Transcriptional dysregulation of genes is a hallmark of tumors and can serve as targets for cancer drug ***,it is extremely challenging to develop small-molecule inhibitors to target abnormally expressed transcription factors(TFs)except for the nuclear receptor family of *** is known about the interaction between TFs and transcription cofactors in gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma(GEA)or the therapeutic effects of targeting TF and transcription cofactor *** this study,we found that ETS homologous factor(EHF)expression is promoted by a core transcriptional regulatory circuitry(CRC),specifically ELF3-KLF5-GATA6,and interference with its expression suppressed the malignant biological behavior of GEA ***,we identified Ajuba lim protein(AJUBA)as a new coactivator of EHF that cooperatively orchestrates transcriptional network activity in ***,we identified KRAS signaling as a common pathway downstream of EHF and ***,dual targeting of EHF and AJUBA by lipid nanoparticles cooperatively attenuated the malignant biological behaviors of GEA in vitro and in *** conclusion,EHF is upregulated by the CRC and promotes GEA malignancy by interacting with AJUBA through the KRAS *** of both EHF and its coactivator AJUBA through lipid nanoparticles is a novel potential therapeutic strategy.

Monkeypox has a very prominent regional *** has been confined to Western and Central African *** cases found in countries outside Africa generally have a history of sojourn in endemic ***,the recent multinational outbreak of monkeypox cases in Europe in early May 2022 has revealed a changing epidemiological trend,those confirmed cases had no sojourn history in endemic areas and with a high proportion of cases involving men who have sex with men(MSM).Among the MSM cases,many of them presented atypical clinical manifestations of monkeypox and with other sexually transmitted diseases *** with the high social interactivity in this community,there is likely a higher risk of monkeypox transmission in this *** an infectious disease surveillance system,maintaining highly vigilant regarding the transmission of monkeypox in MSM,and responding promptly are necessary and effective measures to contain the outbreak.

Blunt traumatic tracheobronchial injury is rare,but can be potentially *** accounts for only 0.5%-2%of all trauma *** may present with non-specific signs and symptoms,requiring a high index of suspicion with accurate diagnosis and prompt treatment.A 26-year-old female was brought into the emergency department after sustained a blunt trauma to the chest from a high impact motor vehicle *** presented with signs of respiratory distress and extensive subcutaneous emphysema from the chest up to the *** airway was secured and chest drain was inserted for right sided *** of the neck and thorax revealed a collapsed right middle lung lobe with a massive pneumothorax,raising the suspicion of a right middle lobe bronchus *** was confirmed by *** view of the difficulty in maintaining her ventilation and persistent pneumothorax with a massive air leak,immediate right thoracotomy via posterolateral approach was *** right middle lobar bronchus tear was *** were no intra-or post-operative *** made an uneventful *** was asymptomatic at her first month follow-up.A repeated chest X-ray showed expanded *** of the case including clinical presentation,imaging and management were discussed with an emphasis on the early uses of bronchoscopy in case of suspected blunt traumatic tracheobronchial injury.A review of the current literature of tracheobronchial injury management was presented.

具有除菌性能的电容去离子材料对于制备高效节能同时具备脱盐和抗微生物污染功能的电极材料至关重要,然而由于双电层电吸附机制的影响,多数碳基材料的吸附容量受到限制.同时,近年来部分研究学者通过对电极材料进行抗菌化合物的修饰并用于电容法水除菌已得到证明.因此为了实现高效、低成本的同时实现电容脱盐和除菌,本研究提出了一种简便的方法制备氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺/普鲁士蓝纳米复合材料作为类法拉第电极用于电容去离子和水消毒应用.所合成的电极材料具有较高的BET表面积(148.08m^(2)g^(-1))、介孔体积(34.02cm^(3)g^(-1))和孔体积(0.66cm^(3)g^(-1)),在1Ag^(-1)下的脱盐容量为91.6mgg^(-1),脱盐率为3.05mgg^(-1)min^(-1).此外,在未添加额外消毒剂的情况下,该复合材料所制备的电极能有效去除和灭活94.0%±3.1%的大肠杆菌,其杀菌效率是活性炭电极的7倍.本研究对未来将普鲁士蓝基复合材料的法拉第电极用于高效环保海水淡化和消毒材料的应用奠定了研究基础.

