随着畜牧业的发展和需求的增加,提高奶牛单产水平成为农牧业发展的重要目标之一。奶牛单产水平是指奶牛每批次产奶的量,通常以公斤为单位。单产水平是衡量奶牛生产效益的重要指标,饲料营养价值的高低直接影响奶牛的产奶量和奶质。高营养价值的饲料能提供充足的能量、蛋白质、矿物质和维生素等营养物质,满足奶牛生长发育和产奶的需要。通过饲料营养价值评定,可以了解饲料中各种营养成分的含量,为奶牛提供合适的饲料配方,以提高饲料的利用率和奶牛的单产水平。研究通过综合分析饲料营养价值评定对奶牛单产水平的影响,探讨应用饲料营养价值评定方案的策略来提高奶牛单产水平。期望利用饲料营养价值评定指导实施科学饲喂,提高奶牛的饲料利用率,增强奶牛的免疫力和健康状况,从而达到提高奶牛单产水平的目标。

Male sterility is an important trait in rice for hybrid rice(Oryza sativa)breeding.However,the factors involved in dominant male sterility are largely unknown.Here,we identified a gene from Sanming dominant genic male sterile rice,named Sanming dominant male sterility(SMS),and reported that an epi-allele of this locus contributes to male sterility.Segregation analysis attributed dominant male sterility to a single locus,SMS,which we characterized using a male-sterile near isogenic line(niL)of rice cultivar 93-11.The SMS locus was heterozygous in the male-sterile 93-11 niL,containing an epi-allele identical to that in 93-11,and an epi-allele identical to that in rice cultivar nipponbare,which we refer to as SMS9 and SMSN,respectively.SMS9is silent and hyper-methylated,whereas SMSnis expressed and hypo-methylated in the 93-11 niL.Overexpressing SMSNled to male sterility.Mutations in SMS rescued the male sterility of the 93-11 niL.Interestingly,we observed the duplication of SMSN in nipponbare,but did not observe the duplication of SMS9in 93-11.Together,these findings suggest that the reduced methylation and enhanced expression of the SMSNepi-allele in the 93-11 niL is responsible for its role in conferring dominant male sterility.

Research on microecology has been carried out with broad perspectives in recent decades,which has enabled a better understanding of the gut microbiota and its roles in human health and disease.It is of great significance to routinely acquire the status of the human gut microbiota;however,there is no method to evaluate the gut microbiome through small amounts of fecal microbes.In this study,we found ten predominant groups of gut bacteria that characterized the whole microbiome in the human gut from a large-sample Chinese cohort,constructed a real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)method and developed a set of analytical approaches to detect these ten groups of predominant gut bacterial species with great maneuverability,efficiency,and quantitative features.Reference ranges for the ten predominant gut bacterial groups were established,and we found that the concentration and pairwise ratios of the ten predominant gut bacterial groups varied with age,indicating gut microbial dysbiosis.By comparing the detection results of liver cirrhosis(LC)patients with those of healthy control subjects,differences were then analyzed,and a classification model for the two groups was built by machine learning.Among the six established classification models,the model established by using the random forest algorithm achieved the highest area under the curve(AUC)value and sensitivity for predicting LC.This research enables easy,rapid,stable,and reliable testing and evaluation of the balance of the gut microbiota in the human body,which may contribute to clinical work.

Hydrogen(H_(2))is currently of strategic importance in the pursuit of a decarbonized,environmentally benign,sustainable global energy system;however,the explosive nature of H2 requires leakage monitoring to ensure safe application in industry.Therefore,H_(2) gas sensors with a high sensitivity and fast response across a wide concentration range are crucial yet technically challenging.In this work,we demonstrate a new type of MEMS differential thermopile gas sensor for the highly sensitive,rapid detection of trace H_(2) gas in air.Facilitated by a unique MiS fabrication technique,pairs of single-crystalline silicon thermopiles(i.e.,sensing and reference thermopiles)are batch fabricated with high-density single-crystalline silicon thermocouples,yielding an outstanding temperature sensitivity at the sub-mK level.Such devices ensure the detection of miniscule temperature changes due to the catalytic reaction of H_(2) with a detection limit as low as~1 ppm at an operating temperature of 120℃.The MEMS differential thermopiles also exhibit a wide linear detection range(1 ppm-2%,more than four orders of magnitude)and fast response and recovery times of 1.9 s and 1.4 s,respectively,when detecting 0.1%H_(2) in air.Moreover,the sensors show good selectivity against common combustible gases and volatile organics,good repeatability,and long-term stability.The proposed MEMS thermopile H_(2) sensors hold promise for the trace detection and early warning of H_(2) leakage in a wide range of application.

