As an open network architecture,Wireless Computing PowerNetworks(WCPN)pose newchallenges for achieving efficient and secure resource management in networks,because of issues such as insecure communication channels and untrusted device ***,as a shared,immutable distributed ledger,provides a secure resource management solution for ***,integrating blockchain into WCPN faces challenges like device heterogeneity,monitoring communication states,and dynamic network *** Digital Twins(DT)can accurately maintain digital models of physical entities through real-time data updates and self-learning,enabling continuous optimization of WCPN,improving synchronization performance,ensuring real-time accuracy,and supporting smooth operation of WCPN *** this paper,we propose a DT for blockchain-empowered WCPN architecture that guarantees real-time data transmission between physical entities and digital *** adopt an enumeration-based optimal placement algorithm(EOPA)and an improved simulated annealing-based near-optimal placement algorithm(ISAPA)to achieve minimum average DT synchronization latency under the constraint of DT *** results show that the proposed solution in this paper outperforms benchmarks in terms of average synchronization latency.

g-C_(3)N_(4)emerges as a promising metal-free semiconductor photocatalyst due to its cost-effectiveness,facile synthesis,suitable visible light response,and robust thermal ***,its practical application in photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is impeded by rapid carrier recombination and limited light absorption *** this study,we successfully develop a novel g-C_(3)N_(4)-based step-scheme(S-scheme)heterojunction comprising two-dimensional(2D)sulfur-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)nanosheets(SCN)and one-dimensional(1D)FeCo_(2)O_(4)nanorods(FeCo_(2)O_(4)),demonstrating enhanced photocatalytic HER *** engineered SCN/FeCo_(2)O_(4)S-scheme heterojunction features a well-defined 2D/1D heterogeneous interface facilitating directed interfacial electron transfer from FeCo_(2)O_(4)to SCN,driven by the lower Fermi level of SCN compared to FeCo_(2)O_(4).This establishment of electron-interacting 2D/1D S-scheme heterojunction not only facilitates the separation and migration of photogenerated carriers,but also enhances visible-light absorption and mitigates electron-hole pair *** structure analysis and density functional theory calculations corroborate that the carrier migration in the SCN/FeCo_(2)O_(4)photocatalyst adheres to a typical S-scheme heterojunction mechanism,effectively retaining highly reactive photogenerated ***,the optimized SCN/FeCo_(2)O_(4)heterojunction exhibits a substantially high hydrogen production rate of 6303.5μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1)under visible light excitation,which is 2.4 times higher than that of the ***,the conjecture of the S-scheme mechanism is confirmed by in situ XPS *** 2D/1D S-scheme heterojunction established in this study provides valuable insights into the development of high-efficiency carbon-based catalysts for diverse energy conversion and storage applications.

Counterfactual explanations provide explanations by exploring the changes in effect caused by changes in cause. They have attracted significant attention in recommender system research to explore the impact of changes in certain properties on the recommendation mechanism. Among several counterfactual recommendation methods, item-based counterfactual explanation methods have attracted considerable attention because of their flexibility. The core idea of item-based counterfactual explanation methods is to find a minimal subset of interacted items(i.e., short length) such that the recommended item would topple out of the top-K recommendation list once these items have been removed from user interactions(i.e., good quality). Usually, explanations are generated by ranking the precomputed importance of items, which fails to characterize the true importance of interacted items due to separation from the explanation generation. Additionally, the final explanations are generated according to a certain search strategy given the precomputed importance. This indicates that the quality and length of counterfactual explanations are deterministic;therefore, they cannot be balanced once the search strategy is fixed. To overcome these obstacles, this study proposes learning-based counterfactual explanations for recommendation(LCER) to provide counterfactual explanations based on personalized recommendations by jointly modeling the factual and counterfactual preference. To achieve consistency between the computation of importance and generation of counterfactual explanations, the proposed LCER endows an optimizable importance for each interacted item, which is supervised by the goal of counterfactual explanations to guarantee its credibility. Because of the model's flexibility, the trade-off between quality and length can be customized by setting different proportions. Simulating the total ionizing dose(TID)of an electrical system using transistor-level models can be difficult and expensive,particularly for digital-integrated circuits(ICs).In this study,a method for modeling TID effects in complementary metaloxide semiconductor(CMOS)digital ICs based on the input/output buffer information specification(IBIS)was *** digital IC was first divided into three parts based on its internal structure:the input buffer,output buffer,and functional *** of these three parts was separately *** the IBIS model,the transistor V-I characteristic curves of the buffers were processed,and the physical parameters were extracted and modeled using *** the functional area,logic functions were modeled in VHDL according to the data sheet.A golden digital IC model was developed by combining the input buffer,output buffer,and functional area ***,the golden ratio was reconstructed based on TID experimental data,enabling the assessment of TID effects on the threshold voltage,carrier mobility,and time series of the digital *** experiments were conducted using a CMOS non-inverting multiplexer,NC7SZ157,and the results were compared with the simulation results,which showed that the relative errors were less than 2%at each dose *** confirms the practicality and accuracy of the proposed modeling *** TID effect model for digital ICs developed using this modeling technique includes both the logical function of the IC and changes in electrical properties and functional degradation impacted by TID,which has potential applications in the design of radiation-hardening tolerance in digital ICs.