Objective:To investigate the effects and underlying mechanism of 2-hexyl-4-pentynoic acid(HPTA),a derivative of valproic acid(VPA),on radiotherapy in breast ***:MCF7 cells and 7,12-dimethylbenz-[α]-anthracene(DMBA)-induced transformed human normal breast cells(MCF10A–DMBA cells)were irradiated with 8 Gy *** both cells there were four groups:control,valproic acid(VPA)/HPTA,IR,and VPA/HPTA+IR *** and clonogenic survival assays were performed to assess cell proliferation,and comet assay was performed to evaluate DNA *** expression ofγH2AX,53BP1,Rad51,and BRCA1 was examined via immunofluorescence and *** chase and ubiquitination experiments were conducted to determine Rad51 *** vivo experiments involved a rat model of DMBA-induced breast cancer,with four fractionated doses of 2 *** tissue pathological changes andγH2AX,Rad51,and UCHL3 expression levels were measured by hematoxylin-eosin staining,immunohistochemistry,and ***:Compared with the IR group,15μmol/L HPTA reduced the cell proliferation ability of irradiated MCF7 cells(t=2.16,P<0.05).The VPA/HPTA+IR group exhibited significantly increased DNA double-strand breaks relative to those in the IR group(VPA+IR ***,t=13.37,P<0.05;HPTA+IR ***,t=8.48,P<0.05).Immunofluorescence and immunoblotting experiments demonstrated that the VPA/HPTA+IR group displayed signifi-cantly increased cell foci formation,γH2AX and 53BP1 protein expression levels compared to the IR group[(γH2AX:VPA+IR ***,t=8.88,P<0.05;HPTA+IR ***,t=8.90,P<0.05),(53BP1,VPA+IR ***,t=5.73,P<0.05;HPTA+IR ***,t=6.40,P<0.05)].Further,Rad51 expression was downregulated(VPA+IR ***,t=3.12,P<0.05;HPTA+IR ***,t=2.70,P<0.05),and Rad51 inhibition effectively counteracted HPTA-induced *** detection further verified that HPTA inhibits Rad51 expression via UCHL3-dependent Rad51 *** vivo study results showed that 20 mg

针对新建盾构下穿高速铁路隧道变形控制难的问题,以石家庄地铁4、5号线以及北京地铁8号线等3个典型的穿越高铁工程为依托,研究下穿高铁隧道沉降变形控制标准.首先,利用有限元软件Midas GTS NX构建精细化的无砟轨道-隧道三维有限元模型,计算盾构下穿整体现浇隧道、盾构法隧道及U型槽段引起的不同沉降工况下的结构内力值,得出满足裂缝宽度限值的结构允许变形值,并且计算了满足规范限值要求的CRTSⅡ型和CRTSⅢ型轨道结构的允许变形值.然后,利用Abaqus软件构建车轨耦合动力模型,计算不同列车速度和沉降工况下车辆的安全性和舒适性指标,得出轨道高低不平顺允许值.最后,汇总各结构的允许变形值,给出结构沉降变形控制标准.研究结果表明:从结构裂缝宽度限值、轨道10 m弦长高低偏差限值和动力学最敏感指标限值方面计算的既有结构允许变形值能够作为盾构下穿高铁隧道沉降变形的控制标准,可作为现行规范的支撑与补充.研究成果可为类似风险大、要求较严的高速铁路穿越工程项目提供隧道及轨道变形控制值参考.

该研究对比了16种常见青菜品种对全氟辛酸(PFOA)和其替代物六氟环氧丙烷二聚酸(HFPO-DA)的耐受性和富集差异。从16种目前农业上种植较多的青菜品种中筛选出高富集(HACV)和低富集(LACV)的青菜品种,其中高富集品种早生一品的PFOA和HFPO-DA的富集因子(94.7、51.6)分别为低富集品种华青二号(72.9、30.2)的1.3和1.7倍。机理研究表明,较低的蒸腾作用和较高的脂质含量导致了华青二号对PFOA和HFPO-DA的低富集。在亚细胞水平上,细胞壁、细胞核和叶绿体中PFOA和HFPO-DA含量占比越高,其转运到地上部的趋势则更易被限制。该研究筛选出高富集和低富集典型全氟化合物的青菜品种,并从植物生理生化的角度解释了潜在机制,可为农业种植提供指导意见,从而降低农产品中持久性有机污染物的暴露风险。
