High-performance Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)achieved by polyaniline intercalation and gelatinization as a high-energy cathode for zinc-ion capacitor

The actual manufacture of supercapacitors(SCs)is restricted by the inadequate energy density,and the energy density of devices can be properly promoted by assembling zinc-ion capacitors(ZICs)which used capacitive cathode and battery-type anode.Two-dimensional(2D)MXene has brought great focuses in the electrode research on the foundation of large redox-active surface,but the specific capacitance is still affected by the tight stacking of interlaminations.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@polyaniline(PANI)heterostructures are prepared by uniformly depositing the conductive polymer PANI nanorods as the intercalation agent into the external of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)nanosheets to inhibit stacking.Subsequently,by using graphene oxide(GO)-assisted low-temperature hydrothermal self-assembly manufacture,2D heterostructures are assembled into the three-dimensional(3D)porous crosslinked Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-reduced graphene oxide(RGO)hydrogels.Attributed to the synergistic work of PANI nanorods,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)nanosheets,and 3D crosslinking frameworks of RGO to match capacitive and battery effects,3D porous hierarchical Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-RGO heterostructure hydrogels have rich ion transport channels,a large number of active sites,and excellent reaction kinetics.ZIC is assembled by using Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-RGO heterostructure hydrogels as cathodes and zinc foil as anodes.In this work,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-RGO//Zn ZIC exhibits a wide working window(2.0 V),marked specific capacitance(589.89 F·g^(−1)at 0.5 A·g−1),salient energy density(327.71 Wh·kg^(−1)at 513.61 W·kg^(−1)and 192.20 Wh·kg^(−1)at 13,005.87 W·kg^(−1)),and durable cycling stability(97.87%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles at 10 A·g^(−1)).This study emphasizes the device design of ZICs and the broad prospect of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-based hydrogels as viable cathodes for ZICs.

In the process of my country’s energy transition,the clean energy of hydropower,wind power and photovoltaic power generation has ushered in great development,but due to the randomness and volatility of its output,it has caused a certain waste of clean energy power generation resources.Regarding the purchase and sale of electricity by electricity retailers under the condition of limited clean energy consumption,this paper establishes a quantitative model of clean energy restricted electricity fromthe perspective of power system supply and demand balance.Then it analyzes the source-charge dual uncertain factors in the electricity retailer purchasing and selling scenarios in the mid-to long-term electricity market and the day-ahead market.Through the multi-scenario analysis method,the uncertain clean energy consumption and the user’s power demand are combined to form the electricity retailer’s electricity purchase and sales scene,and the typical scene is obtained by using the hierarchical clustering algorithm.This paper establishes a electricity retailer’s risk decisionmodel for purchasing and selling electricity in themid-and long-term market and reduce-abandonment market,and takes the maximum profit expectation of the electricity retailer frompurchasing and selling electricity as the objective function.At the same time,in themediumand longterm electricity market and the day-ahead market,the electricity retailer’s purchase cost,electricity sales income,deviation assessment cost and electricity purchase and sale risk are considered.The molecular results show that electricity retailers can obtain considerable profits in the reduce-abandonment market by optimizing their own electricity purchase and sales strategies,on the premise of balancing profits and risks.

The anti-analysis technology of malware has always been the focus in the cyberspace security field. As malware analysis techniques evolve, malware writers continually employ sophisticated anti-reverse engineering techniques to defeat and evade state-of-the-art analyzers. Therefore, to prepare for unknown attacks, studying malware analysis techniques is insufficient. More importantly, we should study new antianalysis techniques for malware. This paper expands the concept of anti-analysis malware and defines a type of intention-unbreakable malware(IUM). To help defenders fully understand and establish a defense system against the new security threats, this paper systematically discusses IUM from the perspectives of threat discovery, threat modeling, attribute analysis, and threat assessment; in addition, this study also provides the Po C implementations of IUM and demonstrates how attackers can use this type of malware to evade advanced security analysis, that is, accurate identification of target(class) victims and intention concealment in reaching non-target(class) victims. Finally, this paper provides several mitigation directions for combating IUM.

As key organelles involved in cellular metabolism,mitochondria frequently undergo adaptive changes in morphology,components and functions in response to various environmental stresses and cellular demands.Previous studies of mitochondria research have gradually evolved,from focusing on morphological change analysis to systematic multiomics,thereby revealing the mitochondrial variation between cells or within the mitochondrial population within a single cell.The phenomenon of mitochondrial variation features is defined as mitochondrial heterogeneity.Moreover,mitochondrial heterogeneity has been reported to influence a variety of physiological processes,including tissue homeostasis,tissue repair,immunoregulation,and tumor progression.Here,we comprehensively review the mitochondrial heterogeneity in different tissues under pathological states,involving variant features of mitochondrial DNA,RNA,protein and lipid components.Then,the mechanisms that contribute to mitochondrial heterogeneity are also summarized,such as the mutation of the mitochondrial genome and the import of mitochondrial proteins that result in the heterogeneity of mitochondrial DNA and protein components.Additionally,multiple perspectives are investigated to better comprehend the mysteries of mitochondrial heterogeneity between cells.Finally,we summarize the prospective mitochondrial heterogeneity-targeting therapies in terms of alleviating mitochondrial oxidative damage,reducing mitochondrial carbon stress and enhancing mitochondrial biogenesis to relieve various pathological conditions.The possibility of recent technological advances in targeted mitochondrial gene editing is also discussed.

Although ribosomal proteins are known for playing an essential role in ribosome assembly and protein translation,their ribosomeindependent functions have also been greatly appreciated.Over the past decade,more than a dozen of ribosomal proteins have been found to activate the tumor suppressor p53 pathway in response to ribosomal stress.In addition,these ribosomal proteins are involved in various physiological and pathological processes.This review is composed to overview the current understanding of how ribosomal stress provokes the accumulation of ribosome-free ribosomal proteins,as well as the ribosome-independent functions of ribosomal proteins in tumorigenesis,immune signaling,and development.Wealso propose the potential of applying these pieces of knowledge to the development of ribosomal stress-based cancer therapeutics.

In this paper, we deal with the existence of solution for a class of quasilinear Schrödinger equations with a nonlocal term Where μ ∈ (0,3), the function K,V ∈ C(R3,R+) and V(x) may be vanish at infinity, g is a C1 even function with g’(t) ≤ 0 for all t ≥ 0, g(0) = 1, , 0 a F is the primitive function of f which is superlinear but subcritical at infinity in the sense of Hardy-littlewood-Sobolev inequality. By the mountain pass theorem, we prove that the above equation has a nontrivial solution.

This study aimed to explore the rule of degradation of dietary proteins by identifying chyme proteins in different segments of the digestive tract of growing pigs, using proteomics techniques. Six growing pigs were fed a corn-soybean meal-based diet for 7 days. The feedstuff and chyme proteins were separately extracted and separated with SDS-PAGE. 2 D LCMS/MS combined with protein database searching identified 1,513 proteins in different segments of the gastrointestinal tract, the number of identified exogenous proteins gradually decline from the stomach to colon, with large amounts in the duodenum to the large intestine.More corn proteins than soybean proteins were identified both in the feedstuff and chyme, and these were significantly decreased after digestion in the stomach. More membrane proteins than non-membrane proteins were identified in whole digestive tract.These results regarding the profiles of chyme proteins in different segments of the gastrointestinal tract would provide useful information for optimizing feed formula in pigs.
