To the Editor:Acne vulgaris is a prevalent skin disorder affecting both physical and psychosocial health.[1]Although photodynamic therapy(PDT)exists for moderate-to-severe acne,due to its adverse reactions,we are still looking forward to a novel therapeutic option with fewer side ***,radiofrequency has been used to treat moderate acne.[2]In this study,we aimed to evaluate the efcacy and safety of moderate-to-severe acne treatment based on a single microneedle with radiofrequency(MRF)*** during three consecutive sessions through a prospective,randomized,and controlled trial study.

Background Accurate estimation of potential evapotranspiration(PET) is the key for studying land-air interaction hydrological processes. Several models are used to estimate the PET based on standardized meteorological data. Although combination-based models have the highest level performance estimation of PET, they require more meteorological data and may therefore be difficult to apply in areas lacking meteorological observation *** The results showed significant differences in the spatial trends of PET calculated by different models in China, the Doorenbots–Pruitts model revealed the highest PET(1902.6 mm), and the Kuzmin model revealed the lowest PET(349.6 mm), with the largest difference being 5.5 times. The Romanenko and the Rohwer models were the recommended temperature-based and aerodynamic-based models. On the other hand, the Abtew model was more suitable for arid and semi-arid regions, while the Priestley–Taylor model was more suitable for humid regions. Combination-based models revealed ideal calculation accuracies, among which the Penman–Monteith model was the best option for PET *** The accuracy range of Romanenko, Rohwer, Abten, Priestley Taylor, and Penman Monteith models improved in MPZ and TCZ is higher than that improved in TMZ and SMZ. This does not mean that the improved models have higher accuracy in MPZ and TCZ than in TMZ and SMZ. On the contrary, the original model performed poorly in MPZ and TCZ, so the improved accuracy was relatively large. The unimproved model was already more suitable in TMZ and SMZ, so the improved accuracy was relatively small. Therefore, regional calibration of the PET models can improve the accuracy and applicability of PET calculation, providing a reference for studying hydrological processes in different climatic zones.

Previous studies have shown that accurate descriptions of the cloud droplet effective radius （Re） and the autoconversion process of cloud droplets to raindrops （At） can effectively improve simulated clouds and surface precipitation, and reduce the uncertainty of aerosol indirect effects in GCMs. In this paper, we implement cloud microphysical schemes including two-moment Ar and Re considering relative dispersion of the cloud droplet size distribution into version 4.1 of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics＇s atmospheric GCM （IAP AGCM 4.1）, which is the atmospheric component of the Chinese Academy of Sciences＇ Earth System Model. Analysis of the effects of different schemes shows that the newly implemented schemes can improve both the simulated shortwave and longwave cloud radiative forcings, as compared to the standard scheme, in lAP AGCM 4.1. The new schemes also effectively enhance the large-scale precipitation, especially over low latitudes, although the influences of total precipitation are insignificant for different schemes. Further studies show that similar results can be found with the Community Atmosphere Model, version 5.1.

Atmospheric aerosols play a significant role in modifying cloud microphysical properties and further impacting on weather and climate. In this study, we investigate in longwave indirect effect of anthropogenic aerosol by using a global climate model CAM5（Community Atmosphere Model Version 5） and satellite observations from CERES（Clouds and the Earth’s Radiant Energy System） dataset. The longwave aerosol indirect effects are prominent in two regions: Southeast Asia（SEA） and Amazon（AMZ）. Satellite retrieved data show that increased aerosol optical depth in the both regions lead to invigorated clouds with more fractions and lower cloud top pressure, thus an enhanced longwave cloud forcing. However, CAM5 runs show opposite results in the two regions. The simulated longwave indirect aerosol effect in SEA is similar as that derived from CERES data, which indicates that increased aerosols invigorate clouds and result in a longwave warming effect. On the contrary, simulations in AMZ show that increased aerosols inhibit the cloud development and exert a longwave cooling effect. We further conduct a series of sensitivity tests to isolate aerosol direct effect, aerosol indirect effect on cloud condensation nuclei（CCN effect）, aerosol indirect effect on ice nuclei（IN effect） and additional water vapor effect in CAM5. Our results indicate that IN effect is a key to explain the different longwave indirect aerosol effects in SEA and AMZ regions.

基于光热选择原理和纳秒级激光技术的进步,不同波长的纳秒激光根据其不同的色素选择性,穿透深度等特性应用于多种色素性皮肤病的临床治疗。随着激光器械的不断创新,激光的脉冲持续时间进一步缩短,产生脉宽远远小于黑素小体热弛豫时间的皮秒级激光。皮秒级激光被认为在色素性治疗领域具有跨时代的意义。国内外研究者就皮秒激光对多种色素性皮肤病的治疗适应症,参数及综合治疗方案开展多种研究。本文针对皮秒激光在不同色素性皮肤病的治疗研究进行相关综述,旨在为进一步深入探讨皮秒激光在色素性皮肤病治疗中的最佳应用策略及相关治疗机制提供研究线索。

文章从城镇自身发展质量、城镇化推进效率和城镇化协调程度三个方面,构建了包含34项指标的新型城镇化质量评价指标体系,运用熵值法与层次分析法相结合的方法,对中国31个省市2003-2014年的城镇化质量与效率水平进行了综合评价。研究发现我国新型城镇化质量整体不高,省域之间城镇化质量差距明显,省域内部城镇化质量各要素发展不均衡;城镇化质量空间差异明显,呈现从东部沿海向中、西部依次递减的特征;城镇化率不能反映城镇化发展质量。根据测算结果,我国各省域整体城镇化率和新型城镇化质量指数呈现"高—高"、"低—高"、"低—低"和"高—低"四种类型,其自身城镇化率和城镇化质量指数之间的协调程度分为质量滞后、协调和质量超前3种类型,这与区域间人口迁移流动规律密切相关。根据城镇化质量不均衡状况,文章提出"高—高"型区域关注城镇化可持续发展、"低—高"型区域重点在体制机制创新、"低—低"型区域加快新型工业化步伐、"高—低"型区域关注城镇化的社会、生态效应以实现量变到质变的对策建议。

为适应大类培养模式下对课程建设和人才培养的新要求,通过人才培养模式、实验平台优化和评价方式创新建立了一套针对同一理论课程,面向不同大类专业培养的精细化实践课群培养模式,从而达成OBE导向的培养目标要求。以自动控制理论实践课群改革为例,围绕工科专业大类培养模式,对标不同大类专业,结合“自动控制理论”的特点改进实验教学平台,进行实践教学设计。通过实践课群达成课程培养目标,并为学生开放实验提供了更多选择。
