Under high dynamic conditions,a robust carrier tracking approach is essential for global navigation satellite system(GNSS) *** this paper,the powerful Kalman filter(KF) technique is adopted in GNSS carrier *** correlation signals are used as system measurements to discard the discriminator restricted by linear ***,a linear measurement equation is established based on the error-state,so that the system model is *** the KF can be used instead of the nonlinear KF which requires more computational ***,to exploit the potential of the KF under different conditions,an adaptive KF(AKF) based on the variational Bayesian approach is *** proposed filter has accurate and robust estimation performance,especially under high dynamic *** results verify the applicability of the proposed system model and the superiority of the proposed filter compared with the traditional KF and existing AKFs.

Cotton fiber is one of the main raw materials for the textile *** recent years,many cotton fiber quality QTL have been identified,but few were applied in *** this study,a genome wide association study(GWAS)of fiber-quality traits in 265 upland cotton breeding intermediate lines(GhBreeding),combined with genome-wide selective sweep analysis(GSSA)and genomic selection(GS),revealed 25 *** of these QTL were ignored by only using *** CRISPR/Cas9 mutants of GhMYB_D13 had shorter fiber,which indicates the credibility of QTL to a certain *** these QTL were verified in other cotton natural populations,5 stable QTL were found having broad potential for application in ***,among these 5 stable QTL,superior genotypes of 4 showed an enrichment in most improved new varieties widely cultivated *** findings provide insights for how to identify more QTL through combined multiple genomic analysis to apply in breeding.

Single-dose and multiple-dose pharmacokinetics of zaltoprofen after oral administration in healthy Chinese volunteers

Zaltoprofen, a propionic acid derivative of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, has strong inhibitory effects on actue and chronic inflammation. A randomized, dose-escalating study was conducted to evaluate the pharma-cokinetics of single and multiple oral doses of zaltoprofen in 12 healthy Chinese volunteers. Pharmacokinetics was determined from serial blood samples obtained up to 24 h after administration of a single dose of zaltoprofen at 80, 160 or 240 mg and after multiple doses of zaltqorofen at 80 mg 3 times daily. The C max and AUC 0-24 of zaltoprofen were found to be proportional to drug dose. Zaltoprofen was rapidly absorbed （t max =1.46±0.83 h） and cleared （t 1/2 =4.96±2.97 h）. Pharmacokinetic parameters after multiple doses were similar to those after single doses. Zaltoprofen was well tolerated. These results support a tid regimen of zaltoprofen for the management of acute and chronic inflammation.

针对脑电(EEG)信号对连续步态轨迹解码结果与实际轨迹相关性低的问题,提出一种基于双向长短时记忆(BiLSTM)神经网络的步态参数解码方法。首先,构建基于双向长短时记忆神经网络的步态时空参数解码模型,根据脑肌电信号特性设计解码模型的超参数;其次,同步采集脑电、下肢运动相关肌肉的表面肌电信号(sEMG)和下肢关节运动信号,并对脑电和表面肌电信号的步态相关特征进行分析;然后,以多通道脑电和下肢运动相关表面肌电信号作为解码模型的输入,自动提取脑肌电融合信号中步态相关特征并构建膝踝关节运动轨迹与特征之间的非线性回归模型;最后,以多通道脑电作为解码模型的输入,构建步态相关脑电信号和表面肌电信号之间的非线性回归模型。实验结果表明:所提方法与传统支持向量机方法相比,对踝关节解码轨迹与实测轨迹形状相似性Pearson相关系数提高了0.12;与单独采用脑电、表面肌电信号和脑肌电信号平均绝对值特征融合信号进行解码方法相比,对踝关节解码轨迹与实测轨迹形状相似性Pearson相关系数分别提高了0.81、0.19和0.63。该方法可实现从脑电信号中对部分表面肌电信号波形的解码,解码波形和实测波形的平均Pearson相关系数值接近0.5,证明从脑电信号中可解码出肌肉通道的表面肌电信号波形,为下肢外骨骼主动连续控制的应用提供了新思路。

Early Ordovician-Middle Silurian Subduction-Closure of the Proto-Tethys Ocean:Evidence from the Qiaerlong Pluton at the Northwestern margin of the West Kunlun Orogenic Belt,NW China

Early Paleozoic magmatism in the West Kunlun Orogenic Belt(WKOB)preserves important information about the tectonic evolution of the Proto-Tethys *** paper reports whole-rock compositions,zircon and apatite U-Pb dating,and zircon Hf isotopes for the Qiaerlong Pluton(QEL)at the northwestern margin of WKOB,with the aim of elucidating the petrogenesis of the pluton and shedding insights into the subduction-collision process of this oceanic *** QEL is mainly composed of Ordovician quartz monzodiorite(479±3 ma),quartz monzonite(467–472 ma),and syenogranite(463±4 ma),and is intruded by Middle Silurian peraluminous granite(429±20 ma)and diabase(421±4 ma).Zirconε_(Hf)(t)values reveal that quartz monzodiorites(+2.1 to+9.9)and quartz monzonites(+0.6 to+6.8)were derived from a mixed source of juvenile crust and older lower crust,and syenogranites(−5.6 to+4.5)and peraluminous granites(−2.9 to+2.0)were generated from a mixed source of lower crust and upper crust;diabases had zirconε_(Hf)(t)values ranging from−0.3 to+4.1,and contained 463±5 ma captured zircon and 1048±39 ma inherited zircon,indicating they originated from enriched lithospheric mantle and were contaminated by crustal *** Ordovician granitoids are enriched in LILEs and light rare-earth elements,and depleted in HFSEs with negative Nb,Ta,P,and Ti anomalies,suggesting that they formed in a subduction *** Silurian peraluminous granites have the characteristics of leucogranites with high SiO_(2)contents(74.92 wt.%–75.88 wt.%)and distinctly negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.03–0.14),indicating that they belong to highly fractionated granite and were formed in a post-collision extension *** analysis of these results with other Early Paleozoic magmas reveals that the Proto-Tethys ocean closed before the Middle Silurian and its southward subduction resulted in the formation of QEL.

Objective One of major challenges in paleoenvironmental reconstruction using travertine in the Huanglong area is whether one can accurately determinate the age of travertine through high-precision and high-resolution dating techniques. Previous works of 14C or ESR chronology, however, have shown that the variation of deposition ages of travertine was displayed inconsistent with each other even conflict. For instance, （1） The oldest travertine age （80 ka） located in the middle of this travertine succession is departure from sequential deposition; （2） Top or boundary ages in this sedimentary section, even with the same dating method （14C）, are three times errors, moreover, the age of the depositional sequence is not continuous. We report here the U230Th ages in lowest boundary of travertine in Dawanzhangjia Valley, Huanglong, China, to discuss the effectiveness of U-series dating for cold-water travertine and the significance of age for vicissitude of paleoenvironment.
