In this article,we present and analyze a stabilizer-free C;weak Galerkin （SF-C0WG） method for solving the biharmonic problem.The SF-C0WG method is formulated in terms of cell unknowns which are C;continuous piecewise polynomials of degree k+2 with k≥0 and in terms of face unknowns which are discontinuous piecewise polynomials of degree k+1.The formulation of this SF-C0WG method is without the stabilized or penalty term and is as simple as the C;conforming finite element scheme of the biharmonic problem.Optimal order error estimates in a discrete H;-like norm and the H;norm for k≥0 are established for the corresponding WG finite element solutions.Error estimates in the L;norm are also derived with an optimal order of convergence for k>0 and sub-optimal order of convergence for k=0.Numerical experiments are shown to confirm the theoretical results.

异构并行计算下高维混合型数据聚类算法研究

高维数据维度增加,数据空间的体积呈指数增长,容易陷入“维数灾难”,导致聚类算法执行效率低,为此,提出异构并行计算下高维混合型数据聚类算法。构建高维混合型数据相异度矩阵,提取高维混合型数据的统计序列特征值,利用时间窗口进行特征优化。采用K⁃Prototypes聚类算法提取高维混合型数据的统计序列特征,评估数据与类中心的相异性,计算数据与类中心的欧氏距离,实现高维混合型数据聚类。采用异构并行计算技术进行高维混合型数据K⁃Prototypes聚类的并行化处理,合理分配CPU与GPU工作,达到CPU与GPU的工作负载平衡,提高K⁃Prototypes的聚类效率。实验结果表明,此算法对于高维混合型数据的聚类效果好、运行时间短、性能稳定。

BACKGROUND The development of laparoscopic technology has provided a new choice for surgery of gastric cancer(GC),but the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic total gastrectomy(LTG)and laparoscopic-assisted total gastrectomy(LATG)in treatment effect and safety are still controversial.The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of the two methods in the treatment of GC,and to provide a basis for clinical decision-making.AIM To compare the efficacy of totally LTG(TLTG)and LATG in the context of radical gastrectomy for GC.Additionally,we investigated the safety and feasibility of the total laparoscopic esophagojejunostomy technique.METHODS Literature on comparative studies of the above two surgical methods for GC(TLTG group and LATG group)published before September 2022 were searched in the PubMed,Web of Science,Wanfang Database,CNKI,and other Chinese and English databases.In addition,the following search keywords were used:Gastric cancer,total gastrectomy,total laparoscopy,laparoscopy-assisted,esophagojejunal anastomosis,gastric/stomach cancer,total gastrectomy,totally/completely laparoscopic,laparoscopic assisted/laparoscopy assisted/laparoscopically assisted,and esophagojejunostomy/esophagojejunal anastomosis.Review Manager 5.3 software was used for the meta-analysis after two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data,and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies.RESULTS After layer-by-layer screening,258 pieces of literature were recovered,and 11 of those pieces were eventually included.This resulted in a sample size of 2421 instances,with 1115 cases falling into the TLTG group and 1306 cases into the LATG group.Age or sex differences between the two groups were not statistically significant,according to the meta-analysis,however the average body mass index of the TLTG group was considerably higher than that of the LATG group(P=0.01).Compared with those in the LATG group,the incision length in the TLTG group was significantly shorter(P<0.001),the am

Purpose As a fourth-generation light source,High Energy Photon Source(HEPS)has much more stringent requirements to the beam orbit stability in both horizontal and vertical directions than the previous sources due to the much smaller beam sizes.Methods A Fast Orbit FeedBack(FOFB)system,with the closed-loop bandwidth around 500 Hz,is needed to meet the critical requirements.The latency of the FOFB system is the key to achieve these requirements.Results Proper design and implementation of the feedback logic to have low latency is illustrated in the paper.Calculation accuracy is kept in the whole operation except for the last-minute data translation into 32-bit floating point number.

