The bamboo shoots are popular food rich in dietary fiber,but its disadvantage of short shelf life and quick lignification limit its *** this paper,Lactobacillus plantarum and Limosilactobacillus reuteri fermented bamboo shoots(Chimonobambusa quadrangularis)ultrafine whole pulp and analyzed the differences in nutrient composition and volatile compounds before and after *** results were as follows,the L-lactic acid in the *** group(LR),***(LP)and ***&*** groups(LRP)reached 3.27±0.16,4.37±0.04,4.27±0.39 mg/g,*** the content of flavonoids and polyphenols were highest raised to 29.0±0.37 and 54.8±1.39 mg/100g in co-fermentation and the bitterness was significantly decreased in three group by using the electronic tongue *** OPLS-DA analysis and PCA analysis showed that LRP group had the best quality after *** the above results will provide a theoretical basis for bamboo shoots processing and further research.

BACKGROUND The expression status of serum and glucocorticoid-induced protein kinase 3(SGK3)in superficial esophageal squamous cell neoplasia(ESCN)remains *** To evaluate the SGK3 overexpression rate in ESCN and its influence on the prognosis and outcomes of patients with endoscopic *** A total of 92 patients who had undergone endoscopic resection for ESCN with more than 8 years of follow-up were *** was used to evaluate SGK3 *** SGK3 was overexpressed in 55(59.8%)patients with ***3 overexpression showed a significant correlation with death(P=0.031).Overall survival and disease-free survival rates were higher in the normal SGK3 expression group than in the SGK3 overexpression group(P=0.013 and P=0.004,respectively).Cox regression analysis models demonstrated that SGK3 overexpression was an independent predictor of poor prognosis in ESCN patients(hazard ratio 4.729;95% confidence interval:1.042-21.458).CONCLUSION SGK3 overexpression was detected in the majority of patients with endoscopically resected ESCN and was significantly associated with shortened ***,it might be a new prognostic factor for ESCN.

BACKGROUND Endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)-guided transluminal drainage is an advanced technique used to treat pancreatic fluid collections(PFCs). However, gastric varices and intervening vessels may be associated with a high risk of bleeding and are, therefore, listed as relative contraindications. Herein, we report two patients who underwent interventional embolization before EUS-guided *** SUMMARY Two 32-year-old males developed symptomatic PFCs after acute pancreatitis and came to our hospital for further treatment. One patient suffered from intermittent abdominal pain and vomiting, and computed tomography(CT) imaging showed an encapsulated cyst 7.93 cm × 6.13 cm in size. The other patient complained of a mass inside the abdomen, which gradually became enlarged. Gastric varices around the ideal puncture site were detected by EUS when we evaluated the possibility of endoscopic drainage in both patients. Interventional embolization was recommended as the first procedure to decrease the risk of bleeding. After that, EUS-guided transluminal drainage was successfully conducted, without vascular rupture. No postoperative complications occurred during hospitalization, and no recurrence was detected at the last follow-up CT scan performed at 1 *** Interventional embolization is a safe, preoperative procedure that is performed before EUS-guided drainage in PFC patients with gastric varices or at high risk of bleeding.

Traditional data-driven fault diagnosis methods depend on expert experience to manually extract effective fault features of signals,which has certain ***,deep learning techniques have gained prominence as a central focus of research in the field of fault diagnosis by strong fault feature extraction ability and end-to-end fault diagnosis ***,utilizing the respective advantages of convolution neural network(CNN)and Transformer in local and global feature extraction,research on cooperating the two have demonstrated promise in the field of fault ***,the cross-channel convolution mechanism in CNN and the self-attention calculations in Transformer contribute to excessive complexity in the cooperative *** complexity results in high computational costs and limited industrial *** tackle the above challenges,this paper proposes a lightweight CNN-Transformer named as SEFormer for rotating machinery fault ***,a separable multiscale depthwise convolution block is designed to extract and integrate multiscale feature information from different channel dimensions of vibration ***,an efficient self-attention block is developed to capture critical fine-grained features of the signal from a global ***,experimental results on the planetary gearbox dataset and themotor roller bearing dataset prove that the proposed framework can balance the advantages of robustness,generalization and lightweight compared to recent state-of-the-art fault diagnosis models based on CNN and *** study presents a feasible strategy for developing a lightweight rotating machinery fault diagnosis framework aimed at economical deployment.

The Sichuan Basin(SCB),China has a high incidence of extremely persistent heavy rainfall(EPHR)*** EPHR events from 2009 to 2019 in the SCB were mainly concentrated over the northern and northwestern windward slopes and the central *** occurred from june to September,but especially in july,and peaked at 0300 ***5 reanalysis data and objective classification were used to investigate the synoptic patterns and their *** were three synoptic patterns during EPHR events,all accompanied by a Southwest *** location and intensity of the Southwest Vortex,thermal forcing of the Tibetan Plateau(TP),and low-level winds can greatly affect the intensity and spatial distribution of *** the Southwest Vortex was located in the western SCB and there were southerly low-level jets(LLJs),convergence and upslope wind would lead to EPHR over the northwestern or northern windward *** there was no LLJ and the whole SCB was under the center of the Southwest Vortex,nocturnal EPHR was controlled by the internal circulation of the Southwest Vortex and the updraft generated by the thermal forcing of the TP,and the rainfall was *** southeastern entrance of the SCB was a key area where the low-level wind dominated the nocturnal peak of *** nocturnal strengthened southeasterly wind in the key area is attributable to inertial oscillation,and the topographic friction plays an essential role in transporting momentum and moisture into the basin by generating easterly and northeasterly ageostrophic winds.

Unraveling post-growth mechanisms of monolayer CsPbBr3 nanocubes:Laser-enhanced transformations and cathodoluminescence-electron microscopy correlations

Lead-halide perovskite nanoparticles(LHP NPs) are highly promising materials for next-generation displays and solid-state lighting due to their exceptional optical properties. However, their inherent instability presents a significant challenge. Recent advances have demonstrated that optoelectronic devices based on monolayer nanoparticle films exhibit both high luminescence efficiency and long-term *** research demonstrates that mobility limitations and anisotropic alignments in CsPbBr3nanocube monolayer films are key to their stabilization, hindering spontaneous growth through face-to-face fusion and resulting in the formation of connecting necks in a diagonal direction. Introducing laser irradiation confirmed this by significantly accelerating nanocubes growth, increasing mobility, and enhancing local structural ordering, leading to larger and more regularly shaped nanosheets. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy line-scan analyses indicated that laser irradiation did not disrupt the ligand structure. Transmission electron microscopy and correlative cathodoluminescence electron microscopy revealed the effects of post-growth and heterogeneous structures, including enhanced luminescence and inhomogeneous intensity in the nanosheets. These findings deepen the understanding of the post-growth mechanism of monolayer nanoparticles and the structure-emission correlation and highlight the unique role of laser irradiation in directing the formation of well-defined and regular nanostructures.
