates autoimmune disease

Zinc homeostasis plays an essential role in maintaining immune function and is tightly regulated by zinc transporters. We previously reported that the zinc transporter SLC39A10, located in the cell membrane, critically regulates the susceptibility of macrophages to inflammatory stimuli; however, the functional role of SLC39A10 in T cells is currently unknown. Here, we identified two SNPs in SLC39A10that are associated with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). We then generated transgenic mice with T cell-specific deletion of Slc39a10(cKO) and found that its loss not only protects against disease progression in IBD and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE),but also induces massive apoptosis via a p53/p21-and Bcl2-independent process. Mechanistically, we show that Slc39a10 serves as a key zinc importer upon activation of T cell receptor to safeguard DNA replication. Together, these findings provide new mechanistic insights and potential targets for the development of new therapeutic strategies for the treatment and/or prevention of T cell-mediated autoimmune diseases.

该文以统计能量分析理论结合试验方法,以碳纤维加筋板为研究对象,探究了不同温度下的结构高频声振响应规律。首先,开展了热振试验并结合相关理论辨识了不同温度下的加筋板统计能量参数;然后,构建了温度影响下的加筋板高频声振耦合统计能量模型,进一步开展了基于混响室噪声载荷的常温加筋板动响应试验,验证了所建模型的准确性;最后,探究了温度对加筋板结构高频声振响应的影响规律。结果表明:温度升高将使得结构模态密度和内损耗因子呈现上升趋势;结构模态密度增大将使得结构声振响应增大,内损耗因子增大会使得结构响应减小;温度上升对结构高频范围内不同频率处声振响应影响不同,主要取决于该频率处模态密度和内损耗因子的增量大小。

Stress environment of entry driven along gob-side through numerical simulation incorporating the angle of break

Angle of break(AOB)is the acute angle created by the coal seam bedding plane and caving line formed by roof strata movement after extraction of a longwall *** has a significant influence on stress redistribution both in the gob and *** numerical simulation investigations up to now,little attention has been paid to it or an AOB of 90°was used,which however,is not *** paper presents a detailed numerical modelling incorporating the AOB against Zhenchengdi Coal *** AOB was obtained through cross-measure ***-Brown constitutive model was used to simulate the rock ***-yield constitutive model,which was best fitted by Salamon's model,was used to simulate the *** results show that a‘‘/\shape"shear failure zone develops around the *** shear failure in the floor along the panel edge is due to opposite shear of rock mass on two sides of the caving line,and the number of yielded zones within the gob floor close to the gob edge is *** to the research,the entry was determined to be driven under the gob edge employing splitlevel longwall panel layout(SLPL).The other numerical simulation for SLPL shows that stress around the god-side entry is much smaller than pre-mining stress,and the area of intact rock mass at the elevating section is larger than conventional *** modelling was then validated by field observation.

Simulation of recovery of upper remnant coal pillar while mining the ultra-close lower panel using longwall top coal caving

With the depletion of easily minable coal seams,less favorable reserves under adverse conditions have to be mined out to meet the market *** to some historical reasons,large amount of remnant coal was left *** such case history occurred with the remnant rectangular stripe coal pillars using partial extraction method at Guandi Mine,Shanxi Province,*** challenge that the coal mine was facing was that there is an ultra-close coal seam right under it with an only 0.8–1.5 m sandstone dirt band in *** simulation study was carried out to investigate the simultaneous recovery of upper remnant coal pillars while mining the ultra-close lower panel using longwall top coal caving(LTCC).The remnant coal pillar was induced to cave in as top coal in LTCC *** modelling shows that the coal pillars are the abutments of the stress arch structure formed within the overburden *** stability of overhanging roof strata highly depends on the stability of the remnant coal *** the gob development(roof strata cave-in)is intermittent with the cave-in of these coal pillars and the sandstone dirt ***3D numerical modelling shows that the multi-seam interaction has a significant influence on mining-induced stress environment for mining of lower *** pattern of the stress evolution on the coal pillars with the advance of the lower working face was *** is demonstrated that the stress relief of a remnant coal pillar enhances the caveability of the pillars and sandstone dirt band below.

A High-Order Spatiotemporal Precision-Matching Taylor–Li Scheme for Time-Dependent Problems

Based on the Taylor series method and Li’s spatial differential method, a high-order hybrid Taylor–Li scheme is *** results of a linear advection equation indicate that, using the initial values of the square-wave type, a result with thirdorder accuracy occurs. However, using initial values associated with the Gaussian function type, a result with very high precision appears. The study demonstrates that, when the order of the time integral is more than three, the corresponding optimal spatial difference order could be higher than six. The results indicate that the reason for why there is no improvement related to an order of spatial difference above six is the use of a time integral scheme that is not high enough. The author also proposes a recursive differential method to improve the Taylor–Li scheme’s computation speed. A more rapid and highprecision program than direct computation of the high-order space differential item is employed, and the computation speed is dramatically boosted. Based on a multiple-precision library, the ultrahigh-order Taylor–Li scheme can be used to solve the advection equation and Burgers’ equation.

克隆合作猪神经营养因子3基因(Neurotrophin3,NTF3)的编码区序列(Coding region sequence,CDS),预测分析其结构与功能,并检测基因在不同组织中的表达量,构建组织表达谱。通过PCR扩增、Sanger测序等方法获得合作猪NTF3基因CDS区序列,使用生物信息学方法分析其结构,并使用RT-qPCR技术检测其在不同组织中的表达水平。结果显示,合作猪NTF3基因CDS区长774 bp,编码257个氨基酸;等电点(pI)为9.46,属于碱性蛋白;合作猪与猪、牛亲缘关系较近;二级结构主要为α-螺旋和无规则卷曲,三级结构主要由β-折叠、α-螺旋等组成;整条链中亲水性氨基酸残基数量多于疏水性氨基酸残基数量,是亲水性蛋白;无跨膜区域,是非跨膜蛋白;在37~58位氨基酸残基有一个线圈结构域、64~79位有一个低复杂度结构域和144~249位有一个神经生长因子结构域;存在信号肽,推测是分泌蛋白;NTF3基因在合作猪脾脏的表达量最高,回肠表达量最低。