H2S can cause multiple diseases and poses a great threat to human health.However,the precise detection of extremely toxic H2S at room temperature is still a great challenge.Here,a facile solvent evaporation induced aggregating assembly(EIAA)method has been applied for the production of ordered mesoporous carbon(OMCs)in an acidic THF/H2 O solution with high-molecular-weight poly(ethylene oxide)-b-polystyrene(PEO-b-PS)copolymers as the structure-directing agent,formaldehyde and resorcinol as carbon precursors.Along with the continuous evaporation of THF from the mixed solution,cylindrical micelles are formed in the solution and further assemble into highly ordered mesostructure.The obtained OMCs possesses a two-dimensional(2 D)hexagonal mesostructure with uniform and large pore diameter(~19.2 nm),high surface area(599 m2/g),and large pore volume(0.92 cm3/g).When being used as the resonant cantilever gas sensor for room-temperature H2S detection,the OMCs has delivered not only a superior gas sensing performance with ultrafast re s ponse(14 s)and recovery(21 s)even at low concentration(2 ppm)but also an excellent selectivity toward H2S among various common interfering gases.Moreover,the limit of detection is better than 0.2 ppm,indicating its potential application in environmental monitoring and health protection.

经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)术临床应用40余年, 疗效肯定, 已成为中晚期肝癌重要的治疗手段。为获得更好的效果, 有关TACE技术也在不断改进, 如载药微球TACE(DEB-TACE)和球囊闭塞TACE(B-TACE), 后者是在微球囊导管闭塞供血动脉的情况下输注化疗药物与碘油的混合乳剂, 从而在肝细胞癌肿块中形成致密的碘油乳剂沉积, 以获得更好的治疗效果。尽管缺乏B-TACE和非B-TACE(常规TACE、DEB-TACE)之间治疗效果的随机对照试验, 但B-TACE已被认为是一种有效的治疗方法。本文旨在对B-TACE治疗肝细胞癌的作用机制、适应证、方法及疗效、并发症等方面进行综述。

由于传统蒙特卡罗定位算法无法适用于2个以上多传感器融合定位的情况,文中针对需要安装多种传感器的重载自动导引车提出一种改进的蒙特卡洛定位算法。改进的蒙特卡洛定位算法以IMU与里程计融合的扩展卡尔曼滤波模型为改进算法的预测步,修正里程计模型带来的误差。在蒙特卡洛定位算法的更新步中引入刚性信息约束来修正粒子权重,提高定位精度。在重载自动导引车上进行绝对定位实验和重复定位实验,验证了改进的算法可有效地提高重载自动导引车的定位精度,同时保证了算法的鲁棒性,证明改进的蒙特卡罗定位算法优于传统的蒙特卡罗定位算法。

Electromagnetic interference pollution has raised urgent demand for the development of electromagnetic interference shielding materials.Transition metal carbides(MXenes)with excellent conductivity have shown great potential in electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials,while the poor mechanical strength,flexibility,and structural stability greatly limit their further applications.Here,cellulose nanofibers and sodium alginate are incorporated with MXene nanosheets as flexible matrices to construct strong and flexible mussellike layered MXene/Cellulose nanofiber/Sodium Alginate composite films,and nickel ions are further introduced to induce metal coordination crosslinking of alginate units.Benefited from the dual-crosslinked network structure of hydrogen bonding and metal coordination,the tensile strength,Young’s modulus,and toughness of the MXene/cellulose nanofiber/nickel alginate composite film are significantly increased.After subsequent reduction by ascorbic acid,excess nickel ions are reduced to nickel nanoparticles and uniformly dispersed within the highly conductive composite film,which further improved its hysteresis loss effect toward the incident electromagnetic waves.Consequently,the MXene/cellulose nanofiber/nickel alginate-ni composite film presents a considerably enhanced electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(47.17 dB)at a very low thickness of 29μm.This study proposes a feasible dual-crosslinking and subsequent reduction strategy to synergistically enhance the mechanical properties and electromagnetic interference shielding performance of MXene-based composite materials.

通过208份有效样本,整合自我归类和内在动机理论,探讨谦卑型领导对经理人反馈寻求行为的影响机制。研究结果表明,谦卑型领导不仅正向影响经理人反馈寻求行为,还完全通过内部人地位认知和风险承担意愿的中介作用对经理人反馈寻求行为产生正向影响;此外,内部人地位认知和风险承担意愿在谦卑型领导与经理人反馈寻求行为的关系中发挥链式中介作用,即谦卑型领导通过提升经理人内部人地位认知促进其对风险承担意愿的形成,进而影响反馈寻求行为。研究结果首次从谦卑型领导视角探索下属反馈寻求行为的影响因素和诱发机制,为组织反馈管理提供了一定的理论和实践指导。
