Hypereutectic Al-Si-Cu coatings were prepared by supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying to enhance the surface performance of lightweight *** find out optimum process conditions and achieve desirable coatings,this work focuses on the influence of three important parameters(in-flight particle temperature,impact velocity,and substrate temperature)on the collected splats morphology coatings microstructure and *** show that appropriate combinations of temperature and velocity of in-flight particles cannot only completely melt hypereutectic Al-Si-Cu particles especially the primary Si phase,but also provide the particles with sufficient kinetic ***,the optimized coating consists of 98.6%of fully-melted region with nanosized coupled eutectic and 0.9%of *** the substrate deposition temperature promotes the transition from inhomogeneous banded microstructure to homogeneous equiaxed microstructure with a lower porosity *** observations are further interpreted by a newly developed phase-change heat transfer model on quantitatively revealing the solidification and remelting behaviors of several splats deposited on substrate Besides,phase evolutions including the formation of supersaturatedα-Al matrix solid solution,growth of Si and Al_(2)Cu phases at different process conditions are *** ideal microstructure(low fractions of unmelted/partially-melted regions and defects)together with solid solution,grain refinement and second phase strengthening effects contributes to the enhanced microhardness of *** integrated study not only provides a framework for optimizing Al-Si based coatings via thermal spraying but also gives valuable insights into the formation mechanisms of this class of coating materials.

柠条锦鸡儿种子产量预测模型研究

建立种子产量预测模型是估算种子产量的重要方法之一。本研究以杭锦旗国家柠条锦鸡儿良种基地的柠条锦鸡儿(Caraganakorshinskii)为研究对象,测量单株生长指标与种子产量,将实测因子(株高H、地径D、冠幅直径C、丛生枝个数N)及组合因子(株高与冠幅直径乘积HC、冠幅面积S、植冠体积SH)作为自变量,种子产量(荚果总鲜重WX、荚果总干重W_(G)、种子总干重WZ)作为因变量,建立柠条锦鸡儿种子产量预测模型。结果表明,柠条锦鸡儿以株高与冠幅直径乘积(HC)为自变量,以荚果总鲜重(W_(G))为因变量的三次函数预测模型最优,方程式为W=-97.520+119.245(HC)-13.183(HC)^(2)+0.920(HC)^(3)。由精度检验结果(RS=2.15%,RMA=12.07%,P<0.001)分析,拟合精度较高,此模型可以较准确预测杭锦旗国家柠条锦鸡儿良种基地种子产量,为后续预测良种基地种子产量提供参考和依据。

AIM To investigate the protective mechanism of mitofusin-2 (Mfn2) in rat remote ischemic perconditioning (RIC) models and revalidate it in alpha mouse liver-12 (AML-12) hypoxia cell lines. METHODS Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups (n = 6 each): sham, orthotopic liver transplantation and RIC. After operation, blood samples were collected to test alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. The liver lobes were harvested for histopathological examination, western blotting (WB) and quantitative real-time (qRT)-PCR. AML-12 cell lines were then subjected to normal culture, anoxic incubator tank culture (hypoxia) and anoxic incubator tank culture with Mfn2 knockdown (hypoxia + Si), and data of qRT-PCR, WB, mitochondrial membrane potential (Delta psi m), apoptosis, endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ concentrations and mitochondrial Ca2+ concentrations were collected. RESULTS Both sham and normal culture groups showed no injury during the experiment. The RIC group showed amelioration of liver function compared with the orthotopic liver transplantation group (P < 0.05). qRTPCR and WB confirmed that Mfn2-mitochondrial Ca2+ uptake 1/2 (MICUs) axis was changed (P < 0.005). In AML-12 cell lines, compared with the hypoxia group, the hypoxia + Si group attenuated the collapse of..m and apoptosis (P < 0.005). The endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ decrease and mitochondrial Ca2+ overloading observed in the hypoxia group were also attenuated in the hypoxia + Si group (P < 0.005). Finally, qRT-PCR and WB confirmed the Mfn2-MICUs axis change in all the groups (P < 0.005). CONCLUSION Mfn2 participates in liver injury in rat RIC models and AML-12 hypoxia cell lines by regulating the MICUs pathway.

BACKGROUND Adrenocortical carcinoma(ACC)is a rare malignant epithelial tumor originating from adrenocortical cells that carries a very poor *** or inoperable diseases are often considered incurable,and treatment remains a *** for advanced cases such as ACC complicated with renal venous cancer thrombus,there are few cumulative cases in the *** SUMMARY The patient in this case was a 39-year-old middle-aged male who was admitted to the hospital for more than half a month due to dizziness and chest *** tomography(CT)findings after admission revealed a left retroperitoneal malignant space-occupying lesion,but the origin of the formation of the left renal vein cancer thrombus remained to be *** was speculated that it originated from the left adrenal gland,perhaps a retroperitoneal source,and left adrenal mass+left nephrectomy+left renal vein tumor thrombus removal+angioplasty were performed under general *** pathology results indicated a diagnosis of *** steroid therapy was *** 3 mo after surgery,abdominal CT reexamination revealed multiple enlarged retroperitoneal lymph nodes and multiple low-density shadows in the liver,and palliative radiotherapy and mitotane were administered,considering the possibility of *** patient is currently being followed *** ACC is a highly malignant *** if the tumor is removed surgically,there is still the possibility of *** mitotane and adjuvant chemoradiotherapy have certain benefits for patients,but they cannot fully offset the poor prognosis of this disease.

Investigating deuteron–deuteron(DD)fusion reactions in a plasma environment similar to the early stages of the Big Bang is an important topic in nuclear *** this study,we experimentally investigated such reactions,using eight laser beams with the third harmonic impacting on a deuterated polyethylene target at the ShenGuang-II Upgrade laser *** work focused on the application of range-filter(RF)spectrometers,assembled from a 70 lm aluminum filter and two CR-39 nuclear track detectors,to measure the yields of primary *** on the track diameter calibration results of 3 MeV protons used to diagnose the tracks on the RF spectrometers,an approximate primary DD-proton yield of(8.5±1.7)×10^6 was obtained,consistent with the yields from similar laser facilities *** indicates that the RF spectrometer is an effective way to measure primary ***,due to the low yields of D^3He-protons and its small track diameter,CR-39 detectors were unable to distinguish it from the background *** other accurate detectors may help to measure these rare events.

CeNiSn是一种很有趣的重费米子化合物 ,其基态为Kondo绝缘体 .采用化学元素替代的方法研究Cu掺杂对CeNiSn多晶样品低温比热的影响 .在流动高纯氩气的保护下 ,用电弧炉制备了一系列的多晶样品CeNi1-xCuxSn(x =0 ,0 0 2 ,0 0 6 ,0 0 8) .X射线粉末衍射分析表明 ,制备出来的样品均为单相多晶 .随着Cu掺杂量的增加 ,样品的晶格参数增大 .采用绝热热脉冲法测量样品的比热 ,结果表明随着Cu掺入量的增加 ,相应样品的低温比热也随之增大 ,能隙逐渐减小 .其物理机制在于 ,铜替代镍引起Kondo格子的无序和 3d电子数的增加 .