Purpose The event receiver is an important component of the BEPC-II timing system.It receives event codes from the event generator and then generates triggers and interrupts.The currently applied event receiver is implemented in a single FPGA board,which has to work in conjunction with a single-board computer and an external bus chassis.With the rapid development of System-on-Chip(SoC)technology,combining them in one SoC is more efficient,more integrated,and cheaper.Thereby,an embedded event receiver based on ZYNQ SoC is proposed.Methods and Results In this paper,some key techniques of embedded event receiver have been researched.These techniques have been implemented in an embedded event receiver prototype named ER-Z.And the function test results show that ER-Z has the ability to receive event codes and handle them through interrupts while attaching timestamps with event clock precision.The performance test results show that the average interrupt latency is less than 30μs and the average AXI-Lite read latency is less than 170 ns.

Reinforced concrete beams consisting of both steel and glass-fiber-reinforced polymer rebars exhibit excellent strength,serviceability,and durability.However,the fatigue shear performance of such beams is unclear.Therefore,beams with hybrid longitudinal bars and hybrid stirrups were designed,and fatigue shear tests were performed.For specimens that failed by fatigue shear,all the glass-fiber-reinforced polymer stirrups and some steel stirrups fractured at the critical diagonal crack.For the specimen that failed by the static test after 8 million fatigue cycles,the static capacity after fatigue did not significantly decrease compared with the calculated value.The initial fatigue level has a greater influence on the crack development and fatigue life than the fatigue level in the later phase.The fatigue strength of the glass-fiber-reinforced polymer stirrups in the specimens was considerably lower than that of the axial tension tests on the glass-fiber-reinforced polymer bar in air and beam-hinge tests on the glass-fiber-reinforced polymer bar,and the failure modes were different.Glass-fiber-reinforced polymer stirrups were subjected to fatigue tension and shear,and failed owing to shear.

The long-term effects of electrochemical realkalization on carbonated reinforced concrete with a W/C ratio of 0.65 were studied.Fourteen out of 16 carbonated specimens had been subjected to realkalization seven years ago,and the alkalinity of the concrete,the electrochemical characters(corrosion current density and potential)of the specimens and the corrosion conditions of the steel bars were examined.Results of different specimens and also at different time(4,10,13 months and 7 years after realkalization)were compared.According to the phenolphthalein and pH meter test,the alkalinity of the concrete had disappeared after seven years.Based on the potentiodynamic polarization test,various corrosion conditions had developed on the steel bars,which was verified by visual observation.All bars were in the depassivated state,and their corrosion current densities increased significantly after seven years.Cracks developed in some of the specimens,and the diverse compactness of concrete and excessive current of realkalization were considered to be possible causes.The effects of the realkalization treatment vanished after seven years.

Background and Aims:Cirrhosis is the precursor lesion for most hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cases.However,no biomarker effectively predicted HCC initiation before diagnosis by imaging.We aimed to investigate the hallmarks of immune microenvironments in healthy,cirrhotic livers and HCC tumor tissues and to identify immune biomarkers of cirrhosis-HCC transition.Methods:Expression matrices of singlecell RNA sequencing studies were downloaded and integrated with Seurat package vignettes.Clustering was performed to analyze the immune cell compositions of different sample types.Results:The cirrhotic liver and HCC tumors had distinct immune microenvironments,but the immune landscape of cirrhotic livers was not markedly modified compared with healthy livers.Two subsets of B cells and three subsets of T cells were identified in the samples.Among the T cells,naïve T cells were more prominent in the cirrhotic and healthy liver samples than in the HCC samples.In contrast,the neutrophil count was lower in cirrhotic livers.Two macrophage clusters were identified,one that actively interacted with T cells and B cells and was enriched in cirrhotic blood compared with HCC blood samples.Conclusions:Decreased naïve T cell infiltration and increased neutrophil infiltration in the liver may indicate the development of HCC in cirrhotic patients.Alterations in blood-resident immune cells may also be a sign of HCC development in cirrhotic patients.The dynamics of the immune cell subsets may serve as novel biomarkers to predict the transition from cirrhosis to HCC.
